Golf putter alignment system
A golf putter alignment system for viewing an orientation of a putter face relative to a putting line. A mirrored viewing surface is retained at a viewing angle by a selective, adjustable mounting system with an engaging portion, a pivot joint for angular adjustment, and a sliding joint for lateral position adjustment. The pivot joint can be a sleeve joint with an outer sleeve pivotable about a longitudinal axis relative to a core member. The sliding joint can be formed with the viewing surface slidable in relation to an elongate member, such as by being retained by a housing that is slidable in relation to the elongate member. A scope surface with an alignment scope can be retained in spaced relation to the viewing surface. In embodiments, the viewing surface can be disposed within the putter head, and a block of transparent material can have a face forming the putter face.
COUPLINGS FOR SECURING GOLF SHAFT TO GOLF CLUB HEAD
A coupling for securing a golf shaft to a golf club head includes a first component configured to contact, and engage with, the golf shaft, and a second component bonded to the first component and configured to space the first component from the golf club head. The second component includes a second material having a Young's modulus less than a first material of the first component. In another aspect, a coupling includes a shaft engagement element, and a spacer configured to space the first component from the golf club head so that the golf shaft is above the golf club head in its entirety. The spacer includes a material having a Young's modulus no greater than about 10 Gpa. In another aspect, a kit includes a first coupling and a second coupling with at least one of a structural configuration or a material of a vibration dampening element differing.
GOLF PUTTER HEADS AND PUTTERS
A golf putter head with a very high moment of inertia about the shaft. The putter head is shaped and weighted with a percentage of the mass of the head extending beyond a MOI point determined by the point at which the axis of the shaft intersects a plane of the head.
Golf clubs with adjustable lie and loft and methods of manufacturing golf clubs with adjustable lie and loft
Embodiments of golf clubs with adjustable lie and loft and methods of manufacturing golf clubs with adjustable lie and loft are generally described herein. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.
GOLF CLUB AND COMBINING MEMBER OF GOLF CLUB SHAFT AND GOLF CLUB HEAD
To obtain a golf club and a combining member of a golf club shaft and a golf club head that can provide a flexibility in choice of reshafting to a user regardless of types of the golf club shaft and the golf club head. A golf club includes an inner-hosel-type golf club shaft, an over-hosel-type golf club head, and a combining member that combines the inner-hosel-type golf club shaft with the over-hosel-type golf club head.
Golf club grips and methods to manufacture golf club grips
Examples of golf club grips and methods to manufacture golf club grips are generally described herein. In one example, a golf club may include a grip portion having at least one weight portion that is positioned outwardly from a shaft axis of the golf club shaft. Other examples and examples may be described and claimed.
Offset Golf Club Head
A golf club head or golf club, the club including a shaft, a body, a front face, a back face, and a connecting member. The connecting member attached to the center of the back face and extending away from the back face of the club head and turning at an angle, and wherein the front face of the clubhead forms a rectangular shape.
PUTTER ASSEMBLY HAVING AN IMAGE SENSOR AND DISPLAY ASSOCIATED THEREWITH
A putter assembly, configured to facilitate improved alignment by enabling the face angle of the putter to be properly aligned with the hole, including: (a) an elongated shaft; (b) a putter head; (c) a grip; (d) an image sensor, wherein the image sensor is associated with at least one of the putter head and the elongated shaft; (e) a display, wherein the display is in communication with the image sensor; and (f) an energy source, wherein the energy source is in electrical communication with the image sensor and the display.
Putter With Adjustable Top Plate
An adjustable golf club putter head is disclosed herein. The putter head includes a removable top plate that can be swapped with a different top plate with a different material composition and alignment pattern to affect the cosmetics of the putter head and also adjust the putter head's mass properties.
GOLF BALL RETRIEVER
A golf ball retriever adapted to be removably affixed to a putter grip is provided. A grip cap secures the golf ball retriever to an internally threaded port in the putter grip, which functions as a point of attachment for counter weights and other accessories. The golf ball retriever includes folding arms that are movable from a stowed position to a deployed position, forming a claw-like pocket for grasping a golf ball. The folding arms can be manually manipulated from the deployed position to the stowed position for conventional use of the putter or when returning the putter to a golf bag.
