PORTABLE PUTTING GOLF SQUARE GAME
A portable putting golf square game has been developed that is inexpensive, portable, fast, always available, and less stressful on the body of a player compared to traditional golfing. The portable putting golf square game includes a mat divided into forty-nine squares arranged in a seven by seven matrix and an additional section forming a front side of the rectangular mat; a first subset of the forty-nine squares contain indicia representing a first distance from a center of the seven by seven matrix; a second subset of the forty-nine squares containing indicia representing a second distance from the center of the seven by seven matrix; and a third subset of the forty-nine squares, having a greater number of squares than the second subset, containing indicia representing a third distance from the center square of the seven by seven square matrix.
Customized golf club grip
Provided is a customized golf club grip and methods of forming the same. The customized golf grips may include customization based on pronation and supination, a computer aided system for producing customized golf grips, a mold for producing a customized grip, a smart grip and use thereof for a customized grip, and the like.
Putter comprising swivelling handle and pivotal club head
A putter comprises a handle at an upper end of a shaft of the putter to be grasped by one hand of a user, while an upper portion of the shaft between the handle and the head is to be grasped by a second hand of the user. The handle is arranged for swiveling movement relative to the upper shaft portion along a predetermined angular path defined about a transverse handle axis distinct from a shaft axis so that the handle can be fixedly held by the user and the shaft displaced in forward swinging movement along the predetermined angular path for hitting a golf ball. A putter head is pivotally connected at a lower end of the shaft to be movable about a distinct transverse pivot axis between a starting position in which a hitting plane is substantially parallel to the shaft axis and oblique ending position in which the hitting plane forms an acute angle therewith, such that the hitting plane of the head can remain substantially normal to the support surface after initial contact with the golf ball during the forward swinging movement.
BALANCE POINT ALIGNMENT FOR GOLF SHAFTS AND GOLF CLUBS
A shaft for a golf club includes a first end, a second end, and a demarcation. The first end is adapted to attach to a club head. The second end is adapted to receive a grip distal to the first end. The demarcation is positioned at or adjacent to the balance point of the golf club between the first end and the second end.
GOLF PUTTER HEAD AND GOLF PUTTER INCLUDING SAME
Provided are a golf putter head and a golf putter including the same, the golf putter head comprising: a top head including an upper face made of a convex curved surface; and a bottom head including a lower face made of a convex curved surface positioned below the top head, in order to provide a golf putter head having improved straightness of a golf ball, and a golf putter comprising the same.
ADJUSTABLE PUTTER SHAFT STIFFENER
A golf club has a first shaft coupled to a club head, a second shaft configured to slidably engage a portion of the first shaft, a grip coupled to the second shaft, and an adjustable length shaft assembly received by the second shaft and configured to allow a portion of the first shaft to slide in relation to the second shaft in a first configuration, and to restrict a portion of the first shaft from sliding in relation to the second shaft in a second configuration. The grip is restricted from rotation about the first shaft or the second shaft as the first shaft slides in relation to the second shaft.
GOLF CLUB FITTING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF GOLF CLUB FITTING
A golf club fitting apparatus and a method for fitting using the apparatus are provided. The golf club fitting apparatus may be attached to a golf club and provide fitting information including effective lie angle, effective loft angle, stroke plane, and aiming verification information. That golf club fitting apparatus includes a first opening for receiving a shaft, second openings for receiving a collimated light source, third openings for receiving angle indicators, and a recess for securing the collimated light source in an alternate configuration.
PUTTING TRAINER APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USE
A shoulder rotation clip as a putting trainer to assist a golfer in repetitive drills to improve the skills necessary to strike a golf ball in a straight manner and drop the ball into the hole on a putting green. The shoulder rotation clip is used in conjunction with existing alignment rods to prevent twisting of the wrists and arms to improve a golfer's putting stroke.
Couplings for securing golf shaft to golf club head
A coupling for securing a golf shaft to a golf club head includes a first component configured to contact, and engage with, the golf shaft, and a second component bonded to the first component and configured to space the first component from the golf club head. The second component includes a second material having a Young's modulus less than a first material of the first component. In another aspect, a coupling includes a shaft engagement element, and a spacer configured to space the first component from the golf club head so that the golf shaft is above the golf club head in its entirety. The spacer includes a material having a Young's modulus no greater than about 10 Gpa. In another aspect, a kit includes a first coupling and a second coupling with at least one of a structural configuration or a material of a vibration dampening element differing.
Golf club head with adjustable fitting mechanisms
Embodiments of golf clubs with adjustable loft, lie, head mass and methods of manufacturing golf clubs with adjustable loft, lie, and head mass are generally described herein. Other embodiments can be described and claimed.
