Antenna inspection system, antenna inspection apparatus and antenna inspection method
A POL-axis driving unit, an EL-axis driving unit, a Cross-EL-axis driving unit and an AZ-axis driving unit of an antenna apparatus drive respective axis drive motors controlled by a control unit of a control apparatus, such that the antenna performs an origin detection operation for each axis. The camera control unit controls a camera so as to capture an image of the antenna at each timing before and after the origin detection for each axis. An image acquisition unit of an antenna inspection acquires image data that indicates the image of the antenna captured by the camera and makes storage unit store the image data. A comparing diagnosis unit compares image data before the origin detection for each axis with image data after the origin detection, and diagnoses whether the antenna is in a normal state.
SETTING METHOD OF A COUNTING FLOW PATH, IMAGE MONITORING SYSTEM WITH SETTING FUNCTION OF THE COUNTING FLOW PATH AND RELATED COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIA
A setting method of a counting flow path is applied to an image monitoring system and a related computer-readable media. The counting flow path is utilized to determine whether an object passes through a monitoring area. The setting method includes drawing two boundaries on a video frame correlative to the monitoring area to define the counting flow path, detecting relative position between a first angle control point and a second angle control point of the counting flow path, adjusting an angle formed by virtual lines stretching from the boundaries according to the relative position between the said angle control points, and utilizing an initial point and a final point detected by the counting flow path while the objects moves into or out of the counting flow path to determine whether the object passes through the counting flow path.
TEACHER DATA GENERATION METHOD
Provided is a method for generating teacher data for image recognition while reducing the number of images used as the basis. A captured image is obtained by imaging an object by an imaging device C arranged at a first designated position P.sub.i. A basic image region S.sub.iis extracted from the captured image. The teacher data is generated as a result of coordinate transformation of the basic image region S.sub.i from one image coordinate system to a coordinate system of a captured image by the imaging device C on the assumption that the imaging device C is arranged at a second designated position P.sub.j which is different from the first designated position P.sub.i.
Translation and display of text in picture
A method performed by a mobile terminal may include displaying an image via a display of the mobile device. A first user selection of a portion of the image is received and text in the selected portion of the image is identified. The identified text is displayed via the display. A second user selection of at least a portion of the identified text is received. The portion of the identified text is translated from a first language into a second language that differs from the first language. The translated text, in the second language, is displayed over the image via the display.
Inspection device for mechanical instruments and uses thereof
Devices and methods for inspection of various mechanical instruments to determine their level of wear and re-usability, particularly surgical and dental instruments, are provided.
KIOSKS FOR REMOTE COLLECTION OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES FOR VALUE, AND ASSOCIATED MOBILE APPLICATION FOR ENHANCED DIAGNOSTICS AND SERVICES
A kiosk for accepting a portable electronic device from a client in exchange for payment includes a display, one or more cameras, a portable device receiving arrangement, a payment dispensing arrangement, and a communication connection to a remote server and/or operator. The kiosk is configured to, in conjunction with the remote server and/or operator, perform one or more of associating a fundraising even with an amount payable for the accepted portable electronic device, change or defer payments in accordance with at least some attributes that are yet to be evaluated, and to perform authentication of the accepted portable electronic device.
Methods of automatically recording patching changes at passive patch panels and network equipment
Methods of executing patching connection changes in a patching field are provided in which an electronic work order is received on a display located at the patching field, the electronic work order specifying the patching connection change. A technician may perform the patching connection change. Then, an electronic message may be sent from the patching field indicating that the patching change has been completed.
Digital media gate
An apparatus includes a housing, a digital display device, at least one gate coupled to the housing, and an analytical unit comprising a controller, the analytical unit coupled to the digital display device and the controller. The analytical unit includes logic to operate environmental sensors to identify demographic attributes of a proximate person to the digital display device and to locate digital content associated with the demographic attributes and to cause display of the digital content on the digital display device.
IMAGE-BASED SPOILAGE SENSING REFRIGERATOR
Disclosed are various embodiments for determining whether food in a refrigerator has spoiled. An application executing on a computing device receives an image from a refrigerator of a compartment of the refrigerator. The application then analyzes the image to identify a food item in the image. Subsequently, the application analyzes the image to identify a potentially spoiled area of the food item. The application then compares the potentially spoiled area of the food item to a model of a spoiled food item. Afterwards, the application determines that the identified food item has spoiled based at least in part on a comparison of the potentially spoiled area of the identified food item to the model of the spoiled food item.
Techniques for detecting depleted stock
A computer-implemented method is disclosed herein. The method includes the step of receiving, at a processing device of a commerce server, at least a video signal from a head mountable unit worn by a consumer in a retail store. The method also includes the step of identifying, with the processing device, an indication of depleted stock in the retail store in response to the video signal received from the head mountable unit. The method also includes the step of transmitting, with the processing device, a restock signal in response to the identifying step.
