TWO POSITION DOOR HANDLE WITH PUSH-PUSH MECHANISM
A handle assembly for an access panel is described and includes a support structure attached to the access panel; a handle engaging with the support structure, the handle comprising a grip portion and upper and lower flanges extending perpendicularly from the grip portion; and a retention/extension mechanism for retaining the handle in a first position and for transitioning the handle to a second position after pressure is applied to and subsequently released from the handle.
Handle for a compartment of a low, medium or high voltage switchgear
A handle for a compartment of a low, medium or high voltage switchgear includes: a body part; a hand grasping part; and a lock. The handle is movable from a closed position to an open position. When the handle is in the closed position, the handle is not useable to open a door of a compartment of the switchgear. When the handle is in the open position, the handle is useable to open the door of the compartment of the switchgear. In the open position, the hand grasping part is positioned so as to be graspable by a human user. In the closed position, a transition of an active element in the compartment of the switchgear from a quiescent state to an active or potentially active state activates the lock. Activation of the lock stops the handle from moving from the closed position to the open position.
Lock with movable knob
A lock including: a retractable knob; and a knob release mechanism for retaining the retractable knob in a retracted position, the knob release mechanism retains the retractable knob in the retracted position until a motor of the knob release mechanism is actuated by an input provided to a keypad located on a surface of the lock.
HANDLE ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to a handle assembly for a door having a locking mechanism. The handle assembly comprises a handle; a housing adapted to receive and store the handle; and a handle release assembly. The handle release assembly comprises an activation release mechanism adapted to selective move the handle from a stored inoperable position into a released operable position, and a translation mechanism adapted to move the handle rotatably about and axially along an axis normal to the planar surface of the housing during operation.
Direct action window lock
A window latch for a sliding window having a sliding sash including a latch plate and a housing. The housing includes an engagement element movable relative to the housing from a locked position operatively engaged with the latch plate to an unlocked position disengaged from the latch plate. A handle is operatively coupled to the engagement element and movable from a first position to a second position in a first direction corresponding to the direction the sliding sash to which the handle is attached moves to an open position. The handle operatively moves the engagement element from the locked position to the unlocked position as the handle is moved in the first direction toward the second position.
Electronic controlled handles
In accordance with an embodiment, electronic control is provided for the locking function of Lift-Handle and T-Handle products, while maintaining desirable mechanical latching mechanism functions and operations.
Modular Closure Device for Different Closure Elements
A modular closure device for different closure elements, such as finger levers, plate cylinders, profile cylinders, profile half cylinders, for locking a pivot lever in a recess, is described, wherein the closure elements can be inserted and fastened in a receptacle arranged in the recess or the pivot lever, either from the front or from the rear, characterised in that the closure device, which has an interchangeable insert adapted to the closure device and having a different design for the various receptacles, interacts with a guide in such a way that this can be inserted into the recess or into the pivot lever, and the recess or the pivot lever having the inserted interchangeable insert can be plugged in a door leaf through an opening in the door leaf or the like and can be fastened with a cap.
High offset hook latch
A latch mechanism includes a hook, a displaceable handle, and links connected between the handle and hook for the operation of the latch mechanism. The handle and links cooperate with the hook to hold the latch mechanism in a locked position.
Positive dual-locking latch and method of use
A positive dual-locking latch for use in combination with a door and including a latch base; a handle assembly at least partially housed within and translatable relative to the latch base; and a latch assembly mechanically coupled to the handle assembly. The handle assembly includes a handle member at least partially housed within a housing member, with the handle assembly being biased by a handle spring in a direction away from the latch base. The latch assembly includes at least one latch spring and a latch member mechanically coupled to the at least one latch spring. The handle assembly and the latch assembly are operably configured to translate the positive dual-locking latch between a first locked configuration and a second locked configuration when the handle member receives a pushing force, and between the second locked configuration and an unlocked configuration when the handle member receives a pulling force.
DOOR HANDLE EMERGENCY EXTENSION SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
The present invention is configured to include a first energy-amplifying actuator configured to release a door locking mechanism by outputting energy greater than the energy received, a second energy-amplifying actuator configured to extend a door handle from a door by outputting energy greater than the energy received, a controller equipped to drive the first energy-amplifying actuator and the second energy-amplifying actuator when the vehicle stopped moving is in a state where the door handle is not extended normally to facilitate opening the door, and an emergency power supply equipped to supply power to the controller independently of the vehicle power supply device.
