AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR MIXING AND DISPENSING LIQUID DETERGENTS REMOTELY CONTROLLED
An automated machine is provided for mixing and dispensing liquid detergents remotely controlled by a control software connected to a server which updates product databases, which is executed, together with other software for dispensing and delivering liquid content and surfactant detergent with anionic and cationic tensio-active chemical compounds as the basis of its selected formulation of Genapol, sodium phenyl sulfonate and the sodium lauryl sulfonate with preservatives such as formaldehyde and bactericides such as glutaraldehyde in a mixture of concentrated detergent with water in a proportion between 30% and 40%; where said machine is manipulated with a touch screen that drives two types of injectors that send product, to make the liquid mixture, to a static mixer or to a dynamic mixer and said machine conducts said mixed liquid to a tank of finished product to be dispensed by a filling spout placed on the front of a container-shaped casing.
Method for providing a customized skin care product to a consumer
A method for providing a customized skin care product to a customer. The method includes obtaining skin information from a consumer regarding current skin conditions. A skin condition is generated in response to the skin information. An ingredient is selected corresponding to the skin condition. A compatibility profile is generated corresponding to all previously selected ingredients. The generating skin conditions, selecting the ingredient and generating the compatibility profile are repeated until a sufficient number of ingredients are selected to provide a formulation that includes a base and at least two booster compositions that, when mixed, form a skin care composition that is stable and has efficacious concentrations of active ingredients corresponding to skin conditions of a consumer. The formulation comprising the ingredients selected is generated and a cosmetic dispensing system dispenses the ingredients of the formulation.
Modular blender with improved water heating and light beam detection
An easily assembled blender with an internal frame holding a cupholder elevator assembly, a mix motor assembly, a food preparation chamber, a water heater assembly and a steamer assembly. The water heater and steamer assemblies are preferably on modular trays that slide into the internal frame. The water heater preferably also serves as a hot water reservoir and, to avoid overheating, has its heating coil located near its bottom. To resist scale deposits, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) tubing is preferably used to transport steam from the steamer to the food preparation chamber. To expedite manufacture, a spring-biased idler assembly with a drive belt for the cupholder elevator assembly preferably snaps into a lower receiving port on the internal frame. Crisscrossing infrared light beams are preferably placed at the entrance of the food preparation chamber to detect whether the cup entering the chamber is the correct size and detect whether any foreign object is below the food preparation chamber.
REAGENT MIXING SYSTEM AND METHODS
A method includes, under control of control circuitry implementing a mixing protocol, aspirating reagents from multiple different reagent reservoirs into a cache channel. Designated amounts of the reagents are automatically aspirated from the corresponding reagent reservoirs by corresponding sippers based on the mixing protocol implemented by the control circuitry. The method also includes discharging the reagents from the cache channel into a mixing reservoir, and mixing the reagents within the mixing reservoir to form a reagent mixture.
DOSING MARCHINE FOR DOSING FLUID PRODUCTS SUCH AS DYES FOR PAINTS OR THE LIKE, WITH A DEVICE FOR INDIVIDUALLY MEASURING THE LEVEL OF THE FLUID PRODUCTS
A dosing machine for dosing fluid products includes: containers having vertical longitudinal axes and configured to contain fluid products, rotary stirring elements located inside respective containers and operable in rotation by electric motors, and a dispensing head having nozzles connected to respective containers, where each container is associated with a level measuring device having: a floater containing a permanent magnet and free to move inside the container, a magnetic detector arranged outside the container, and having magnetic sensors spaced apart from each other in a vertical direction and each of which is configured to detect a variation in a magnetic field caused by passage in its proximity of said floater, and a control unit which analyzes signals provided by the magnetic sensors to detect a fluid level inside the container and passage of the floater in a vicinity of one or more of said magnetic sensors.
Color conversion system and method
A method is provided for preparing a hair dye color mixture. The method includes: accessing a control system having at least a processor, a memory, and user input controls, the memory configured to store ingredients of a hair dye color mixture, each ingredient of the hair dye color mixture being from an initial product brand; receiving user input from the user input controls to change one or more ingredients of the hair dye color mixture from the initial product brand to one or more subsequent product brands; matching the color of the hair dye color mixture made from one or more ingredients of the initial product brand using one or more ingredients of the one or more subsequent product brands, in response to the user input; and displaying the ingredients of the hair dye color mixture in the one or more subsequent product brands on a display.
PROVIDING BLENDED CONSUMER GOODS
A method for providing blended consumer goods to a user by using a blending device (BD) that is adapted to store at least two starting goods blendable into a blended consumer good comprises: recording (REC) selection data concerning selections of the blended consumer goods by the user; recording response data provided by the user concerning responses to the selected blended consumer goods; and processing (COD1-COD5, PP, DA) the data to prioritize presentation (SP, AUI) of blended consumer goods on a user interface (BD, UCD) for selection by the user. A data processing device (DPD, BD, UCD) comprises a data processing unit and a data storage (DB) for storing the recorded data and/or the processed data, wherein the data processing device is adapted to perform the method. A system comprises the data processing device and at least one blending device. The invention is particularly useful for blending fragrances, food, or beverages.
LIQUID RECOVERY SYSTEM
A system and process for removing solids from raw, untreated liquid that combines mechanical techniques, such as via shakers, hydrocyclones and/or centrifuges, with an additive technique for removal of smaller solids. The additive is selected according to the application. In drilling mud applications, preferred additive embodiments are polyaluminum chloride or polyacrylamide flocculants. Preferably, liquid additive precursors are pre-mixed separately and are then blended before injection into the solids removal process. Some embodiments provide an externally-actuated rack and pinion mud screen lock for simplified screen lockdown on shakers. Some embodiments provide a separate preliminary processing and feed system for pretreatment of the raw, untreated liquid.
Compounding device, system, kit, software, and method
An exemplary pharmaceutical compounding system and device for mixing materials from at least two distinct material sources can include a valve including a valve housing and a valve structure located within the valve housing. The valve structure can be configured to permit fluid to flow through the valve when in an open position, and can include a gravity wall wherein, when the valve structure is in the open position, fluid moving through the valve structure moves upward against a force of gravity when travelling through the valve and traversing the gravity wall.
Cutting tool adapter and method of underpinning structures using cutting tool adapter for soil mixing
A cutting tool adapter for creating an underpinning structure and method of creating the underpinning structure are provided. In some examples, the cutting tool adapter may connect a cutting tool to a working machine arm to enable the cutting tool to cut and dislodge soil below an existing foundation or structure. As the soil is cut and dislodged, it is mechanical mixed with an additive, such as a cementitious material, via the cutting tool. The mixed soil and additive may then harden in the area below the existing structure or foundation to create an underpinning structure to provide additional support for the existing structure or foundation.
