A method of manufacturing a component with at least one embedded feature includes the steps of defining a boundary template for the component, reserving a functional region within the boundary template for the at least one embedded feature, consolidating and structurally optimizing the component to allow more efficient distribution of material and manufacturing the component using additive manufacturing techniques. UREA TANK AND FUEL TANK ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is a urea tank and fuel tank assembly, which belongs to the field of automobile parts. The urea tank and fuel tank assembly includes a shell, wherein the shell includes an upper shell, a middle shell and a lower shell, the upper shell, the middle shell and the lower shell are welded separately to form a cavity including a fuel cavity. The urea tank and fuel tank assembly is welded after injection molding, so that not only is the shell uniform in wall thickness and high in mechanical strength, but also the welding stress is dispersed to the upper and lower ends of the shell by setting that the upper shell, the middle shell and the lower shell are welded separately, on the one hand, the stress concentration of the welded part of the shell is reduced and the cracking of the welded part is avoided.

A method of making a polymeric engine hood assembly for use in a vehicle can include applying heat to a first polymeric sheet, applying heat to a second polymeric sheet, stacking the first polymeric sheet and the second polymeric sheet, placing the stacked sheets between a first mold half and a second mold half, closing the first mold half and second mold half, applying vacuum to the space between the first polymeric sheet and the first mold half and between the second polymeric sheet and the second mold half, wherein the first polymeric sheet forms an exterior panel and wherein the second polymeric sheet forms a reinforcing structure; and attaching an exterior panel to a fender skin at a junction surface, wherein the reinforcing structure includes a connecting ridge extending transversely across the reinforcing structure, wherein the connecting ridge is configured to accept the junction surface of the exterior panel and the feeder skin.
Aerodynamic skirt assembly
A resilient or flexible skirt panel assembly having an integral bracing system. In operation, the bracing system need not attach to a trailer base rail. The innovation discloses straight, straight-angled and curved skirt panel orientations. Additionally, angled braces, v-braces, v-wings, and integral rib bracing mechanisms are disclosed. In aspects, the skirt panel and bracing mechanisms can absorb (or bend) under force while effectively having a memory to return to their original shape upon removal of the force. The skirt assembly can include a hem along the bottom edge of the skirt panel thereby enhancing performance and longevity of the assembly. Additionally, an anti-skid clamping assembly can be employed to connect the skirt assemblies to the trailer I-beam, base rail or cross-members.

Disclosed is a monobloc mounting bracket for a foot parking brake, The mounting bracket includes a pedal arm connection plate having a shaft installation hole at one side of one surface so as to rotatably install one end of a shaft for pivotably installing the pedal arm; a fixation plate extended to be bent in one direction from a front end of the pedal arm connection plate and having one pair of fixation holes so as to be fixed to the dashboard via multiple fixation members; a release member extended rewards from a rear end of the pedal arm connection plate and provided to install the release member via pin; and a cable suspension plate extended to be bent in a direction opposite to the fixation plate from a lower end of the pedal arm connection plate and having a cable suspension hole so as penetrate and suspend one end of the cable.

PIPE ATTACHING STRUCTURE OF FUEL TANK
In a pipe attaching structure of a fuel tank, a pipe attachment section and the fuel tank are molded simultaneously, and the pipe attachment section can be securely molded. In the pipe attaching structure of the fuel tank, which is provided with a pipe attachment section adapted to attach pipes to an exterior wall of the fuel tank, the fuel tank has the pipe attachment section elongating from the exterior wall of the fuel tank outwardly of the fuel tank so as to be integral therewith. The pipe attachment section has an attaching exterior wall composed of the same material with that of the exterior wall of the fuel tank so as to elongate into a cylindrical configuration and continue integrally with the exterior wall of the fuel tank outwardly thereof, and an attaching interior wall formed inside the attaching exterior wall so as to continue from a tip end of the attaching exterior wall and bend like a hairpin, and the attaching exterior wall and the attaching interior wall are brought into contact with each other.
