A vehicle, in particular a rail vehicle, has cladding modules for cladding a body shell-side vehicle lateral wall and/or vehicle roof. The cladding modules, or at least a majority of the cladding modules of the vehicle, either have a first width or a second width which is smaller than the first width, and the difference between the first and second width corresponds to half of the width of at least one partition module which is mounted in the vehicle and which is mounted between two of the cladding modules or is arranged on an interface between two directly adjacent cladding modules, in particular the partition module is placed in front of the interface when seen in the vehicle transverse direction and covers the interface.

The door is moved about a rotational point and includes a movable door leaf which has a concentric segment. The cabin wall additionally forms a door stop in the closing direction of the door. The door leaf further has a linear segment with a fixed end and a free end. The linear segment adjoins the concentric segment at the fixed end in the closing direction of the door, and the free end of the linear segment forms a closing edge in the closing direction of the door. The closing edge lies against the door stop when the door is closed. A vehicle including an interior having the cabin is also provided.

A sealing system for an openable panel on a vehicle includes a channel member disposed on the openable panel and extending along a longitudinal axis and a seal member fastened to the channel member. The channel member includes two side portions extending parallel to each other and a recess defined between the two side portions. A plurality of depressions are defined in the side portions and extend along the longitudinal axis and into the recess. The seal member includes a proximal portion disposed within the recess and a distal portion extending away from the channel member. The proximal portion of the seal member has grooves defined on opposing sides thereof. The plurality of depressions on each side portion of the channel are received in a respective groove on the seal member to fasten the seal member to the channel member.

SIDE SLIDING DOOR OF RAILWAY VEHICLE

A side sliding door of a railway vehicle comprises a door body (100), and a driving device for the opening and closing of a doorway. An outer surface of the door body (100) is flush with an outer surface of the vehicle body when the door body (100) is closed. A movement track of the door body is arranged as an arc-plus-linear reciprocating motion. The outer surface of the door body is flush with the outer surface of the vehicle body when the door body is closed, so that there exists no height difference between the vehicle body and a doorway of the side sliding door. Snow accumulation at doorway under an extreme cold working condition is avoided, and then the risk of a door body being frozen is reduced.

The interlock mechanism is configured to conform a movement amount of a first portion of the movable guide in the vehicle width direction to a movement amount of a second portion of the movable guide in the vehicle width direction.

Mechanism for operating a railcar discharge gate assembly

A mechanism for operating a discharge gate assembly mounted on a railcar. The gate assembly includes a frame defining a discharge opening, a door slidably positioned on the frame for a generally horizontal range of movements between a closed position and an open position. An operating shaft assembly is mounted on the frame for rotation about a fixed axis and is operably coupled to the door such that the door moves in response to rotation of the operating shaft assembly. The mechanism for operating the discharge gate assembly includes a mount carried by and with the railcar and an actuator carried by the mount outside a range of travel of the slidable door. A force transfer mechanism is operated by the actuator for rotating the operating shaft assembly to slidably move the door between the closed and open positions in response to operation of the actuator.

A pivot sliding door guiding device includes a longitudinal profile with a guiding track and slider, supported on support rollers in a linearly movable manner in the guiding track, and which is connected to a door leaf and transfers a bearing load onto the slider. In the guiding track, convex bearing members extending in the longitudinal direction are disposed, on which support rollers of the slider with, in each case, peripherally extending concave guiding grooves roll and are retained in the transverse direction. The door leaf is connected to the slider whereby a center of gravity acts off-center on the slider in running and transverse directions. The slider has support rollers which serve for the load transfer of the load acting from the door leaf on the slider. The rollers roll on upper and lower convex bearing members, and transfer load of the door leaf via the convex bearing members.
