A medium supplement for high-yield culture of anaerobes is disclosed. The medium supplement includes N-acetylhexosamine, L-aspartic acid, L-cysteine and cobalamin. A culture medium including the supplement and a culture method using the culture medium are also disclosed. It is possible to provide an innovative method which is capable of achieving high-concentration culture of anaerobes that are difficult to culture in high yield. The method is cost-effective, and in particular, is capable of culturing large amounts of fastidious aerobes suitable for use in food and pharmaceutical applications.
Zavarzinia compransoris capable of degrading organophosphorus flame retardant and use thereof
Zavarzinia compransoris capable of degrading an organophosphorus flame retardant and a use of Zavarzinia compransoris. A GDUTXIONG2 strain of Zavarzinia compransoris capable of degrading an organophosphorus flame retardant is obtained by research, the strain is preserved in China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) on 10 Jun. 2022, and the accession number is CCTCC NO: M2022855. The GDUTXIONG2 strain has an excellent degradation ability to an organophosphorus flame retardant, the rate of degradation on an organophosphorus flame retardant, i.e., Tris(1,3-dichloroisopropyl)phosphate (TDCPP) can reach more than 99.9%, and the GDUTXIONG2 strain is an efficient degrading bacterium. The GDUTXIONG2 strain can be used for preparing a degrading bacterial agent, is pollution-free and nuisance-free during use, and can be better used for used for the remediation and treatment of the environment polluted by organophosphorus flame retardants.
Method for inhibiting biogenic hydrogen sulfide in oilfields
The present invention relates to a method for inhibiting biogenic hydrogen sulfide in oilfields. A synergistic inhibition system combination agent containing Geobacillus strain GW1 is added into oilfield systems, wherein the strain GW1 has been deposited in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on Oct. 20, 2021, and has the deposit number of CGMCC No. 23631.
Lactiplantibacillus plantarum strain for alleviating hyperuricemia and combination and use thereof
The present disclosure provides a Lactiplantibacillus plantarum strain for alleviating hyperuricemia and a combination and use thereof, and belongs to the technical field of microorganisms. The Lactiplantibacillus plantarum strain was deposited in the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC), Wuhan, China on Oct. 19, 2022, with an accession number of CCTCC NO: M20221596. The combination includes the Lactiplantibacillus plantarum strain BL-17, 0.01 wt % of a galacto-oligosaccharide, 0.01 wt % of an adenylic acid, and the balance of a sterilized skimmed milk solution. The combination according to the present disclosure can effectively alleviate the high serum uric acid levels in hyperuricemic rats, increase the urine uric acid levels in hyperuricemic rats, reduce the serum creatinine levels in hyperuricemic rats, reduce the serum urea nitrogen levels in hyperuricemic rats, and inhibit the activity of xanthine oxidase (XOD) in the serum and liver of hyperuricemic rats, and has an effect for alleviating hyperuricemia.
Treatment and/or Prevention of Digestive Disorder by a Bacterial Composition of Propionibacterium Freudenreichii and Bifidobacterium Longum
The novel invention is based, at least in part. on the surprising finding that the combination of bacterial strains comprising P. freudenreichii JS27 and B. longum subsp. infantis, particularly B. longum subsp. infantis TPY12-1 can be used in medicine and/or as a food supplement when grown simultaneously. As such and as shown in the description and appended examples, growth and viability of bacterial strains possessing synergistic behavior can be enhanced in the human gut and thus can increase bioavailability as compared with alternative combinations of bacteria.
PLANOCOCCUS SP. STRAIN HAVING ASTAXANTHIN SECRETING ABILITY, AND USE THEREOF
The present invention relates to a Planococcus sp. strain having astaxanthin secreting ability, and uses thereof. In the present invention, a novel microorganism secreting astaxanthin has been identified from a Planococcus sp. strain secreting a carotenoid compound. Accordingly, the Planococcus sp. strain of the present invention is a novel microorganism that secretes astaxanthin, and has potential to be efficiently utilized as feed, a food additive, a cosmetic, and the like.
