A shift control method for a vehicle with a double clutch transmission (DCT) is configured such that when a power-on upshift is initiated, during a target time for a controller to perform a torque phase, a release-side clutch is gradually released, an engine torque is gradually increased to a basic engine torque or more, and an engagement-side clutch torque is increased according to an increase in the engine torque and a vehicle speed; and when the release-side clutch is completely released, the controller reduces the engine torque while gradually reducing the engagement-side clutch torque to be equal to the basic engine torque, to perform an inertia phase such that an engine speed is synchronized with an engagement-side clutch speed.

Described is a device for synchronization of a reverse gear for a vehicle gearbox including: a support shaft fixed in rotation; an idle gear wheel for engagement with a first reverse gear wheel on a gearbox primary shaft and a second reverse gear wheel on a gearbox secondary shaft, said idle gear wheel mounted rotatable and axially slidable on said support shaft and having a hub including a first friction surface; and a synchronizer ring mounted mobile on said support shaft along an axial travel and countered axially by an elastic element along said axial travel, said synchronizer ring having a second friction surface for engagement with said first friction surface. Axial movement of the idle gear wheel towards an engagement position of the reverse gear causes drawing of the synchronizer ring implementing, prior to reverse gear engagement, braking of rotary movement of the idle gear wheel.

The controller is configured or programmed to reduce the value of the control signal from the set value to the mitigation value for a mitigation period in such a way that a first reduction rate that is a rate of reducing the value of the control signal for a first part of the mitigation period between a start point thereof and an intermediate point thereof larger than a second reduction rate that is a rate of reducing the value of the control signal for a second part of the mitigation period between the intermediate point thereof and an end point thereof.
Downshift control method for hybrid DCT vehicle
Disclosed is a downshift control method for a hybrid DCT vehicle. The method includes: determining, by a controller, whether a downshift is desired while a vehicle travels on a slope having equal to or more than a predetermined reference gradient; comparing, by the controller, a motor speed with a desired shift stage input shaft speed, and selectively performing either a forward control step of increasing a motor torque in a forward direction to increase the motor speed in the forward direction or a negative control step of increasing the motor torque in a negative direction to increase the motor speed in the negative direction. Thus, it is possible to reduce the backward sliding of the vehicle by suppressing the motor speed from unnecessarily increasing and rapidly finishing the downshift.
