Light-emitting diode display device and method of manufacturing the same
A light-emitting diode (LED) display device, including a substrate, a de-mura region, a plurality of mounting blocks, a first LED chip array and a second LED chip array, is disclosed. The substrate includes a first region and a second region adjacent to each other. The de-mura region includes part of the first region and part of the second region. The mounting blocks are arranged in the first and the second region as an array, each mounting block including a first and a second mounting part. The first and the second mounting part are connected in parallel. The first LED chip array includes multiple first LED chips. The second LED chip array includes multiple second LED chips. Each first mounting part is arranged on the first side of the corresponding mounting block, and each second mounting part is arranged on the second side of the corresponding mounting block.

A pixel unit of a display includes a lighting module and a filtering module. The lighting module includes three lighting chips spaced apart from each other. The filtering module includes a planarization layer and a light adjustment layer that is disposed on the planarization layer and that is located between the planarization layer and the lighting module. The planarization layer has three light-transmissive regions respectively correspond in position to the three lighting chips and a light-blocking region that surrounds the three light-transmissive regions. The light adjustment layer includes two quantum dot wavelength conversion portions and a first light-intensity adjustment portion. The two quantum dot wavelength conversion portions respectively correspond in position to two of the three light-transmissive regions, and the first light-intensity adjustment portion corresponds in position to another one of the three light-transmissive regions.

Such a device or system includes a micro heater and a micro temperature sensor for at least active thermal sensing, which may comprise an oxide semiconductor material. The micro heater and the micro temperature sensor may be separate or combined in one pixel. The present disclosure also provides an out-cell type or an in-cell type of biometric sensor on display device, for example, an out-cell type or an in-cell type fingerprint sensor on display (FoD) device. The pixels for active thermal sensing include an oxide semiconductor material. The methods of making and the methods of using the sensors, the devices, or the system are also provided.

A sensor, a device, a system, and a method, for biometric sensing, are provided. Such a device or system includes a micro heater and a micro temperature sensor for at least active thermal sensing, which may comprise an oxide semiconductor material. The micro heater and the micro temperature sensor may be separate or combined in one pixel. The present disclosure also provides an out-cell type or an in-cell type of biometric sensor on display device, for example, an out-cell type or an in-cell type fingerprint sensor on display (FoD) device. The pixels for active thermal sensing include an oxide semiconductor material. The methods of making and the methods of using the sensors, the devices, or the system are also provided.
Modular LED wall apparatus, systems and methods
A wall module of a modular LED wall includes an array of LED panels and a truck for supporting the array of LED panels and providing mobility thereto relative to a stage surface. The truck may include a support assembly including a first support base fixed to the array of LED panels, a second support base engageable with the first, and a plurality of ball bearings arranged between the first and second support bases to allow relative movement of the first and second support bases in a plane parallel to the stage surface, a plurality of omnidirectional wheels arranged to enable omnidirectional movement of the second support base along the stage surface, and one or more actuators operable to adjust a height of the support assembly at a plurality of positions on the support assembly to enable leveling of the support assembly relative to the stage surface.
Modular LED wall apparatus, systems and methods
A wall module of a modular LED wall includes an array of LED panels and a truck for supporting the array of LED panels and providing mobility thereto relative to a stage surface. The truck may include a support assembly including a first support base fixed to the array of LED panels, a second support base engageable with the first, and a plurality of ball bearings arranged between the first and second support bases to allow relative movement of the first and second support bases in a plane parallel to the stage surface, a plurality of omnidirectional wheels arranged to enable omnidirectional movement of the second support base along the stage surface, and one or more actuators operable to adjust a height of the support assembly at a plurality of positions on the support assembly to enable leveling of the support assembly relative to the stage surface.

The present specification discloses a display device and a manufacturing method thereof. A display device according to an embodiment of the present specification includes a display region including a light-emitting element and a second electrode disposed on the light-emitting element, and a non-display region including a first dummy light-emitting element and a third electrode disposed on the first dummy light-emitting element, and surrounding the display region, wherein the non-display region further includes a second dummy light-emitting element disposed between a border of the non-display region and the first dummy light-emitting element. According to the present specification, information items for a light-emitting element of a display panel may be easily extracted.
