MULTI-MODEL SCORING IN A MULTI-TENANT SYSTEM
Methods and systems for multi-model scoring in a multi-tenant system are presented. A request for a machine learning application is received from a tenant application. A tenant identifier that identifies one of the multiple tenants is determined. Based on the tenant identifier and a type of the machine learning application, a first and a second machine learning models are determined. The first machine learning model was generated based on a first training data set associated with the tenant identifier. The second machine learning model that was generated based on a second training data set associated with the tenant identifier. A flow of operations that includes running the first and second machine learning models with data related to the request is executed to obtain a scoring result. The scoring result is returned to the tenant application in response to the request.
IMAGE CROPPING USING DEPTH INFORMATION
A device configured to capture a first image of an item on a platform using a camera and to determine a first number of pixels in the first image that corresponds with the item. The device is further configured to capture a first depth image of an item on the platform using a three-dimensional (3D) sensor and to determine a second number of pixels within the first depth image that corresponds with the item. The device is further configured to determine that the difference between the first number of pixels in the first image and the second number of pixels in the first depth image is less than the difference threshold value, to extract the plurality of pixels corresponding with the item in the first image from the first image to generate a second image, and to output the second image.
AUGMENTING TRAINING DATASETS FOR MACHINE LEARNING MODELS
A machine-learning model that is using production data and is operating in a production environment within a data-sensitive realm is analyzed, where this model was trained using a training dataset. An accuracy of the model is identified as falling below an accuracy threshold when providing one or more predictions of a subset of the production data. At least one characteristic of the production data that is used to predict the subset of the production data is determined to be underrepresented in the training dataset. The one or more predictions and the at least one characteristic are provided to a location outside of the production environment.
Quantitative DNA-based imaging and super-resolution imaging
The present disclosure provides, inter alia, methods and compositions (e.g., conjugates) for imaging, at high spatial resolution, targets of interest.
Method and system for generating and correcting classification models
Data having some similarities and some dissimilarities may be clustered or grouped according to the similarities and dissimilarities. The data may be clustered using agglomerative clustering techniques. The clusters may be used as suggestions for generating groups where a user may demonstrate certain criteria for grouping. The system may learn from the criteria and extrapolate the groupings to readily sort data into appropriate groups. The system may be easily refined as the user gains an understanding of the data.
Methods and apparatuses for adaptively updating enrollment database for user authentication
A method of adaptively updating an enrollment database is disclosed. The method may include extracting a first feature vector from an input image, the input image including a face of a user, determining whether to enroll the input image in the enrollment database based on the first feature vector, second feature vectors of enrollment images and a representative vector, the second feature vectors of the enrollment images being enrolled in the enrollment database, and the representative vector representing the second feature vectors, and enrolling the input image in the enrollment database based on a result of the determining.
Processing method and system for convolutional neural network, and storage medium
Provided are a processing method and system for a convolutional neural network, and a computer-readable medium, the processing method includes training a generator and training a discriminator, wherein training a generator includes: extracting a low-resolution color image from a high-resolution color image; training parameters of a generator network, by using the low-resolution color image and a noise image as an input image, based on parameters of a discriminator network, and reducing a generator cost function; training a discriminator includes: inputting an output image of the trained generator network and the high-resolution color image to the discriminator network, respectively; training parameters of the discriminator network by reducing a discriminator cost function (S204) the generator cost function and the discriminator cost function represent a degree in which the output image of the generator network corresponds to the high-resolution color image.
Methods and apparatus to determine the dimensions of a region of interest of a target object from an image using target object landmarks
Methods and apparatus to determine the dimensions of a region of interest of a target object and a class of the target object from an image using target object landmarks are disclosed herein. An example method includes identifying a landmark of a target object in an image based on a match between the landmark and a template landmark; classifying a target object based on the identified landmark; projecting dimensions of the template landmark based on a location of the landmark in the image; and determining a region of interest based on the projected dimensions, the region of interest corresponding to text printed on the target object.
Method and system for classification of an object in a point cloud data set
A method for classifying an object in a point cloud includes computing first and second classification statistics for one or more points in the point cloud. Closest matches are determined between the first and second classification statistics and a respective one of a set of first and second classification statistics corresponding to a set of N classes of a respective first and second classifier, to estimate the object is in a respective first and second class. If the first class does not correspond to the second class, a closest fit is performed between the point cloud and model point clouds for only the first and second classes of a third classifier. The object is assigned to the first or second class, based on the closest fit within near real time of receiving the 3D point cloud. A device is operated based on the assigned object class.
