Current collector, an electrode structure, a non-aqueous electrolyte battery, and an electrical storage device having superior shut down function are provided. According to the present invention, a current collector having a resin layer on at least one side of a conductive substrate is provided. Here, thermoplastic resin particles substantially free of a conductive agent are dispersed in a thermosetting resin base material containing the conductive agent to structure the resin layer; a value of mass ratio given by (thermoplastic resin particles)/(conductive agent) is 0.3 to 1.5; and a value given by (average thickness of conductive agent)/(average thickness of thermoplastic resin particles) is 0.3 to 4.0.

The battery PMP according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a lead frame provided with a plurality of external terminals thereon, a printed circuit board stacked on the lead frame, and a plurality of internal terminals, a protection integrated chip (IC), a field effect transistor (FET), resistors, and capacitors disposed on the printed circuit board and electrically connected to each other, wherein the resistors and the capacitors are mounted on a pattern of the printed circuit board using surface mount technology (SMT), and wherein the plurality of internal terminals are electrically connected to the plurality of external terminals.

The temperature protecting element has a first surface connected to the first lead tab and to a connection tab partially contacting the terrace portion, and a second surface attached to the terrace portion and extending beyond the terrace portion, such that an insulating tape surrounds the terrace portion and covers the first lead tab, the connection tab, and the second surface of the temperature protecting element.

The battery-protecting apparatus includes a detection unit, a switch, a processor, a controlling unit, a discharging loop, a wireless communication unit and a security loop.

A battery includes at least two battery cells and a first electrical connection between a first battery pole of one of the at least two battery cells and a second battery pole of one other battery cell of the at least two battery cells. A second electrical connection branches off from the first electrical connection for the purpose of measuring a battery cell voltage of at least one battery cell of the at least two battery cells.

BATTERY PACK

In a battery pack, circuit board and thin cells are insert-molded in resin mold portion formed by a die, and are fixed to fixed positions. At least one of thin cells is disposed at a position where circuit board faces terminal surface. Terminal surfaces of thin cells and circuit board, which are interconnected, are buried in resin mold portion, thin cells are disposed on the same plane, and circuit board is integrally connected and fixed to the thin cells so as to be parallel with both surfaces of the thin cells. Thus, the thin cells are strongly interconnected via the resin mold portion, and all thin cells are disposed on the same plane without warpage.

An insertion area is at a location of the case corresponding to the temperature sensor and includes a removed part of the case. The temperature sensor extends through the insertion area to contact an outer surface of at least one of the battery cells.

SECONDARY BATTERY AND ASSEMBLED BATTERY

A secondary battery includes an electrode body including a positive-electrode sheet and a negative-electrode sheet, an exterior body having an opening and accommodating the electrode body, a sealing body sealing the opening, a terminal electrically connected to the positive-electrode sheet and extending through a through-hole formed in the sealing body, and a conductive member connected to the terminal outside the sealing body. The conductive member includes a fuse. The fuse is covered by a cover. An insulating member is disposed between the conductive member including the fuse and the sealing body.

A battery pack is disposed at a lower part of a vehicular body. The battery pack (13) includes: a protrusion protruding in a vehicular upward direction and disposed at an upper face of the battery pack, and a dent portion disposed at the upper face of the battery pack (13) and formed lower than the protrusion, wherein an accessory is disposed in the dent portion.
