Examples of golf club shafts and methods to manufacture golf club shafts are generally described herein. In one example, a golf club shaft includes a first tubular portion formed from a first material and coupled to a second tubular portion having a plurality of layers formed from a second material and a third material. A reinforcing member is disposed in at least one of the plurality of layers and is formed from a fourth material. The reinforcing member extends a length that is less than or equal to a length of the second tubular portion. The first, second, third, and fourth materials are different from one another. The golf club fitting apparatus may be attached to a golf club and provide fitting information including effective lie angle and effective loft angle. The golf putter provided by the present disclosure is provided with the two golf putting surfaces symmetrically disposed at the putter head, and can thus realize bidirectional golf putting.
