The charging cart assembly including a frame assembly having a handle at an upper end of the frame assembly and two wheels rotatably mounted to the frame assembly. A swivel plate assembly is mounted to the frame assembly. The swivel plate assembly includes a tank securing device arranged and designed to secure the refrigerant tank to the swivel plate assembly. The swivel plate assembly with the refrigerant tank secured thereto has a generally upright position in which the refrigerant tank is in a generally upright position and has a generally inverted position in which the refrigerant tank is in a generally inverted position.

A folding handcart includes: a main body provided with at least one wheel unit for moving at a lower portion thereof and provided with a supporter configured to extend vertically from the lower portion thereof; and a loading plate connected to the supporter of the main body through a hinge unit, folded while being rotated toward the main body by the hinge unit, and stowing an article or a folding box, wherein, when the loading plate is folded while being rotated toward the main body, a predetermined stowing space is provided between the main body and the loading plate in accordance with an area of the supporter such that the folding box is folded and stowed therein.

A tactical transport cart manually navigable by a single human operator over both topographic and hydrographic terrains has a frame, a payload-supporting area on the frame, a pair of wheels or other terrain-engaging transport propulsion members attached to the frame, a handle structure attached to the frame, at least one motor connected in driving relation to the transport propulsion members, a battery for providing motive power to the motor, and a control device connected between the battery and the motor for controlling supply of motive power to the motor, with a switch device mounted on the handle structure for selective actuation and deactuation of the motor. The frame, transport propulsion members and handle structure are cooperatively dimensioned and configured for movement of the cart over ground surfaces of topographic terrains and for partially and fully submerged movement over water-covered surfaces of hydrographic terrains.
