PAPER BAG AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR A PAPER BAG
This invention relates to a paper bag for bulk material such as cement, gypsum, granular material, animal feed or the like, with a bottom and with an upper part opposite the bottom, wherein bottom and/or upper part are folded and glued by closing up the side parts around side fold lines, in particular in the form of a cross or block bottom, wherein for gluing the side parts at least one gluing or bonding agent activatable after the application is provided, which is applied continuously at least from a side fold line up to at least the opposite side fold line of the side parts.
Multi-purpose valve for extending shelf-life using vacuuming or injecting gas
A multifunctional valve features a pumping function and a vacuuming function. The valve can be implemented in any closed container having a removable lid or a bag having a resealable zipper or any other similar sealable feature. The valve also features a tethered plug to additionally provide sealing. The valve incorporates a spacer or washer when used in thin walls to provide support. When the valve is used with a bag, the spacer or washer incorporates footing so that the valve does not collapse on its own when the valve is used in conjunction with a vacuum pump or a gas pump.
Flexible Container with Extendable Spout
The present disclosure provides a flexible container. In an embodiment, a flexible container is provided and includes a first multilayer film and a second multilayer film. Each multilayer film has an inner seal layer. The multilayer films are arranged such that the seal layers oppose each other and the second multilayer film is superimposed on the first multilayer film. The multilayer films are sealed along a common peripheral edge. An orifice is present in one of the multilayer films. The flexible container includes an extendable spout extending through the orifice. The extendable spout has a flange sealed to the inner seal layer of the multilayer film at the orifice. The extendable spout is composed of, or is otherwise formed from, an ethylene/-olefin multi-block copolymer.
BAG
In a bag with a jacket wall composed of at least two layers closed in each case by means of a longitudinal adhesive seam to form a tube and having two front ends, and with folded bottoms closing the bag at the front ends, and with a filling opening for introducing a filling material, wherein the jacket wall has at least one paper layer and the at least one paper layer at least largely determines the load-bearing capability with filled weight and the mechanical stability of the bag, the usefulness of the bag is improved by the fact that the jacket wall has, on its outside, a layer of a plastic film with a thickness of 60 pm or less, which surrounds the at least one paper layer and protects it from moisture and, in an area of overlapping ends, has adhesion points (K) between which air removal paths (Z) are formed.
Liquid container
A liquid container includes a first storage level configured to store the liquid, a second level of pressurization configured to receive a gas in order to keep the first level under pressure. The first and second levels can be stored flat when empty of carbonated liquid and gas. The container further includes an envelope configured to maintain the first and second levels in a maximum volume, the envelope being configured to be stored flat with a thickness of less than 5 cm.
Containers for Fluids with Composite Agile Walls
The disclosure is directed to sampling bags having flexible walls. The sampling bags may have agile walls that include a shape memory component. The shape memory component tends to return the sampling bag to its initial shape. Such sampling bags may be used in a variety of sampling methods.
SELECTABLE, MULTIPLE CHAMBER CONTAINER HAVING SINGLE NOZZLE ASSEMBLY
A container, a support cup coupled to the top of the container, a nozzle orifice from which product is dispensed is integrated with a cap. A barrel is integrated in the cap in communication with the nozzle orifice. A valve assembly is supported by the support cup, the valve assembly having an outlet, the outlet directly or indirectly coupled to and in communication with the barrel, the valve assembly further having an inlet. Three are a plurality of chambers or bags, each having a bag outlet. A plurality of valve assembly inlets allows ingress into the valve assembly. A blocking member selectively blocks the pathway from a bag outlet to a corresponding valve assembly inlet. A selection switch/lever/dial integrated in the cap is operable to open a pathway through the valve assembly to the nozzle so as to release product from a selected bag.
Gaseous liquid dispenser and method of provision of a gaseous liquid
A collapsible bag for use in dispensing gaseous fluids, the collapsible bag including three collapsible enclosures. Two of the collapsible enclosures have respective fluid paths extending from internal to external of the outer enclosure. The configuration of the food quality of an inner enclosures and the integrity of the third outer enclosure and as well as the relative volume of one inner enclosure to the outer enclosures effects the dispensing mechanism of the pressure which allows transfer of the pressure without fluid interaction to another of the at inner collapsible enclosures and selective dispensing.
CONTAINER AND FITMENT FOR USE IN HIGH PRESSURE PROCESSING
A container assembly configured for use in a high pressure process (HPP) includes a container defining a container cavity and a fitment assembly coupled to the container. The fitment assembly defines a passageway arranged in fluid communication with the container cavity. The fitment assembly further defines a chamber within the passageway isolated from the container cavity. A pressure relief mechanism is operably coupled to the fitment assembly to relieve pressure within the chamber.
Storage bag having an integrated manual pump
A resealable bag having an integrated manual pump is provided. The resealable bag includes: a front wall and a back wall together defining a cavity, a sealable closure configured to seal an opening to the cavity, and a manual pump positioned within an aperture in the front wall, wherein the manual pump includes a frame around a perimeter of the aperture, a pump ball positioned within the frame, and an ingress valve and an egress valve in fluid communication with an interior of the pump ball. Air is removed from the bag by depressing the pump ball, which forces air through the egress valve from the interior of the pump ball to an exterior of the bag. The pump ball refills with air between depressions due to air from the bag cavity entering the pump ball through the ingress valve disposed on a cavity-facing surface of the pump ball.
