APPARATUS FOR STORING ARTICLES
An apparatus for storing articles comprises one or more vacuum-sealable storage bags and a container. The one or more vacuum-sealable storage bags are configured for storing the articles therein. The container configured for storing the one or more vacuum-sealable storage bags therein. The container has soft sides made of soft materials. In operation, when air within the one or more vacuum-sealable storage bags is evacuated, the one or more vacuum-sealable storage bags, and any articles stored therein, collapses into the container.
Pouch comprising a safety valve
A pouch (10) comprises a flexible bag (12) having an opening (12a) at one end, and a safety valve arranged inside the bag (12) to substantially prevent the content of the bag (12) leaving through the opening (12a). The valve comprises a first pair of sheets (22) and a second pair of sheets (24) that are bonded together locally at a plurality of spaced-apart primary bonding points (25), and a third pair of sheets (26), the first, second, and third pairs of sheets (22, 24, and 26) being bonded together locally at a plurality of spaced-apart secondary bonding points (27). The distance between the primary bonding points (25) and the distal end of the sheets of the second pair of sheets (24) varies along a transverse axis (Dt) of the bag (12).
Spout For A Flexible Bag and Flexible Bag Having a Spout
A spout for use with a flexible bag and a flexible bag having a spout. The spout includes a threadform that extends about the outer surface. The threadform includes opposing threadforms that are of different configurations. Additionally, the insert member includes a poppet and a spring member to maintain the poppet in a configuration that precludes the passage of fluid therethrough.
Humidity control package
A humidity controlled package that uses a humidity sensitive valve that opens and closes an opening to control a humidity in the package. The package has a package holding area inside the package. The humidity level in the package controls the valve to open to allow air flow between an inside of the valve and an outside of the valve, and close to prevent air flow between the inside and outside of the valve. At least part of the valve is in the package. In one embodiment, the package is vented when the humidity value gets higher than a setpoint. In another embodiment, a sachet of dessicant is opened by the humidity level.
Bag
In a bag with a jacket wall composed of at least two layers closed in each case by means of a longitudinal adhesive seam to form a tube and having two front ends, and with folded bottoms closing the bag at the front ends, and with a filling opening for introducing a filling material, wherein the jacket wall has at least one paper layer and the at least one paper layer at least largely determines the load-bearing capability with filled weight and the mechanical stability of the bag, the usefulness of the bag is improved by the fact that the jacket wall has, on its outside, a layer of a plastic film with a thickness of 60 pm or less, which surrounds the at least one paper layer and protects it from moisture and, in an area of overlapping ends, has adhesion points (K) between which air removal paths (Z) are formed.
Containers for fluids with composite agile walls
The disclosure is directed to sampling bags having flexible walls. The sampling bags may have agile walls that include a shape memory component. The shape memory component tends to return the sampling bag to its initial shape. Such sampling bags may be used in a variety of sampling methods.
POUCH WITH FLAT VALVE
A thin film valve including a flexible thin film front panel, a flexible thin film rear panel sealed to the front panel along two opposite sides thereof to form a normally closed, self-sealing thin film valve having an openable duct, the duct having first and second open ends, the first end of the duct being openable into a container sealingly affixed to the valve, and a frangible seal sealing the second end of the duct between the two sealed side edges.
INSERTABLE INFLATABLE BLADDER AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
A inflatable insertable bladder and method of use thereof. The bladder may be designed in any shape or size made up of an integrated bladder system that be made of any material such as mylar, plastic, nanoparticle, graphine like material, atoms or any material within the realm of science and knowledge that would provide enough strength to act as a bladder and have enough elasticity to provide protection to the item being shipped or stored and of suitable design able to protect the item being shipped with enough strength to hold and protect the item being shipped, stored or otherwise suspended in a box or container that is being shipped, stored or otherwise used in. The inflatable insertable bladder is uniquely designed to allow for a simple one-step process using a bladder with an integrated valve system that is used to suspend an article to be to be packaged. This completely protects the article and removes the need for peanuts, foam, bubble wrap, paper or other fillers in boxes used for shipping goods once the box is closed.
Flexible container with extendable spout
The present disclosure provides a flexible container. In an embodiment, a flexible container is provided and includes a first multilayer film and a second multilayer film. Each multilayer film has an inner seal layer. The multilayer films are arranged such that the seal layers oppose each other and the second multilayer film is superimposed on the first multilayer film. The multilayer films are sealed along a common peripheral edge. An orifice is present in one of the multilayer films. The flexible container includes an extendable spout extending through the orifice. The extendable spout has a flange sealed to the inner seal layer of the multilayer film at the orifice. The extendable spout is composed of, or is otherwise formed from, an ethylene/-olefin multi-block copolymer.
INFLATING STICK AND PROCESSING MACHINE
An inflating stick and a processing machine are provided. The inflating stick includes a body, a link rod, a cutter, and one or more inflating tubes. A front end of the body includes a guiding segment with a cone structure. A rear end of the body includes a packing segment of which an external diameter is greater than that of the guiding segment. The body includes a gas inlet formed on the packing segment. The body further includes an internal chamber allowing gas to flow into through the gas inlet and gas outlets formed on an outer wall of the body allowing gas to flow out. The link rod and the cutter are disposed in rear of the body. The inflating tube is connected to the gas inlet for supplying gas to the internal chamber, and the gas can flow out from the gas outlets to inflate the gas columns.
