ADHESIVE CABLE-WRAPPING TAPE
20200407599 · 2020-12-31 ·

The subject matter of the invention is an adhesive tape, in particular a wrapping tape for sheathing cables in automobiles. The tape has a fabric backing (1, 3, 2, 4) in the form of a monoweave and an adhesive coating (7) on at least one side of the backing (1, 3, 2, 4). According to the invention, the monoweave is at least three-ply, and abrasion-resistant, non-connected warp threads (1, 3) form an outer layer and an inner layer. An intermediate layer made of weft threads (2, 4) is provided, the bonding points (5) of said layer coinciding with those of the outer layer and not with the bonding points (6) of the inner layer.

Zoned suspension seating structure

A body support structure includes a backrest and a seat connected to the backrest. A suspension material is connected to the backrest or the seat. The suspension material has a first zone with a first stiffness and a second zone with a second stiffness greater than the first stiffness. Also included are methods of creating different zones in the suspension material.

Enabling end of transaction detection using speculative look ahead

A transaction within a computer program or computer application comprises program instructions performing multiple store operations that appear to run and complete as a single, atomic operation. The program instructions forming a current transaction comprise a transaction begin indicator, a plurality of instructions (e.g., store operations), and a transaction end indicator. A near-end of transaction indicator is triggered based on a speculative look ahead operation such that an interfering transaction requiring a halt operation may be delayed to allow the current transaction to end. A halt operation, also referred to as an abort operation, as used herein refers to an operation responsive to a condition where two transactions have been detected to interfere where at least one transaction must be aborted and the state of the processor is reset to the state at the beginning of the aborted transaction by performing a rollback.

Elastic Filament and Cutting Method and Cutting Structure Thereof and Textile With The Elastic Filament
20200399088 · 2020-12-24 ·

The invention provides a method and a structure for cutting out elastic filaments. The cutting structure has a conveying device and a cutting device; the cutting method cutting an elastic membrane material, the elastic membrane material being combined with at least one cushion layer, conveying the elastic membrane material to the cutting device to cut the elastic membrane material a plurality of times, cutting the elastic membrane material into elastic filaments with certainty, and even cutting out fine elastic filaments. The elastic filament can be woven into a textile, or used as a sewing thread or an embroidery thread for apparel.

MAN-MADE FIBER CLOTH HAVING BUOYANCY AND WARMTH
20200392656 · 2020-12-17 ·

A man-made fiber cloth having buoyancy and warmth comprises a fiber cloth and a plurality of air capsules distributedly set in the fiber cloth; wherein the fiber cloth comprises a plurality of long fibers and hot-melt collodion-cottons bonded to each other. The air capsule is a plasticized material, and the air capsule has a particle diameter of 0.1 mm to 10 mm; and at the same time, due to the plasticized material, the hot-melt collodion-cotton and the long fibers can be bonded into a one-body during the heating process. Therefore, when the man-made fiber cloth is made into a garment or an article, the thermal conductivity can be lowered due to the setting of the air capsules, so the garment is uneasy to dissipate the heat and the warmth effect is improved. The characteristic of wrapping air of the air capsule reduce the overall weight of the clothing to achieve the effects of lightness and comfort. Furthermore, when the user accidentally falls into the water, the air capsule can also provide buoyancy as a life jacket.

MAGNETIC FABRIC FOR MOLDING APPLICATIONS

The invention relates to a magnetically responsive scrim containing a scrim which contains a plurality of yarns and a magnetically responsive coating covering at least a portion of the yarns of the scrim. The magnetically responsive coating contains magnetically responsive particulate material and a binder, where the magnetically responsive coating is at least about 40% by weight magnetically responsive particulate material, and where the magnetically responsive coating has an areal density of at least twice the areal density of the scrim.

MESH MATERIAL FOR FLEXIBLE STRUCTURES AND METHODS OF FABRICATING SAME
20200376797 · 2020-12-03 · ·

A mesh material for fabricating hunting blinds, tents, and other similar flexible structures. The material is durable, water-resistant, and partially light-transmissive such that persons or objects inside or behind the structures are not easily seen from outside the structures. The material is also semi-permeable to air flow for ventilation purposes. The mesh material is fabricated from an interwoven polyester, polyurethane, or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) fabric that is coated with acrylic and a mixture of silicone and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA). Patterns and/or colors are printed on both sides of the fabric with a heat transfer paper printing process to provide a desired level of light transmissivity.

MATTRESS COVERING

A bed has a mattress with a mattress top, a mattress bottom, and a mattress perimeter. The mattress includes a mattress cover surrounding the mattress. The mattress cover includes a first stretch fabric around the mattress perimeter of the mattress. The first stretch fabric has a first predominant stretch direction that is stretchable in a direction parallel to the mattress top. A multidirectional stretch fabric is positioned on the mattress top.

FABRIC CONSTRUCTIONS WITH HOLLOW STRUCTURES
20200378039 · 2020-12-03 ·

Techniques for producing an article having hollow structures are described herein. The disclosed techniques include weaving a plurality of yarns to form a woven fabric, wherein the plurality of yams each comprise a dissolvable core, and the dissolvable core comprises polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) having a water solubility; neutralizing an alkaline before drying the woven fabric to maintain the water solubility of the PVA; and washing the woven fabric or a garment made by the woven fabric to at least partially remove the dissolvable core.

TRIM PIECE WITH VARIABLE STRETCH CHARACTERISTICS
20200378040 · 2020-12-03 ·

Elastic trims and articles incorporating the same, and also methods of manufacturing and processing elastic trims and articles incorporating the same, are provided. An elastic trim may include a base textile that is knitted or woven, and may further include cables that are movably positioned in tunnel structures located within the base textile, the cables having a lower stretch characteristic than the base textile. The cables may be secured and removed at certain locations, thereby imparting a variable stretch characteristic to the elastic trim. The elastic trims may be incorporated into various articles, including waistbands, apparel, footwear, and bags.
