The replaceable striking pad includes a small lip at a bottom end on a front face and a holding ledge having substantially curved edges extending away from the bottom end of the front face. The holding ledge is adaptable to wrap around a bottom sole of the golf club head. The portable ball trap includes a thin flat platform with tapered edges, a central threaded pole positioned on the thin flat platform and a circular frame having a plurality of hinged tabs threaded to the central threaded pole.
MULTI-PARTICIPANT OCTOGON-SHAPED BOARD GAME INCLUDING UTILIZATION OF PADDLES AND A LOW COMPRESSION BALL
An octagon-shaped board game includes paddles and a low compression ball utilized for multi-participant gameplay. The game can be provided in two halves each having a topside, an underside, and an outer edge, and a hinge connecting and holding the two halves at the underside forming an octagon shape during gameplay, and enabling the two halves to fold against each other, the undersides facing each other, and forming a four-sided, half octagon shaped storage compartment within the underside of each halve once the halves are folded. Legs retractably mounted onto the underside of each halve can extend away from the underside to support the octagon-shaped foldable table above ground during gameplay and retract flat against the underside of their respective halve for storage prior to the octagon-shaped foldable table being folded.
Sports training system
Described herein are devices and systems relating to sports training equipment, for example, for baseball. These devices and systems can comprise a mat with markers identifying a plurality of positions on the mat. In some embodiments, the system can comprise removably attachable footpads to identify ideal foot positions for an athletic performance. In some embodiments, the footpads comprise one or more pressure sensors. The system can comprise one or more position sensors on a ball, and one or more position sensors removably attachable to a hand-held sports instrument. In some embodiments, the system can comprise a memory, communicatively coupled to a processor and a camera, with executable instructions to implement a set-up component, a user recognition component, a practice component, and instructional component, and a play component.
Ball With A Plurality Of Mechanical Sound-Producing Devices
A toy ball which emits sounds as it is rolled and including a ball body and a plurality of mechanically-operated sound producing tubes carried within the ball body, each sound producing tube including a sound-producing device which moves by the force of gravity, and each sound producing tube lying along a longitudinal axis, in which the axes are transverse to one another so that the sound producing devices emit sound when the ball is rolled along various axes. The ends of the sound-producing tubes are held by sleeves that are molded as integral parts of the ball body.
Flick football game and method of playing
A finger flicking football game comprises a waterproof triangular-shaped football for finger flicking and a pair of transportable game boards. Each game board comprises: a planar table surface having a plurality of apertures, each aperture designed to hold a cup sized for playing beer pong, and a pair of goal posts hinged from a rear end of each planar table surface. During game play, the players take turns flicking the football towards the cups in the other player's game board. Should their flicked football land in a cup, that player has scored a six point touchdown and can proceed to finger flick the football towards the other players goal posts for scoring an extra point.
SPORTS BALL, BAT, AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A sports ball for use in baseball-type games includes a hollow, substantially spherical plastic ball that has a plurality of substantially planar, intersecting regions covering an outer surface thereof. Preferably the ball also has a weight that is substantially less than a weight of a regulation baseball, for enhancing safety in use. The sports system further includes a bat for use with the ball, or with any similar ball, preferably a plastic ball. The bat is a hollow, elongated member that has a handle portion adjacent a bottom end and a barrel portion between the handle portion and a top end. The bat further has a sheath surrounding at least a portion of the barrel portion. The sheath has a coefficient of friction higher than a coefficient of friction of a surface of the barrel portion, for imparting “traction” to a struck ball.
TENNIS BALL HAVING A THERMOPLASTIC CORE
A tennis ball including a non-foamed thermoplastic core defining an internal volume. The core includes a thermoplastic material having a specific gravity of 0.86 to 1.38, a flexural modulus of 2.0 to 50.0 MPa, and a Shore D hardness of 10 to 70. A thickness of the thermoplastic material is between 3.0 and 8.0 mm. The thickness of the thermoplastic material is configured to maintain dimensional stability at internal pressures of between zero and 15 psi.
Racket golf
Racket Golf is a golf-style game intended for leisure and friendly competitive play used in common recreational areas such as backyards, parks, beaches, paved surfaces, and within large building spaces. It consists of a Racket Golf club designed to strike a plastic projectile toward a moveable target hole. The Racket Golf club may include string webbing similar in configuration to a tennis or badminton racket. The Racket Golf projectile consists of a ball and tee which in one embodiment are separate pieces and in another embodiment are attached to one another. The tee would serve to hold the striking surface of the projectile above the playing surface, and in the attached version, would also limit the projectile's flight after it had been struck. The target hole is ring-shaped that may include a raised ramp about its circumference. The target hole can be moved about during play to change the difficulty or to adjust the playing par. Alternatively, the target hole can be left in place, but approached from various starting positions to vary the playing course.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A PARTICLE FOAM PART, ESPECIALLY A CUSHIONING ELEMENT FOR SPORTSWEAR OR SPORTING GOODS
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a particle foam part, in particular a cushioning element for sportswear, such as a shoe sole, or a cushioning element, which has been produced by such a method, in particular a shoe sole. The method for manufacturing a cushioning element for sportswear such as a shoe sole, may comprise the steps of feeding foam particles into a mold cavity of a mold tool, and welding of the foam particles in the mold cavity while applying a predetermined pressure, wherein the foam particles comprise a fraction of at least 10% by weight of recycled, shredded foam particles (regenerated material) and the welding of the foam particles is effected by means of electromagnetic waves.
