CLEANER COMPOSITION

A cleaner composition has excellent antibacterial properties by using a natural extract including small amounts of a sage extract a eucalyptus extract, or a combination thereof.

Cleaning agent composition and molding raw material

A cleaning agent composition contains 100 parts by weight of polyethylene oxide; 25 parts by weight to 90 parts by weight of at least one type of fatty acid ester that is selected from glycerin fatty acid ester, polyglycerin fatty acid ester, or sorbitan fatty acid ester; and 15 parts by weight to 45 parts by weight of a metal salt of a fatty acid and/or a hydroxyfatty acid. The cleaning agent composition is used for cleaning a flow channel for resin in a hot runner type mold.

METHOD FOR REMOVING ONE OR MORE OF: COATING, CORROSION, SALT FROM A SURFACE
20230159856 · 2023-05-25 ·

Embodiments of the present methods and solutions that operate to prepare a metal surface to be ready for coating or primer. The surface is operated on using mechanical or pressure impingement operation in conjunction with application of medium comprising dimethylethanolamine (DMEA) and water (DMEA diluted in water). Embodiments of the present invention can perform the wash or decontamination to leave a clean surface that provides excellent performance in durability and rust resistance after being coated or primed. Other cleaning chemicals if added may reduce the performance and interfere with the desired objective. Other surfaces are contemplated.

METHOD FOR SELECTIVELY REMOVING OXIDE FROM A SURFACE
20230159865 · 2023-05-25 ·

A method of cleaning (e.g., selectively removing an oxide from) a surface of a substrate is disclosed. An exemplary method includes providing one or more of a haloalkylamine and a halogenated sulfur compound to a reaction chamber to selectively remove the silicon oxide from the surface.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ADDITION OF FUEL ADDITIVES TO CONTROL TURBINE CORROSION

A gas turbine engine system includes a compressor, gas turbine, and combustor including a plurality of late lean fuel injectors supplied with secondary fuel to its interior. The gas turbine engine system includes a wash system in communication with the late lean fuel injectors. The wash system includes a water source; water pump; anti-corrosion agent fluid source with an anti-corrosion agent including a amine corrosion inhibitor; anti-corrosion agent supply piping in fluid communication with the anti-corrosion agent fluid source; mixing chamber receiving water and anti-corrosion agent to produce an anti-corrosion mixture in fluid communication with the mixing chamber and the plurality of late lean fuel injectors. Fluid from the mixing chamber including the water, the anti-corrosion agent fluid source, or a mixture thereof is injected, while the gas turbine engine is off-line, into the combustor and at least one of the plurality of late lean fuel injectors.

Method for nickel-free phosphating metal surfaces
11643731 · 2023-05-09 · ·

The present invention relates to a method for substantially nickel-free phosphating of a metallic surface, wherein a metallic surface is treated one after the other with the following compositions: i) with an alkaline, aqueous cleaner composition which comprises at least one water-soluble silicate, and ii) with an acidic, aqueous, substantially nickel-free phosphating composition which comprises zinc ions, manganese ions and phosphate ions. The invention also relates to the above cleaner composition itself and also to a metallic surface phosphate-coated by the above method, and to the use of said surface.

SUSPENSION CLEANING

A method of cleaning a contaminated surface, such as cleaning the elongate interior lumen of an endoscope contaminated with flesh, bone, blood, mucous, faeces or biofilm, said method comprising the steps of: providing a suspension of solid particles in a liquid to said contaminated surface, and flowing said suspension along said surface thereby to remove contaminant from the surface. The suspension is preferably a paste, where the solid material may be e.g. crystals of a salt, silicon oxide or organic material. The paste preferably has a solid fraction between 5 and 55%. A rheology modifier may be present.

Detergent for Medical Instrumentation

A cleaning composition comprising: a. At least one alkanolamine b. At least one mineral acid c. At least one salt of a hydroxycarboxylic acid d. At least one protease enzyme; wherein said composition contains no surfactant.

Detergent compositions for cleaning in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry

The invention relates to the use of a detergent composition for removing hydrophobic residues and pigments on manufacturing or packaging devices or any other hardware used for manufacturing or packaging cosmetic or pharmaceutical compositions, said detergent composition including: a non-ionic surfactant selected from among the alkoxylated fatty alcohols; a non-aromatic co-surfactant selected from among the amine oxides, alkyl sulfates and alkyl sulfonates; and an organic alkaline agent selected from among the amino alcohols, excluding monoethanolamine, the non-aromatic co-surfactant being contained in the detergent composition in an amount of from 1 to 15 wt % in relation to the total weight of the composition.
