Knockdown containers and displays with optional lighting features
A knockdown container or display in the shape of a 3-dimensional container is provide which comprises of two main element types, namely Sheet elements and Edge elements. In this design, all of the main elements of the container are joined one to another by sliding with respect to each other in a sequence that make an open or closed display or container that can easily assembled or disassembled. In particular, the edges of the Sheet elements have a shape that is fitted into matching slots of the Edge elements. The position and orientation of elements are such that they securely restrict unwanted movement of the elements with respect to one another, while minimizing the number of needed fasteners or number of additional restricting components needed to secure the Edge elements.
Folding box
A folding box (100), comprising: a bottom plate (1), and a pair of first side plates (2) and a pair of a second side plates (3) capable of being folded with respect to the bottom plate (1). The first side plates (2) and the second side plates (3) are releasably interlocked via a locking mechanism (4). The locking mechanism (4) comprises a handle (41), a locking member (42), and a guidance feature (31). When the first side plates (2) and the second side plates (3) are in a locked state, the handle (41) restricts the position of the locking member (42), thus limiting the movement of the locking member (42), when the handle (41) restricts the position of the locking member (42), thus limiting the movement of the locking member (42), when the handle (41) moves and provides the locking member (42) space required for movement of the locking member (42), the locking member (42) cooperates with the guidance feature (31) to drive the locking member (42) to move so as to unlock the same. When the folding box is empty and recycled, the side plates are easy and convenient to unlock, and are difficult to be unlocked by an accidental triggering when using.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING A CUSTOM BOX
The present is a custom storage box comprising a bottom member wherein the bottom member can be attached to at least one first side member creating a width of the box and at least one second side member creating a depth to the box wherein the first side member and second side member can be substantially the same height. The method of creating a custom storage box comprising inputting custom dimension of a box by a user into a program on a first computing device wherein the user can choose a material type and an accessory type creating the user's customized user information. Submitting the user's information to the program wherein the user's information is uploaded onto a second computing device. Converting dimensions of the box into a flat pattern. Creating a computer-aided manufacturing file from the flat pattern.
Collapsible metal box
A collapsible metal box, in particular for transporting a material sensitive to creep, is provided. The box includes a base and two first and two second opposing side panels hinged to the base. At least one of the first side panels includes a retaining structure for maintaining the same in an upright position on the base while the second side panels are collapsed fully outwards.
BARRIQUE BARREL AND METHOD FOR REUSING A BARRIQUE BARREL OF THIS TYPE
A layer that is present on the inner side of barrique barrels, produced by wood toasting, is responsible for sensory enhancement of the wine stored therein. The extraction of these substances, so-called tannins, is greatest in a new barrique barrel and decreases as the barrel is used for a second and third time, thus increasing the storage time. It is not common to use the barrel more than three times. This results in considerable costs and material expenditure for the barrique barrels. In view of this, the aim of the present invention is to provide a barrique barrel that can be reconditioned. For this purpose, barrel staves are joined to form layered rings, which are assembled in layers to form a barrel instead of arranging the staves vertically as in conventional barrels. As the result of a detachable connection between the staves and the layered rings, the barrel can be disassembled and ground on the inside so that the barrel staves can be toasted again and assembled to form a new barrel.
INTER-MODAL SHIPPING MINI-CONTAINERS AND METHOD OF USING SAME
A mini-container for inter-modal shipping includes panels forming a pair of oppositely disposed side walls, a front wall, a back wall opposite to said front wall, a floor, and a roof. The side, front and back walls may releasably lock to one another to form an enclosure and unlock from one another. The panels are positionable between an erected-for-use configuration and a collapsed storage configuration. In the storage configuration, the side, front and back panels are stacked lying flat to form a stack of the panels laying on the base. The stack of panels is overlaid with the roof. The erected mini-containers are sized for space efficient loading of an inter-modal mobile transport conveyor such as an automobile carrier, train, ship or plane. In their storage configuration the mini-containers may be carried on the mobile transport conveyors for later use carrying cargo and may be carried in a stack simultaneously with mini-containers carrying cargo. The mini-containers may be sized so as to enclose at least two standard-sized pallets or at least three standard-sized boxes positioned side-by-side and adjacent the base of the mini-container.
FASTENER-TYPE FULLY-FOLDABLE STORAGE BASKET
This invention discloses a fastener-type, fully-foldable storage basket comprising a base plate and four panels, including, a left panel, a right panel, a front panel and a rear panel. Each two adjacent panels are connected rotationally; the opposite sides of at least a pair of adjacent panels are connected in a separable and rotational manner through fasteners; the base plate is rotationally connected with the bottom part of the left panel, the right panel, the front panel or the rear panel; and support parts used for supporting the base plate are arranged at the bottom parts of the other three panels. The firmness, foldability and similar qualities of the structure are not affected and the storage basket can be folded completely to reduce the occupied area to that of one single panel; and, accordingly, the occupied space of the storage basket is efficiently and effectively minimized.
COLLAPSIBLE PANS
A collapsible baking pan is provided that may provide for a center base portion that may be hingedly connected to at least three side portions. In some embodiments, one or more side elements may be connected to one or other side elements via a latch having a clamp and a hook.
COLLAPSIBLE CRATE
A collapsible crate and a method for synchronizing a method of assembling a collapsible crate are provided. The collapsible crate comprising a base, a first panel, a second panel, and a band style fastener. The first panel and the second panel are at least partially disposed within gaps between stringers of the base. The band style fastener is disposed about a portion of the base and a portion of one of the first panel and the second panel. The band style fastener secures the one of the first panel and the second panel to the base. The first panel and the second panel at least partially disposed in the base facilitates a transition fit therebetween. The collapsible crate is compact when the crate is collapsed and decreases a cost of the crate.
Sheet metal structure
A sheet metal planter comprises three panel types, can be assembled with readily available tools, can be disassembled to fit in a compact space, can be made in more than one shape, does not require fasteners in one embodiment or places a modest load on fasteners in another embodiment, and is aesthetically pleasing.
