Method of drumhead imaging
A method for forming a dye sublimation image in a vibrating membrane employed in a musical instrument comprising the steps of: providing an image, digitally prepared or otherwise, consisting of a simulated animal skin or another form of graphic; printing the image on a substrate employing a heat transfer ink dye; joining the substrate with the printed image with a sheet of a gas permeable membrane comprised of bi-axially oriented non-woven polyester fibers having a plurality of surface pores and vibrating and musical note producing capability; applying a combination of heat and pressure to the joined substrate with the printed image and the membrane to cause the individual surface pores to expand to enable the dye to gasify and permeate the surface pores to transfer the image; and, cooling the membrane to enable the surface pores to seal closed and encase the image within the surface of the membrane to protect against delamination and wear when the membrane vibrates which results from the intense and constant pounding of a drumstick, a mallet, a person's hand or some other rigid-like object.
RECONFIGURABLE COMBINATION SOLID AND PATTERNED BEDDING SYSTEMS AND MANUFACTURING PROCESSES
The present invention provides reconfigurable bedding systems generally including one or more bedding components such as a duvet, duvet cover, comforter, quilt, pillow shams, or sheets such as a fitted sheet, at least one flat sheet, and a plurality of pillow cases. According to some example embodiments, each component of the bedding system is manufactured so that half of the component is a uniform color, a solid portion, and the other half includes a pattern, a patterned portion. The components can be arranged in a variety of layouts with either the solid portion or pattern portion of each component visible.
Supercritical fluid rolled or spooled material finishing
Methods are directed to the use of a supercritical fluid for performing a dyeing of a material such that dye from a first material is used to dye a second material. A supercritical fluid is passed through a first material in a pressurized vessel. The supercritical fluid transports the dye from the first material to at least a second material causing a dye profile of the second material to change as a result of dye from the first material perfusing the second material.
Method and unit for thermosetting printed fabrics
A method for thermosetting printed fabrics, comprising: providing a heated roller rotatable about a rotation axis and having a cylindrical outer surface, advancing a printed fabric in contact with the cylindrical outer surface of the heated roller, wherein the heated roller is rotated with a peripheral speed different from the speed of the fabric.
Apparatus, method, and system for aligning, stacking, and applying craft vinyl
Methods, systems, and apparatus for aligning, stacking, and applying craft vinyl are disclosed. A fabric is secured by multiple clamps to a first surface and a second surface of a box when the box is in an open configuration. The first surface has a first measurement grid affixed thereupon. The second surface has a second measurement grid affixed thereupon. The fabric is aligned to the first measurement grid and the second measurement grid. Each vinyl layer of multiple vinyl layers defining a pattern is aligned to each other vinyl layer of the multiple vinyl layers by one or more pegs located on an edge of the first surface of the box. The multiple vinyl layers are positioned on the fabric by the one or more pegs. The multiple vinyl layers are pressed onto the fabric to print the pattern onto the fabric.
Transfer dyeing method
A transfer dyeing method, includes: 1) coating a pretreating liquid on a front side of a fabric by a first pretreating anilox roller; 2) printing a dyeing ink on a first ink transfer roller or ink transfer ribbon by a first full-master printing plate roller; 3) transferring the dyeing ink to the front of the fabric; 4) drying the fabric and then making a back side of the fabric face to a second pretreating anilox roller; 5) coating the pretreating liquid on the back side of the fabric; 6) printing a dyeing ink that is same as or different from the dyeing ink of step 2) on a second transfer-roller or ink transfer ribbon; 7) transferring the dyeing ink to the back side of the fabric; and 8) drying the fabric, followed by color fixing, water washing and shaping.
NOVEL METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR EMBROIDERING A GARMENT
The present disclosure provides, in some examples, a method, a system, and a computer program for vectorizing a QR code with an image in an online store or platform, digitizing the QR code with associated image, printing the QR code with the image on a sublimation/heat transfer paper, placing the paper onto a fabric, loading a cutter machine with the fabric, cutting the fabric into a patch with design details of QR code, and placing the patch onto a garment.
Process for Printing Cellulose Containing Textile Fibre Material
The invention relates to a process for printing cellulose textile fibre material or cellulose/polyester mixed textile fibre material, characterised in that the fibre material is treated with a printing paste or printing ink containing a disperse dye of the formula

Method for labeling fabrics and heat-transfer label well-suited for use in said method
A method for labeling fabrics, such as fabric garments, and a heat-transfer label well-suited for use in the method. In one embodiment, the heat-transfer label includes (a) a support portion; and (b) a transfer portion, the transfer portion being positioned over the support portion for transfer of the transfer portion from the support portion to an article of fabric under conditions of heat and pressure, the transfer portion including (i) an ink design layer; (ii) a heat-activatable adhesive layer; and (iii) an RFID device.
Transfer printing paper and manufacturing method of smart fabric
A transfer printing paper is provided. The transfer printing paper includes a release layer and a conductive layer. The conductive layer is formed on the release layer and is suitable for being transferred to a flexible material layer. After being transferred to the flexible material layer, the conductive layer is configured to be electrically in contact with a wearer wearing the flexible material layer, so as to conduct a physiological signal of the wearer.
