Provided is a ultra-small light-emitting diode (LED) electrode assembly including a base substrate; an electrode line formed on the base substrate, and including a first electrode and a second electrode formed in a line shape to be interdigitated with each other while being spaced apart from each other; and at least one ultra-small LED device connected to the electrode line. A cross section of at least one of the first and second electrodes in a vertical direction has a height variation such that the first and second electrodes easily come in contact with the at least one ultra-small LED device.

The first apertures are disposed to correspond to the light emitting units. The light extraction layer covers sidewalls of the first apertures and comprises a plurality of second apertures. The light filter layer includes a plurality of light filter units. The light filter units are filled in the second apertures, and a refractive index of the light extraction layer is less than a refractive index of the light filter unit.

The pixel circuit layer includes at least a part of the structure of the pixel circuit and a plurality of signal lines. The light-emitting unit group includes at least one light-emitting unit, the light-emitting unit is electrically connected with the pixel circuit. One of the conductive pads is electrically connected with one of the signal lines. The light-emitting device includes the plurality of light-emitting chips and the second drive circuit, the plurality of conductive pads are connected with the second drive circuit. The display apparatus includes a light-emitting device.

In an embodiment, a display structure includes an array of pixel driver chips embedded in an insulation layer, a redistribution layer (RDL) over and in electrical contact with the array of pixel driver chips, and an array of light emitting diodes (LEDs) over and in electrical contact with the RDL, where the array of LEDs includes different groups of LEDs designed for different wavelength emission spectra, and the top surfaces of the LEDs are coplanar.

The first side wall has a first angular surface and the second side wall has a second angular surface. The first angular surface and the second angular surface redirecting light from an associated LED of the plurality of LEDs so that light from the plurality of light emitting diode is indirectly communicated through the graphic openings after reflecting from the first angular surface and the second angular surface.
