System and method for cleaning solar panels
Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a method for cleaning a wind turbine blade or a solar panel with a wind cinch device. The method includes applying a cleaning solution to a surface of a wind turbine blade or solar panel; affixing a wind cinch device around a high point of the wind turbine blade or solar panel; applying tension to one or more lines attached to the wind cinch device to control the pressure the wind cinch device applies to the surface of the wind turbine blade or solar panel; and applying tension to the one or more lines attached to the wind cinch device to pull the wind cinch device from the high point on the wind turbine blade or solar panel to a low point on the wind turbine blade or solar panel. Other embodiments of the present invention are directed to a Wind Cinch device. The Wind Cinch device includes a main body, the main body being an elongated member having a cleaning surface sufficient in length to form a loop around a wind turbine blade when wrapped around a wind turbine blade. The Wind Cinch device also includes a plurality of rigging points, each rigging point adapted to receive a line. Applying tension to one or more of the lines attached to the rigging points changes the circumference of the loop formed by wrapping the wind cinch device around the wind turbine blade.
CLEANING AND CHARGING PORTABLE X-RAY DETECTORS
The invention concerns a storage device for cleaning and charging portable X-ray detectors, and an X-ray system comprising such storage device. The storage device comprises a receiving unit for receiving at least one portable X-ray detector, a cleaning unit for cleaning the portable X-ray detector when being received by the receiving unit, and a charging unit for charging the portable X-ray detector, wherein the cleaning unit is configured for mechanically and/or chemically cleaning the portable X-ray detector. Further, the invention concerns a method of cleaning and charging a portable X-ray detector in a storage device.
CLEANING DEVICE, POLISHING DEVICE, AND DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CALCULATING ROTATION SPEED OF SUBSTRATE IN CLEANING DEVICE
A cleaning device includes: a plurality of rollers that hold a peripheral edge part of a substrate; a rotation driving unit that rotates the substrate by rotationally driving the plurality of rollers; a cleaning member that abuts on the substrate and cleans the substrate; a cleaning liquid supply nozzle that supplies a cleaning liquid to the substrate; a microphone that detects a sound generated when a notch of the peripheral edge part of the substrate hits the plurality of rollers; and a rotation speed calculation unit that calculates a rotation speed of the substrate on the basis of the sound detected by the microphone.
CLEANING APPARATUS FOR ROTOR BLADES
A device having an opening with an edge, whereby on at least one side region of this edge, at least one cleaning element is located, and a support element for limiting the rotation of the opening about a rotation axis and for absorbing compressive forces is arranged on an opposite further side region, and wherein the opening is arranged in a frame which is tiltably connected to a holder via a joint providing the axis of rotation, so that both the at least one cleaning element and the support element can be rested against the rotor blade.
Devices And Methods For Cleaning Corrugated Surfaces
A device for aiding in cleaning a corrugated surface includes a container and a plurality of teeth is disclosed. The container includes a bottom portion, an upper portion, and a pair of opposing side walls defining an opening configured to receive materials therein. The bottom portion includes a plurality of slot. Each of the plurality of teeth are coupled to and extend from first ends of corresponding ones of the plurality of slots and are configured to be at least partially disposed within corresponding grooves of the corrugated surface to aid in causing materials to be received within the opening of the container.
Apparatus and method for recycling
The present invention provides an apparatus for recycling artificial or synthetic layered materials. The apparatus includes a first conveying section arranged to receive and unroll a used or pre-processed roll of artificial or synthetic layered material, in use, and at least a second conveying section arranged to receive and re-roll the subsequently processed roll of said material. The apparatus further includes a beating section located intermediate said first and second conveying sections, arranged to beat and/or agitate said unrolled material as it is moved from the first conveying section to the at least second conveying section, in use.
Hand held disc cleaning tool for recreational throwing discs
Accordingly, it is the object of the present invention to provide an improved method for cleaning recreational throwing discs. One embodiment of my tool is roughly in the shape of a half circular pocket. The tool comprises of a spine 102 with a scrubbing material, and or absorbent material along the bottom longitudinal surface of the spine 108. Two body sections, one front 202F and one back 202R, both having an arched top edge 204. The two body sections have a scrubbing material, and or absorbent material attached to their interior faces 208. The spine is contiguous along its front edge 104F and back edge 104R to both arched top edges of both body sections 204. The resulting tool is configured so all scrubbing and or absorbent materials are located within the interior of the tool.
Makeup removal mask
A makeup remover mask includes a first sheet of an absorbent material having a periphery with a concave section; and a second sheet of an absorbent material having a periphery with a convex section. The makeup remover mask is used for removing eye makeup by placing the first sheet of an absorbent material having a periphery with a concave section on a lower eye lid of an eye beneath eyelashes, and placing a second sheet of an absorbent material having a periphery with a convex section on an upper eye lid of an eye, wherein the second sheet covers the eye makeup to be removed.
Cleaning station for robotic end effectors
A robotic arm can clean an end-of-arm tool using a cleaning station. The end-of-arm tool can be positioned at an introduction position with a portion of the end-of-arm tool in contact with a cleaning agent contained within the cleaning station. The end-of-arm tool can be positioned at a scrubbing position with the end-of-arm tool in contact with a cleaning surface. And the end-of-arm tool can be positioned at a drying position for drying of the end-of-arm tool.
