A lamp system includes a road surface drawing lamp that illuminates a road surface with a beam BM, and a lamp controlling unit that controls the road surface drawing lamp and draws, with the beam BM, a pattern PTN on the road surface ahead of a vehicle. The lamp controlling unit draws a first pattern before a start of a predetermined event and draws a second pattern at the start of the event. The first pattern includes first information to be presented in advance to a driver to allow the driver to respond to the event, and the second pattern includes second information corresponding to the event.
Work vehicle, object indication system, and method of indicating location of an object
A method of indicating to an operator of a work vehicle a relative location of an object, an object indication system, and a work vehicle are provided. The method includes sensing the object with one or more sensors positioned at one or more sensor positions on the work vehicle and activating one or more indicators positioned at one or more indicator positions relative to the operator based on the sensing of the object with the one or more sensors. Each sensor position directionally corresponds to one or more of the indicator positions.

Vehicle warning light monitoring assembly
A vehicle warning light monitoring assembly includes a monitoring circuit that is integrated into an electrical system of a vehicle. The monitoring circuit is in electrical communication with each of a plurality of exterior lights on the vehicle. A display is integrated into a dashboard of the vehicle to display the name of one of the exterior lights on the vehicle that has malfunctioned. A communication unit is pluggable into a data port in a vehicle to receive operational data pertaining to the exterior lights of the vehicle. The communication unit displays exactly which exterior light on the vehicle has malfunctioned. Additionally, the communication unit is wireless communication with a personal electronic device for communicating the operational data to the personal electronic device.

Disclosed is a method for operating an operating system in a vehicle, wherein display data of a graphical user interface comprising at least one first display region are generated and output. The graphical user interface comprises a basic state and an info state. Context data about a current context of the vehicle are recorded and a first relevance value is determined for a first info application based on the recorded context data. The info state is activated depending on the determined first relevance value of the first info application, wherein, when the info state is activated, the first display region is reduced in size such that an info region is formed and a graphical info object is generated using the first info application and output in the info region.

A vehicle includes an image capturing device configured to capture an image in a vehicle traveling direction, a display device, and a controller configured to carry out an analysis of the image captured by the image capturing device and display an indicator based on the analysis on the display device. The controller is configured to display a first object that approaches a host vehicle on the display device in a mode different from a mode for a second object that does not approach the host vehicle within the image captured by the image capturing device.
