Pallet sled and delivery system
A pallet sled includes a pair of tines extending forward from a base. A load wheel supports each of the pair of tines. The load wheels are each configured to move away from the respective tine to lift the respective tine upward relative to a support surface on which the load wheel is supported. A processor on the pallet sled records usage of the sled, such as lift cycles, location over time, battery condition, lift height, weight lifted, distance traveled, and the like. A communication circuit may be configured to send data from the pallet sled to a remote server. An identification reader may be configured to read an identification tag of an object supported on the pair of tines, such as an rfid tag on a pallet.
MODULAR PALLET JACK
A lift for a fork tine assembly includes a generally upright frame having at least one handle grip portion at a rearward portion thereof. The handle grip portion is fixed relative to the frame. A lift mechanism is secured to the frame. The lift mechanism is capable of attaching to and raising and lowering at least one fork tine. A plurality of wheels support the frame. The at least one fork tine may be part of a first fork tine assembly that can be selectively removed from the lift and replaced with a different configuration fork tine assembly. An optional shelf is provided on the frame for convenience but may be pivoted out of the way when not in use.

Dual purpose seal head assembly, tray sealing system, and method therefor
A seal head assembly includes a plurality of heat seal plates defining a corresponding plurality of heating areas, each heat seal plate including a heating element to independently control the temperature of the corresponding heating area.
Systems and methods for a material handling vehicle with a modular frame
Some aspects of the present disclosure provide a modular vehicle frame for a material handling vehicle. In some configurations, the modular vehicle frame includes a battery compartment, a handle configured to control a speed and direction of a traction wheel, and a mounting assembly configured to selectively quick-connect to a material handling attachment. In some configurations, the mounting assembly includes a mounting plate having a first side and a second side, at least one pivot block extending from the first side of the mounting plate and configured to provide a pivotal interface with the material handling attachment, and at least one locking latch attached to the second side of the mounting plate and configured to provide a selective locking interface with the material handling attachment.
TRANSPORT VEHICLE
A transport vehicle includes a pair of left and right vehicle body frames extending in a front and back direction; driving wheels disposed at a middle portion in the front and back direction of the pair of left and right vehicle body frames; auxiliary wheels disposed at a lower portion of an end portion in the front and back direction of each of the right and left vehicle body frames; lifter mechanisms disposed at an upper portion of an end portion in the front and back direction of each of the right and left vehicle body frames; a connection frame connecting upper portions of the right and left vehicle body frames to each other; and a lower frame disposable between the right and left vehicle body frames, the lower frame being removably fixed at lower portions of the right and left vehicle body frames.
ARTICLE MANOEUVRING ASSEMBLY AND ARTICLE LIFTING DEVICE
An article lifting device for lifting articles to be maneuvered is provided. The article lifting device includes at least two plane faces; at least one curved face; and at least one extension member. The at least two plane faces include a first plane face having opposite ends; a second plane face having opposite ends. The first and second plane faces are coupled to each other from one of the respective ends of the first and second faces. The at least one curved face is coupled to the respective opposite ends of the first and second plane faces. The at least one extension member may extend from at least one end of the at least one curved face. Further, an article lifting assembly is also provided that includes article lifting device and at least one stopper member.
DEVICE FOR SECURING A MATERIAL HANDLING DEVICE IN FIXED LOCATION INSIDE A TRANSPORT VEHICLE AND RELATED METHOD
A device for securing a material handling device in a transport vehicle comprises an arm supporting at opposite ends a first attachment member configured for attaching to a shaft of a handle of the material handling device, which is configured for steerably moving the material handling device, and a second attachment member configured for attaching to the transport vehicle. The arm is movable relative to the first attachment member between a working position in which the arm is arranged to extend outwardly from the shaft of the handle to position the second attachment member at a spaced location therefrom for connecting to the transport vehicle, so as to secure the material handling device in fixed relation to the transport vehicle, and a storage position in which the arm is arranged generally parallel to the shaft of the handle to position the second attachment member at or adjacent the shaft.
Pallet sled
A pallet sled includes a lower frame and an upper frame. A plurality of pivot arms pivotably connect the upper frame to the lower frame. The upper frame is movable between a lowered position and raised position. The upper frame is spaced further from the lower frame in the raised position than in the lowered position. The upper frame is rotated slightly relative to the lower frame when moved from the lowered position to the raised position. In the example embodiment, the upper frame is rotated approximately 1.5 degrees to approximately 2.0 degrees toward the upright handle of the pallet sled.
