CONVERTIBLE PALLET JACK WITH ROLLERS
A pallet jack has a rotatable forked platform that match the pallet arms of the host fork where the host fork has embedded rollers. The rotatable forked platform has gaps that enclose the rollers embedded in the host fork to provide a smooth surface like that of a conventional pallet jack. The rollers are located at intervals from the front of the host fork to the rear of the overlay platform. When the forked platform is raised to expose the rollers, the rollers work in conjunction with an inclined ramp, also having embedded rollers, attached to the front of the arms to lift a container onto the forks. Once a container is aligned in front of the inclined ramp, the pallet jack is driven forward. The momentum of the pallet jack causes the inclined ramp to lift the container onto the arms.
Cowl cross bar for vehicle
A cowl cross bar for a vehicle comprising a main cross bar disposed in front of a driver's seat in a transverse direction of the vehicle, a sub-cross bar disposed in front of a passenger seat in the transverse direction of the vehicle, and a center supporter configured to couple the main cross bar and the sub-cross bar to each other such that diametric centers thereof are disposed eccentrically relative to each other, the center supporter may include a main center support bracket provided with a connector to which a longitudinal end of the sub-cross bar is fixed, and a sub-center support bracket fixed to the main center support bracket, and having an insert hole through which a longitudinal end of the main cross bar is fixed to the sub-center support bracket.
Vehicle body structure
A beam has a first exterior surface and a second exterior surface opposite the first exterior surface with an opening extending through the beam. A sleeve member extends through the opening from the first exterior surface to the second exterior surface. A first collar defines a first aperture with a first end of the sleeve member extending through the first aperture. The first collar contacts the first exterior surface. A second collar has a second attachment flange that overlays a portion of the second exterior surface of the beam. The second collar has a second aperture with the sleeve member extending therethrough. The first collar and the second collar are positioned and fixedly attached to the beam such that the sleeve member is spaced apart from interior surfaces of the beam that define the opening.
Pickup truck box reinforcement for fifth wheel pedestal
A reinforcement panel for the floor of a pick-up truck bed. The reinforcement panel is assembled between the floor of the pick-up truck and a fifth wheel cross member. The reinforcement panel includes transversely extending reinforcing or stiffening ribs. The stiffening ribs resist deflection in the area of the gooseneck ball receptacle.
Vehicle body front structure
A vehicle body front structure includes a front side frame body provided on the front portion of the vehicle body, the front side frame including a front frame extending to the longitudinal direction and a rear frame extending downward from the rear end portion of the front frame to the rear direction, the rear portion of the front frame has a front bulkhead and a rear bulkhead which are longitudinally spaced from each other, a recessed portion which recesses the outside wall outside in the width direction of the vehicle to the inside in the width direction of the vehicle, and the recessed portion is positioned between the front bulkhead and the rear bulkhead.
Sheet metal workpiece
A workpiece includes a plurality of knots and webs, which are formed in one piece, of a sheet metal, in particular a steel plate. Each web extends between two openings from one knot to another knot, and at least three webs meet at each knot. A plurality of the webs has a cross section, which includes at least one hardened and one unhardened area.
Extensible trailer
An extensible trailer has a rear frame supporting a front cargo deck, and a front frame supporting a front cargo deck. The rear frame has a yoke fixed to it for the front frame to slide in and out of, between collapsed and extended extremes. When collapsing the trailer, the front frame slides into the yoke as the front cargo deck rides up over a front edge of the rear cargo deck, until it lands on top of the rear cargo deck, where it stays all the while the trailer is in the collapsed position. When extending the trailer, the front frame slides out from the yoke as the front cargo deck slides back over the rear cargo deck's front edge, until it lands on top of the front frame, where it stays all the while the trailer is in the extended position.
Frame structure of utility vehicle
A frame structure of a utility vehicle includes: a left bottom first frame and a right bottom second frame that extend in a front-rear direction and support a floor plate; a bottom front frame that couples a front end of the left bottom first frame and a front end of the right bottom second frame and extends linearly in a vehicle width direction and to which a first support member for a first gear box for front wheels is welded; and a bottom rear frame that couples a rear end of the left bottom first frame and a rear end of the right bottom second frame and extends linearly in the vehicle width direction and to which a second support member for a second gear box for rear wheels is welded, each of the bottom front frame and the bottom rear frame being a cylindrical pipe frame.
Convertible pallet jack with rollers
A pallet jack has a forked platform with rollers embedded in the arms of the fork. The rollers are located at intervals from the front of the arms to the rear. The rollers work in conjunction with an inclined ramp, also having embedded rollers, attached to the front of the arms to lift a container onto the forks. Once a container is aligned in front of the inclined ramp, the pallet jack is driven forward. The momentum of the pallet jack, at standard speed, causes the inclined ramp to insert underneath the container and lifts the container onto the arms. The rollers allow the container to move into position on the pallet jack for transfer. An overlay platform may cover the host forks for standard pallet transfer. The overlay platform may have embedded rollers and can be rotated into position over a standard fork.
