Compressed Unit Dose Toilet Cleaning Tablets

A compressed unit dose toilet cleaning tablet for use with a wand. The unit dose contains surfactant, organic acid, and an organic acid buffering agent and is compressed into a tablet or puck that dissolves in toilet water after cleaning. The tablet has a top surface, a bottom surface, a height extending from the top surface to the bottom surface, and a diameter. The top surface has an indentation adapted to receive and engage with a wand. A ratio of the height to the diameter of the tablet is between 0.2 and 0.3. A kit contains a plurality of the tablets and a wand.

A water-based graphene dispersion is made by shear stabilization. The method of preparing the water-based graphene dispersion using shear stabilization includes adding a composition containing a graphene powder, a super wetter surfactant and a water dispersible rheology agent into water to form an aqueous mixture; and shearing the aqueous mixture under high pressures to break down the thick layers of the graphene powder to thin layers of graphene platelet particles and to form the water-based graphene dispersion with the graphene platelet particles dispersed in the water-based graphene dispersion. The water-based graphene dispersion is stable without visible phase separation after storage at room temperature for at least one year or even more than one year.

Alkaline hard surface cleaners comprising alkylpyrrolidones

The need for an all-purpose hard surface cleaning composition which provides improved removal of greasy soap scum and water-marks, especially on inclined surfaces, is met by formulating an alkaline composition with an alkyl pyrrolidone, and a co-surfactant selected from the group consisting of: an amine oxide surfactant; a betaine surfactant; and mixtures thereof.

Aqueous liquid hand dishwashing cleaning composition comprising dissolved and hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol

The need for a liquid hand dishwashing cleaning composition that is less hazy, while also provides reduced surface tension between the detergent composition and the soiled plate, and hence improvements in cleaning, is met when the liquid hand dishwashing cleaning composition is formulated with a surfactant system and a polyvinyl alcohol having a degree of hydrolysis of from about 40% to about 86%.
