The air conditioner includes a heat pump cycle channel in which a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an expansion valve, and an indoor heat exchanger are connected with one another in sequence. A resistance channel is disposed between an outlet of the compressor and the outdoor heat exchanger to increase pressure of refrigerant flowing from the outlet to the outdoor heat exchanger.

AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS

An air-conditioning apparatus includes a refrigeration cycle circulating refrigerant and connecting a compressor, a heat-source-side heat exchanger, one or more of load-side expansion devices, and one or more of load-side heat exchangers by refrigerant pipes, a bypass having one end connected to a discharge side of the compressor of the refrigeration cycle and the other end connected to a suction side of the compressor of the refrigeration cycle to bypass a portion of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor, a first expansion device depressurizing the refrigerant flowing through the bypass, an auxiliary heat exchanger cooling the refrigerant depressurized at the first expansion device, a second expansion device controlling a flow rate of the refrigerant flowing from the auxiliary heat exchanger to the suction side of the compressor, and a controller controlling an opening degree of the second expansion device.

REFRIGERATION SYSTEM AND ITS PRESSURE BALANCE CONTROL DEVICE
20170227271 · 2017-08-10 ·

A refrigeration system with pressure balancing function includes a condensing unit, a first refrigerant delivery pipeline, and a pressure balance control device including a temperature control unit, a first refrigerant control valve and a refrigerant supply switching controller. The temperature control unit determines if the temperature of the evaporator is abnormal, generates a temperature adjustment trigger signal that shifts between adjustment level and non-adjustment level. The refrigerant supply switching controller will determine, based on the level of the temperature adjustment trigger signal, whether to output the valve-open signal to the first refrigerant control valve. When the temperature adjustment trigger signal received by the refrigerant supply switching controller is at the adjustment level, the refrigerant supply switching controller will not output the valve-open signal to the first refrigerant control valve, so that the first refrigerant control valve is closed to stop delivering the refrigerant to the first refrigerant delivery pipeline.

Expansion valve

There is provided an expansion valve which, by moving the sub-valve in a valve housing, controls the flow rate of a refrigerant in a first flow direction and releases the refrigerant to flow in a second flow direction, wherein the sub-valve is reduced in weight and a valve port is provided with high accuracy. The sub-valve includes a guide member formed by press work and a valve seat member formed by cutting. The sub-valve is seated on a sub-valve seat of a valve seat ring when the pressure in a main valve chamber is high, and is moved away from the sub-valve seat when the pressure in the main valve chamber is low. The sub-valve is reduced in weight by forming the guide member by press work, and the valve port is formed with improved accuracy by forming the valve seat member by cutting.

Expansion valve for a refrigeration cycle

A temperature sensitive rod is communicated with a diaphragm that is displaceable in response to a pressure difference between an internal pressure of a sealed space, in which a temperature sensitive medium is sealed, and a pressure of a low pressure refrigerant outputted from an evaporator. A blind hole, which opens to the sealed space, is formed in an inside of the temperature sensitive rod. The temperature sensitive medium is a mixture gas of the refrigerant and an inert gas. A mixing ratio of the inert gas in the temperature sensitive medium corresponds to a ratio of an equivalent diameter of the blind hole relative to a depth of the blind hole in such a manner that a time constant of heat conduction from the temperature sensitive rod to the temperature sensitive medium is kept within a desired time constant range.

EXPANSION VALVE

A two-stage proportional control valve configured for use in a fluid system includes a valve body having a longitudinally extending valve body bore formed therethrough. A first stage microvalve is mounted within the valve body bore, and a second stage spool assembly is mounted within the valve body bore downstream of the microvalve. The second stage spool assembly includes a sleeve and a spool slidably mounted within the sleeve.

Expansion valve device

A drive control device performs a mode change with a constant current between a first mode in which an opening degree of a refrigerant passage is changed in a first flow region where a flow rate of refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant passage is lower than or equal to a predetermined value and a second mode in which the opening degree of the refrigerant passage is changed in a second flow region where the flow rate of refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant passage is higher than the predetermined value. The drive control device increases a value of the constant current at the mode change to be larger than a value of a constant current when the opening degree of the refrigerant passage is changed in the first mode.

FLASH TANK AND AIR CONDITIONER HAVING THE SAME

Provided are a flash tank and an air conditioner having the same. The flash tank includes a flash tank liquid inlet (11) and a flash tank liquid outlet (12). The flash tank further includes: a plurality of flash chambers, wherein the flash chambers are arranged in sequence, every two adjacent flash chambers communicating; and a plurality of air replenishment openings (14), the air replenishment openings (14) and the flash chambers corresponding one to one and communicating with each other. The flash tank liquid inlet (11) communicates with the first flash chamber of the flash chambers, and the flash tank liquid outlet (12) communicates with the last flash chamber of the flash chambers. The flash tank may meet an air replenishment demand of a multi-stage compressor.
