A centrifugal protective hair blower, comprising a plastic shell for wrapping powered devices of the blower, wherein the plastic shell is made of polycarbonate casting; an electric heating device which is arranged in the plastic shell of the hair blower, composed of a two to three sections electric heating wire, and is used to control the blowing temperature of the hair blower; a hemispherical picture-shooting mechanism, which includes a trailing measurement device, an image interception device, a data analysis device, a DC drive motor, an optical filter, optical lens and an image sensing device; an electric heating device, which is connected with a vector analysis device, and is used to reduce the blowing temperature of the hair blower when the target type is a cat, a dog or a rabbit. Through the present invention, it is capable of preventing the hair blower from causing unwarranted injury to surrounding pets.
Verification of a security document
A method for verifying a security document by means of a reading device wherein first transmission and/or reflection properties of a first region of the security document are detected in a first spectral range by the reading device and a first data set specifying these properties is generated therefrom, wherein the first region at least in some regions overlaps an optical security element arranged on the security document or embedded in the security document and wherein second transmission and/or reflection properties of the first region of the security document are detected in a second spectral range by the reading device and a second data set specifying these properties is generated therefrom, wherein the first spectral range differs from the second spectral range, and wherein, the authenticity of the security document and/or of the security element is checked on the basis of at least the first data set and the second data set.
Image processing including streaming image output
An image recognition approach employs both computer generated and manual image reviews to generate image tags characterizing an image. The computer generated and manual image reviews can be performed sequentially or in parallel. The generated image tags may be provided to a requester in real-time, be used to select an advertisement, and/or be used as the basis of an internet search. In some embodiments generated image tags are used as a basis for an upgraded image review. A confidence of a computer generated image review may be used to determine whether or not to perform a manual image review. Images and their associated image tags are optionally added to an image sequence.

A reinforcement learning method and apparatus includes storing video frames in a video memory, performing a first preprocessing step of retrieving a sequence of n image frames of the stored video frames, and merging the n image frames in a fading-in fashion by incrementally increasing the intensity of each frame up to the most recent frame having full intensity to obtain a merged frame; and performing a training step of inputting the merged frame to the DQN and training the DQN to learn Q-values for all possible actions from a state represented by the merged frame with only a single forward pass through the network. The learning method and apparatus includes a second preprocessing step of removing the background from the merged frame. The method can be applied to any DQN learning method that uses a convolution neural network as its core value function approximator.

In the present disclosure, a candidate area is determined based on a pixel having a specific color included in an input image, and an area is determined to be a processing target from the candidate area based on a pixel having a predetermined color different from the specific color included in the candidate area. Further, a second binary image in which a pixel corresponding to the pixel having the specific color is converted into a white pixel is generated by converting, in a first binary image obtained by the input image being binarized, a pixel that is included in the area determined to be the processing target and corresponds to the pixel having the specific color, into a white pixel.

The embodiment of the disclosure provides an unlocking control method and related products. The method includes: acquiring an environmental parameter; acquiring first biometric information; determining a first biometric control parameter and second biometric control information corresponding to the environmental parameter; performing a first biometric recognition on the first biometric information according to the first biometric control parameter; when the first biometric information is recognized, acquiring second biometric information and performing a second biometric recognition on the second biometric information according to the second biometric control information; performing a next unlocking process when the second biometric information is recognized. Thus, control parameters of recognition processes can be set suitable for the environment, and recognition processes are controlled based on these control parameters, thereby improving the pass rate and the efficiency of the multi-biometric recognition.
