DISPLAY DEVICE AND IN-VEHICLE DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device includes a cover, a display, and a polarization reflection layer. The cover transmits visible light. The display displays an image. The polarization reflection layer is disposed between the cover and the display and on a surface of the display. The polarization reflection layer reflects part of light incident through the cover and transmits light of the image displayed by the display.
IMAGING AND DISPLAY SYSTEM
Imaging and display system includes: a display; an optical system including a first mirror and a second mirror; a housing; a light-transmissive cover transparent to light and disposed to cover at least part of an opening of the housing; and a driver monitoring camera supported by a supporting body connected outside of the housing. First light emitted from the display passes through the light-transmissive cover via the optical system, and is reflected by a windshield toward a direction of the user. The driver monitoring camera captures an image of a driver shown on the light-transmissive cover by second light from a direction of the driver reflected by the windshield toward a direction of the light-transmissive cover.
Add-On Alert Display For A Vehicle
The invention relates to an add-on display configured for attachment to a contour frame of a side-mirror of a vehicle and to provide visual awareness, safety or alert signals, comprising at least partially flexible casing, said casing comprising: (a) a partition wall separating between a front portion and a rear portion of the casing; (b) said front portion comprising one or more sections along a longitudinal axis of the casing, at least one of the sections is configured to contain at least one Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) that issues said visual signals; (c) a connecting piece in between any two adjacent sections, if more than one exists, said connecting piece comprising at least a first opening at its bottom; and (d) at least one attachment surface configured for attachment to a surface of said contour frame the side-mirror of the vehicle.
Mechanical button apparatus
This application relates to a mechanical button apparatus that includes a body where an upper portion thereof is closed and a lower portion thereof is opened and a bottom plate attached on a display screen of a display apparatus to cover the opened lower portion. The body includes an aperture member including a wing set expanded or contracted in a rotation direction of the body. The body also includes a photovoltaic (PV) cell array substrate including a PV cell configured to generate power for charging a battery and an optical sensor configured to convert light signals, reflected by the expanded or contracted wing set, into electrical signals. The body further includes a circuit substrate configured to operate with the power charged into the battery, calculate number of rotation manipulations of the body by using the electrical signals, and transmit the calculated number of rotation manipulations to the display apparatus.
VEHICLE COCKPIT MODULE ASSEMBLY
Disclosed are vehicle cockpit module assembly including an actuator module to provide power, and fixed to an interior of a dashboard assembly, a main housing fixed to the interior of the dashboard assembly to fix the actuator module at one side and to accommodate a pulley, a timing belt, and a timing belt clip, a motor using power from the actuator module to provide a rotational force to a motor rotating shaft, a slip gear module connected to the motor rotating shaft through a center between a rear slip gear and a front slip gear and configured to transmit the rotational force transmitted from the motor rotating shaft through a frictional force between the rear slip gear and the front slip gear, the pulley rotates due to the rotational force transmitted through the slip gear module, and the timing belt connected to the pulley converts rotary motion into linear motion.
Lensless instrument cluster with integration of hard telltales and halo lighting providing a seamless display appearance
The invention is a robust lensless instrument cluster configured for installation in a vehicle. The instrument cluster comprises an outer case, a PCB and lighting structure, an inner frame, an optical bonding assembly, halo lighting portions, a seamless display comprising tell-tale indicators and gauges, and an outer visor. The instrument cluster further comprises a plurality of LEDs for compartmentalized and indirect lighting of the tell-tale indicators on the seamless display and the halo lighting portions around the edges of the seamless display. Because the instrument cluster is lensless and otherwise exposed to the environment, it comprises a seal system to prevent the ingress of water and dust into the interior components. The seal system can also eliminate the risk of mura in the optical bonding assembly.
Plug-and-play stepper motor for a pointer display assembly
Systems and methods are disclosed and include a needle control module that includes a processor configured to execute instructions stored in a nontransitory computer-readable medium, a motor driver circuit in communication with the needle control module, the motor driver circuit controlling a stepper motor attached to a needle, and a housing enclosing the needle control module, the motor driver circuit, and the stepper motor, the housing being physically attached to a display of a vehicle. In response to the needle control module receiving a signal representing vehicle state information, the needle control module is configured to instruct the motor driver circuit to control movement of the stepper motor and adjust a position of the needle based on the signal.
Switch mount housing for a utility task vehicle
A housing assembly for mounting at least one electric component in a vehicle is provided as a three-dimensional form having an internal volume, a general material wall thickness, a top wall, a side wall, and a front wall surface presenting the at least one mounted electrical component to an operator in the vehicle, the form mountable at one side to a first installation point on a substantially vertical utility task vehicle (UTV) dashboard cover surface through an opening in the top wall and, and an elongated bracket fixed at one end to the inside wall of the side wall of the three-dimensional form, and at a second bracket end extending out from the side wall and below the three dimensional form mounted to a second installation point on the UTV dashboard.
Vehicle display apparatus
The present disclosure relates to a vehicle display apparatus including: a display case; an arm plate elastically coupled to the display case; and a solenoid module, wherein the solenoid module includes: a moving core formed in a rod shape, and having both ends fixed to the arm plate; and a base core being elastically coupled to the display case, and having a coil formed therein which is wound in one direction to surround at least a portion of the moving core.
