The first side may have a first vertical seam and a first flap set. The third side may have a second vertical seam and a second flap set. The bottom, the first side, the second side, the third side, and fourth side are integrally formed from a single sheet of a plastic material. The first vertical seam may extend from a top of the first side to at least the first flap set. The second vertical seam may extend from a top of the third side to at least the second flap set. A method of manufacture thereof is also provided.
SEALABLE WAVE BAG ASSEMBLY WITH INTEGRATED VENTING
A plastic material wave bag assembly having a sheet-like first side panel and a sheet-like second side panel oriented in opposed congruent relationship to one another when in a folded condition. The wave bag assembly includes a single use closure adhesive strip disposed and oriented primarily laterally across an interior wall of the upper panel section of the first side panel at a location below the handle apertures. The closure adhesive strip is configured to selectively close and maintain the upper panel sections in a closed condition while the remaining portions of the first and second side panels are maintained in the receiving condition. The closure adhesive strip includes opposed closure adhesive strip distal ends formed and dimensioned to terminate proximate to a respective corner intersection such that at least one vent passage is formed between a corresponding closure adhesive strip distal end, in the closed condition, and the corresponding upper side edge end portion of the side edge of the first and second side panels. The vent passage is of a lateral dimension sufficiently large to enable the venting of steam while being sufficiently small to prevent the passage of a human hand therethrough.
Flat Folded Bottom Self Opening Style Bag and Method of Manufacture
A method of manufacturing an SOS bag of indefinite length is disclosed including, as a preliminary step, providing a gusseted tube of indefinite length. In a series of steps, the gusseted tube may be cut, trimmed, folded, and sealed to create a unique bottom for an SOS bag. The bottoms of the front panel and the rear panel may be cut so as to permit the inward folding of the bottoms of the gussets of the gusseted tube, such that the bottoms of the gussets overlap. A front panel of the gusseted tube may then undergo a trimming and folding and heat sealing, followed by the rear panel of the gusseted tube undergoing a trimming and folding and heat sealing. The disclosure additionally includes bags manufactured by the method disclosed herein, as well as SOS bags having the unique construction disclosed herein.
Center Folded Bottom Self Opening Style Bag and Method of Manufacture
A method of manufacturing an SOS bag of indefinite length is disclosed including, as a preliminary step, providing a gusseted tube of indefinite length. In a series of steps, the gusseted tube may be cut, folded, and sealed to create a unique bottom for an SOS bag. The bottom of the tube includes a center flap flanked by two bottom flaps, where the center flap may be heat sealed onto a bottom flap. The disclosure additionally includes bags manufactured by the method disclosed herein, as well as SOS bags having the unique construction disclosed herein.
Flat Patch Bottom Self Opening Style Bag and Method of Manufacture
A method of manufacturing an SOS bag of indefinite length is disclosed including, as a preliminary step, providing a gusseted tube of indefinite length. In a series of steps, the gusseted tube may be folded inwardly at its base to create front and rear flaps that are then folded about fold lines to create a folded bottom gusseted tube. A rectangular patch may then be applied thereto in a series of steps, including for example hot air welding and/or ultrasonic welding, to complete an embodiment of a bag of the disclosure, one having a unique bottom for an SOS bag. The disclosure additionally includes bags manufactured by the method disclosed herein, as well as SOS bags having the unique construction disclosed herein.
Method of packing silicon and packing body
When packing a polycrystalline silicon with a two-layer structured packing body comprising an inner bag (1a) and an outer bag (1b), there are used the inner bag (1a) and the outer bag (1b) having bottom sections (4a, 4b) provided with a pair of tucked sections, the shape of which is substantially a triangle in plan view, formed by inward-folding the portions continued from both of rectangular side face sections (3a, 3b), and when storing the inner bag (1a) that stores the polycrystalline silicon therein into the outer bag (1b), the bottom sections (4a, 4b) are superimposed with the respective tucked sections (6a, 6b) of the inner bag (1a) and the outer bag (1b) displaced from each other by 90 so that they do not overlap on each other.
A GROCERY TRANSPORT PACKAGING SYSTEM
A method of delivering goods, the method comprising the steps of: providing a collapsible carrier bag (20), or providing a collapsible transport container (20), wherein the carrier bag (20) or the transport container (20) is provided in a collapsed state (20A); expanding the collapsible carrier bag or transport container in an environment having a pre-determined condition of the environment; loading chilled or frozen goods into an interior storage space of said transport container or carrier bag; and transporting said loaded transport container (20, 20C) or carrier bag (20, 20C) to a destination (DD).
Accordion-sides square-bottom bag and manufacturing method thereof
An accordion-sides square-bottom bag and manufacturing method thereof, comprising a paper tube (10) made by a sheet enclosing the sides; accordion sides are folded on two sides of the paper tube (10); the paper tube is provided with a first indentation line (21) and a second indentation line (22), the distance from the second indentation line (22) to the base being greater than the distance between the first indentation line and the second indentation line, but not exceeding twice the distance; two ends of the second indentation line (22) are symmetrically provided with a first crease line (31) and a second crease line (32), the distances between the respective ends of the first and second crease lines and the two edges of the paper tube (10) exceeding the folded depth of the accordion sides; and a first cutting line (41) and a second cutting line (42) are provided from the ends of the first and second crease lines to the base of the paper tube (10). The accordion-sides square-bottom bag enlarges the area of the glued surface of the bottom of the bag, such that the material on the bottom is uniformly distributed, and the bottom is adhered firmly, thus reducing the maximum thickness of the bottom, and reducing the footprint of packaged material during transportation.
Flat-bottomed gusseted bag made from multi-layer sheet
A flat-bottomed bag is formed from a flexible sheet that initially is flat prior to being manipulated to form the bag. The sheet is a laminate of a first web and a second web laminated together by an adhesive layer disposed between the webs. The sheet defines a plurality of serially connected side wall panels collectively defining a vertically extending side wall of the bag, and a plurality of bottom panels respectively connected to the side wall panels at respective fold lines. The bottom panels are folded about the fold lines and are attached together to form a flat bottom wall configured to support the bag in an upright orientation. The adhesive layer is in a partial-coverage pattern that includes adhesive-free regions located along each fold line between each bottom panel and the respective side wall panel connected therewith.
Package with integrally formed handle and method of making the same

The package includes a pleat that interconnects between the first end portions of the first and second panels. The pleat defines a right side edge portion and a left side edge portion and includes a handle aperture forming a handle. A first seam joins the right side edge portions of the first panel, the second panel, and the pleat and a second seam joins the left side edge portions of the first panel, the second panel, and the pleat. A third seam joins the second end portion of the first panel with the second end portion of the second panel. The first panel, the second panel, and the pleat are integrally formed.
