Quick close shipping container
A shipping container comprising first and second side panels, and first and second end panels connecting the first and second side panels. A pair of major upper flaps are foldably connected to respective side panels, the major upper flaps each forming half of a top panel. A pair of minor upper flaps are foldably connected to respective end panels, each of the minor upper flaps including a central tuck flap panel and a pair of gusset panels foldably connected to and overlapping the central tuck flap panel to form a tuck flap structure. Each tuck flap structure extending along an outer side of a respective end panel and including an end portion extending into an access port formed on the respective end panel.
Carton with integrated handle assembly
A carton for storing a plurality of products includes a main body establishing an enclosure with an interior cavity for storing a plurality of products, with the enclosure being formed from a plurality of interconnected panels. A hingedly connected access flap, enabling access to the interior cavity, is formed from and extends across portions of at least two of the plurality of panels. The carton is provided with a handle assembly established, at least in part, by first and second openings, with the first opening being formed in the access flap and the second opening being formed adjacent the access flap in one of the plurality of panels. The handle assembly enables the carton to be readily grasped with one hand while simultaneously closing an access opening to the carton with the flap.
Optimized system, box and bag for packing, shipping, storing and displaying produce
Produce boxes and bags for shipping produce, e.g., bananas, utilize ventilation structures that allow for ventilation therethrough. A method of assembling produce boxes provides for cutouts that serve as ventilation structures in the boxes. When the produce boxes are stacked such as on a shipping pallet, the ventilation structures allow for ventilation of through the stacked boxes. Produce may be packed in a bag, which is closed with a rip cord and inserted into a produce box. The rip cord may be accessed when the box is in a stack such as on a shipping pallet, such that the rip cord may be pulled thereby opening the bag, without removing the box from the stack.
Reusable Shipping And Storage Package Including Collapsible Features
A reusable package is capable of being arranged in an expanded or device transport, state and a compact, or storage, state. In the compact state, the reusable package takes up less than half of the volume or space of the reusable package in the expanded state. The reusable package includes a base, a lid, and a sidewall support structure that is disposed between the base and the lid. The sidewall support structure has four sidewalls joined together in a rectangular shape. At least two of the sidewalls may have creases arranged along a height of the sidewalls. The sidewall support structure is collapsible at the creases when moved into the compact state.
Packaging containers, systems, and methods
A system or method for packaging is disclosed including a packaging container with one or more flaps, optionally a packaging liner, one or more carrying handles on the packaging container, a first tear strip located on a top face of the packaging container, a second tear strip located on a bottom face of the packaging container, and one or more tabs located on the first and second tear strips. The system or method may include the use of a remnant flap on the top face of the packaging container to retain the packaging container in a closed position.
Retail ready containers
A blank for constructing a container includes a front panel, a bottom panel foldably connected to the front panel along a lower front horizontal fold line, and a side panel having a front portion and a rear portion. The side panel is foldably connected to at least one of the bottom panel or the front panel. The blank includes a top panel that is foldably connected to the side panel, and a rear panel foldably connected to the rear portion of the side panel along a rear vertical fold line. The front and rear portions of the side panel are separable from one another along a separation line such that the rear portion of the side panel and the rear panel are configured and adapted for removal.
DOUBLE-HANDLE BOX
A blank can include first, second, third, and fourth side panels; the third side panel joining the first side panel and the second side panel and defining a first handle opening; the fourth side panel extending from the second side panel and defining a second handle opening; a plurality of bottom flaps, each of which extends from one of the side panels; and a plurality of top flaps, each of which extends from one of the side panels; the third and fourth top flaps defining third and fourth handle openings, respectively, the third handle opening substantially aligned with the first handle opening and the fourth handle opening substantially aligned with the second handle opening when the third and fourth top flaps, respectively, are in a folded condition; wherein centerlines of the first and second handle openings are respectively aligned with centerlines of the third and fourth handle openings.
CORRUGATED CARDBOARD COOLER
A box is made by folding a sheet of material. Preferably, the box is formed by applying adhesive and folding using a machine, and a waterproof or water-resistant coating is applied to the sheet of material so that the box is configured for use as a cooler. The box includes: a storage portion, including a bottom panel, first and second end panels, and first and second side panels; four corner panels; and first and second top panels. The top panels include openings that register when the box is assembled and in a closed configuration to define an opening to be used as a handhold for gripping the box. Reinforcing panels of one of the top panels includes flaps located on an interior of the box that cover the handhold opening. The box further preferably includes a locking tab and locking panel for latching closed the top panels of the box.
Portable litter box and method of use
A litter box comprises a body made of at least one flexible elastomeric material, the body having a wall defining a cavity with a top open end. The wall has four generally upstanding wall portions contouring the cavity. A first wall portion has a first minimum height of 8.0 inches or less, a second wall portion having a second minimum height of 10.0 inches or more and being opposite the first wall portion. Third and fourth wall portions are higher than the first minimum height and the second minimum height, the third and fourth wall portions being on opposite sides of one another and being located between the first wall portion and the second wall portion.
Packaging with handle compensation
Packaging is provided including an upper lid having a handle disposed within a channel of a surface of the upper lid and vertically movable within the channel. A lower base box is coupled to the handle via a strap, such that a lifting force imparted to the handle lifts the lower base box when the strap becomes taut. The vertical movement of the handle within the channel overcomes any slack in the strap such that the handle does not contact an upper vertical surface in the upper lid, but a gapless interface between the upper lid and lower base box is maintained during lifting of the packaging. The strap is detachable from the handle and from the base box, such that it may be removed in order to open packaging by lifting the lid off of the base box.
