The disclosure provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a display substrate and a lens structure. The display substrate includes a plurality of light-emitting devices and a receiving layer located on light-emitting sides of the light-emitting devices. The lens structure is located on the receiving layer and includes a plurality of lens units, and the lens units are arranged in correspondence with the light-emitting devices. Each of the lens units includes a color blocking layer configured to absorb light in ambient light that is different in color from light emitted from a corresponding light-emitting device. The lens unit has a refractive index greater than a refractive index of the receiving layer.
DISPLAY PANEL AND DISPLAY DEVICE
The disclosure provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a display substrate and a lens structure. The display substrate includes a plurality of light-emitting devices and a receiving layer located on light-emitting sides of the light-emitting devices. The lens structure is located on the receiving layer and includes a plurality of lens units, and the lens units are arranged in correspondence with the light-emitting devices. Each of the lens units includes a color blocking layer configured to absorb light in ambient light that is different in color from light emitted from a corresponding light-emitting device. The lens unit has a refractive index greater than a refractive index of the receiving layer.
Display Apparatus
A display apparatus including an oxide semiconductor is provided. The display apparatus includes a driving circuit and a light-emitting device on a display area of a device substrate. The driving circuit can be electrically connected to the light-emitting device. The driving circuit can include at least one thin film transistor. A semiconductor pattern of the thin film transistor can include an oxide semiconductor. The display area can be surrounded by a barrier line. The barrier line can include a hydrogen blocking material. A barrier trench can penetrate inorganic insulating layers stacked on the barrier line. A cover pattern can be on a side-wall of the barrier trench. Thus, in the display apparatus, the movement of hydrogen from an edge of the device substrate toward the display area can be blocked. Therefore, the degradation in the reliability of the driving circuit due to the penetration of the hydrogen can be prevented.
Display Apparatus
A display apparatus including an oxide semiconductor is provided. The display apparatus includes a driving circuit and a light-emitting device on a display area of a device substrate. The driving circuit can be electrically connected to the light-emitting device. The driving circuit can include at least one thin film transistor. A semiconductor pattern of the thin film transistor can include an oxide semiconductor. The display area can be surrounded by a barrier line. The barrier line can include a hydrogen blocking material. A barrier trench can penetrate inorganic insulating layers stacked on the barrier line. A cover pattern can be on a side-wall of the barrier trench. Thus, in the display apparatus, the movement of hydrogen from an edge of the device substrate toward the display area can be blocked. Therefore, the degradation in the reliability of the driving circuit due to the penetration of the hydrogen can be prevented.

A display device includes a substrate which includes a display area in which a plurality of pixels including a plurality of sub pixels representing different colors is disposed and a non-display area which encloses the display area, a first light emitting diode and a second light emitting diode disposed in each of the plurality of sub pixels, a first optical member which is disposed so as to overlap an emission area of the first light emitting diode and provides a viewing angle with a first value, a plurality of second optical members which are disposed so as to overlap an emission area of the second light emitting diode and provides a viewing angle with a second value which is lower than the first value, and a protective film disposed on the first optical member.

A display device and a tiled display device each includes: a first substrate including a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area; a light emitting device in the display area on the first substrate; a first pad portion in the non-display area on a top surface of the first substrate and disposed on one edge of the first substrate; a second substrate under a bottom surface of the first substrate; a second pad portion in the non-display area on a bottom surface of the second substrate and on one edge of the second substrate; a side link line electrically connecting the first pad portion and the second pad portion; a side coating layer covering the side link line; a side protective layer covering at least a portion of the side coating layer; and a side sealing layer covering at least a portion of the side protective layer.

A display device and a tiled display device each includes: a first substrate including a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area; a light emitting device in the display area on the first substrate; a first pad portion in the non-display area on a top surface of the first substrate and disposed on one edge of the first substrate; a second substrate under a bottom surface of the first substrate; a second pad portion in the non-display area on a bottom surface of the second substrate and on one edge of the second substrate; a side link line electrically connecting the first pad portion and the second pad portion; a side coating layer covering the side link line; a side protective layer covering at least a portion of the side coating layer; and a side sealing layer covering at least a portion of the side protective layer.
