A backlight panel is provided, which includes a substrate including first and second light-emitting areas, first light-emitting devices arranged in rows and in columns in the first light-emitting area, and second light-emitting devices arranged in rows and in columns in the second light-emitting area. The first light-emitting area overlaps the center of the backlight panel. The second light-emitting area is located on a side of the first light-emitting area. A first coincident boundary is formed between the first and second light-emitting areas, and a second coincident boundary is formed between the second light-emitting area and the backlight panel. In the row direction, the distance between at least one second light-emitting device closest to the second coincident boundary and another adjacent second light-emitting device is less than a distance between any two adjacent first light-emitting devices.

Apparatus, system, and method embodiments are disclosed for illuminating clothing, fashion accessories, and other items using diffusion and reflection of light from a light source. A fashion accessory can include a diffusion layer to provide a unique visual appearance from the light source based on the diffusion layer's manipulation of photon wavelength. The diffusion layer can reside under an exterior shell of the fashion accessory and diffuse light from the light source, providing a unique design aspect to the fashion accessory. The fashion accessory can further include a light refraction chamber to direct light in a visually appealing way, providing variations in quality and texture of the light that an observer sees. Additional layers of material over the exterior shell can provide additional variations in quality and texture of the observed light.

The LED light-emitting structure includes: a base, a conductive portion is arranged on one side of the base; a chip cluster, the chip cluster comprises a plurality of LED chips, the plurality of LED chips include at least two types and are fixedly arranged on another side of the base and connected to the conductive portion; a plurality of the chip clusters are arranged on the base, and the positions of the LED chips in adjacent chip clusters correspond to each other; an optical element, the optical element is arranged to cover a side of the base corresponding to the chip cluster. When in use, different LED chips within the chip clusters can work together to provide light compensation, increasing a total reflection area of the optical elements.
