CLOTHES DRYER USING FAR-INFRARED HEATING AND CLOTHES-DRYING CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
Provided are a clothes dryer using far-infrared heating and a clothes-drying control method thereof. The clothes dryer using far-infrared heating includes a clothes-drying drum, and further includes at least one far-infrared heater, a humidity sensor for detecting exhaust humidity of the clothes-drying drum, a relay and a controller having an output end connected with the relay; where all the far-infrared heaters are connected with a power supply through the relay; a first temperature sensor is mounted inside one of the far-infrared heaters; the first temperature sensor and the humidity sensor are connected with an input end of the controller; and the controller controls on and off of the relay according to a received temperature signal or humidity signal. A control system described above simplifies a circuit, and also saves cost.
Dryer monitoring
A dryer monitoring system receives dryer information from one or more sensors concerning operation of one or more dryers, such as clothes dryers. For example, the dryer monitoring system may receive temperature and/or humidity information from one or more dryers. The dryer monitor analyzes the dryer data to determine whether textiles in the dryer are dry. The dryer monitor may analyze one or more states and/or one or more indicators (patterns in the dryer data) during the dryness determination.
DOMESTIC CLOTHES DRYER AND METHOD FOR DRIVING SUCH DRYERS
A domestic clothes dryer comprises a rotating drum defining a drying chamber, an air inlet upstream the drum and at least a hollow lifter mounted in the drum, wherein said hollow lifter is in communication with the air inlet for distributing air inside the drum through a plurality of openings. The air inlet comprises a shaped air plenum chamber facing a lower portion of a rear perforated wall of the drum and capable of delivering air to said lifter and/or directly to the drum through said rear perforated wall.
Sterilizable drying machine using ultraviolet radiation and sterilizable drying method in the same
The present invention discloses a sterilizable drying machine using ultraviolet radiation, and a sterilizable drying method in the same. The sterilizable drying machine using ultraviolet radiation includes a casing having an inlet at its front surface, so that the user can put the washed laundry into the drying machine through the inlet, a drum supported by a front supporter inside the inlet of the casing, and rotatably installed inside the casing, to perform drying, an ultraviolet light source installed at the front supporter, for sterilizing the inside of the drum by radiating ultraviolet rays, and a control means connected to the ultraviolet light source, for controlling the ultraviolet light source to generate the ultraviolet rays.
Fabric treatment appliance control panel and associated steam operations
A fabric treatment appliance capable of indicating when a fabric load is sanitized, implementing a sanitizing by modifying a predetermined operation cycle, or implementing a sanitizing cycle after the completion of a predetermined operation cycle.
Transportable and ergonomic washer/dryer combination within a suitcase housing
The present invention provides a portable washing and drying device in a form of a suitcase that is transportable and ergonomic to handle. The device includes a housing transformable into an open or closed state, and including a washing and drying assembly which is configured to wash and dry laundry items. The device further includes modular connections for supplying and removing water, and providing electric power to the assembly which may be removed after use, making the device compact. The device may additionally include suction cups to firmly attach itself with any surface and spring loaded rods for absorbing any shocks from washing/drying operations. The device may also include means like handles and wheels for lending the device to be portable and easily transportable.
A TUMBLE DRYER AND A DRYING METHOD
A clothes dryer comprises an inner drum, an outer drum, an air heating and supplying means and an air duct, and at least two air chambers each in communication with the air duct. The air chambers are respectively arranged corresponding to two sides along which clothes rise or fall as the inner drum rotates, the air chamber at one side starts supplying air and the air chamber at the other side stops supplying air according to a rotation direction of the inner drum, all air chambers are distributed in the order of front and rear of the outer drum in an axial direction, and the rotation direction of the inner drum is controlled according to the distribution of the air chambers, such that air is supplied in different positions corresponding to the front part and the rear part of the inner drum at different clothes drying stages, in order to dry clothes.
Clothing dryer
A clothing dryer includes a drying tub configured to hold laundry and having an opening to load laundry; a filter housing disposed at a front of the opening and configured to accommodate a filter; and a first sensor and a second sensor disposed at the filter housing such that the first sensor is electrically connected to the second sensor through wet laundry contacting the first sensor and the second sensor simultaneously. Each of the first sensor and the second sensor includes a sensing part exposed to an inside of the drying tub and a bent part inserted to the filter housing. The filter housing includes a partition wall to separate at least a portion of the first sensor and the second sensor.
APPRATUS AND METHOD FOR DRYING ARTICLES OF CLOTHING
A drying machine for drying clothing includes: a housing; a drum configured to receive clothing; a guide apparatus for guiding air in a path through the drum; an air moving apparatus to pull air through the guide apparatus and drum; a heating apparatus for heating air and having on and off conditions; a heat capacitor for storing and releasing heat to air when the heating element is in its off condition and the drum is rotating; power means for components of the drying machine; including at least the drying compartment assembly, rotation means, guide apparatus, air moving apparatus, heating apparatus, and control apparatus; a control apparatus for controlling at least one of the drying compartment assembly, the rotation means, guide apparatus, the air moving apparatus, the heating apparatus, and the power means; and restrictor means for restricting the air flow whereby the drum pressure is lower than ambient air pressure.
