REMOVABLE ELECTRIC PROPULSION SYSTEM FOR A ROLLING OBJECT WITH A MEANS FOR COMBINED AND SIMULTANEOUS GRIPPING AND LIFTING
The present invention relates to a removable electric propulsion system intended to be coupled to a rolling object. The propulsion system comprises a chassis provided with at least one wheel driven by an electric machine, and at least one non-driven wheel. Furthermore, the system, preferably the chassis, comprises means (5) for coupling the propulsion system to the rolling object. Besides, the coupling means comprises at least one means (100) providing combined and simultaneous gripping and lifting of at least one wheel (14) of the rolling object, preferably of two wheels (14) of the rolling object.
The invention also relates to a method for coupling a rolling object to such a propulsion system, this method enabling, simultaneously and through a combined action, gripping and lifting of at least one wheel (14) of the rolling object.
Driving assist unit of truck
A driving assist unit of a truck for assisting a driving force applied to the truck by a worker includes a unit body connected to the truck, the unit body being turnable with respect to the truck, an operation portion provided on the unit body, the operation portion being configured to input a driving force to the truck through the unit body by being pressed by the worker, a driving wheel provided on the unit body, the driving wheel being rotatable in a longitudinal direction of the unit body, an assist force according to the operation of the operation portion being applied to the driving wheel, a lower engagement mechanism configured to be engaged with the truck by pressing the unit body onto the truck, and an upper engagement mechanism provided above the lower engagement mechanism and configured to be engaged with the truck by fitting of a locking member by the worker.
Tow Bar Assembly and Dolly Comprising the Same
The present invention provides a tow bar assembly, which may be retrofitted to a dolly while maintaining convenient space saving properties of permanently fitted tow bars. The novel tow bar assembly includes a tow bar, a shaft and a biasing member, such as a spring, biasing the tow bar towards an upright orientation about an axis of revolution. The shaft has a first end and a second end, which opposes the first end. The shaft connects the tow bar to the dolly from the ends so as to provide rotation of the tow bar in respect to the dolly about the axis of revolution. The shaft features an inner cavity, which extends along the axis of revolution. The biasing member is arranged into the cavity of the shaft and rotationally secured thereto. The shaft also features a first end plug at the first end of the shaft for enclosing the biasing member to the cavity. The first end plug rotationally locks the biasing member to the dolly.
Material handling cart
A material handling cart is provided having a frame with engaging members for supporting a part carried by the cart. Each engaging member has an adjustable engaging surface that may include a material for protecting a corresponding surface of the part from damage. A plurality of wheels are each attached to the lower surface of the frame. A plurality of upper supports are attached to and extend upward from the frame, and lower stacking members are attached to and extend downward from the frame. Each upper support is configured for stacking engagement with a lower stacking member of a second material handling cart identical to the cart, to stack the second cart above the cart; and each lower stacking member is configured for stacking engagement with an upper support of a third material handling cart identical to the cart, to stack the cart above the third material handling cart.
VEHICULAR MOBILE STORAGE CART
A vehicular mobile storage cart, for a car having a hitch (21, 22), the cart comprising: a hitch gripping mechanism (30), connectable to the car hitch (21, 22); a lifting mechanism (40), connectable to the hitch gripping mechanism (30); and a wheel cart (10), connectable to the lifting mechanism; wherein the lifting mechanism being adapted to diminish its dimensions in a folded state thereof to allow opening a back door of a vehicle thereof when being folded.
Movement Assisting Tool
A movement assisting tool (23) includes an attachment portion (24) that can be attached to and removed from a main body portion (11) of a battery unit (4), leg portions (25) that are coupled to the attachment portion (24) and extend from the attachment portion (24), and moving wheels (26) that are supported by extension portions of the leg portions (25). In a state where the attachment portion (24) has been attached to the main body portion (11) of the battery unit (4) and the moving wheels (26) are touching the ground, the battery unit (4) can be kept in an inclined orientation in which the wheels (13) are touching the ground and ground contact portions (14) are raised above the ground.
Human-Propellable Vehicle
A human-propellable vehicle is described and comprises a chassis and a roller assembly mounted at or towards the rear of the chassis. The roller assembly is positioned to engage with a wheel of a second vehicle to permit the second vehicle to push the human-propellable vehicle.
COLLAPSIBLE CART
A collapsible cart (10) having a frame (12), a tongue assembly (22), at least one axle (14) and a base (34). The tongue assembly (22) may be configured to releasably couple the frame (12) to a receiver hitch. The axle (14) may be operatively connected to at least one wheel assembly (16). The axle (14) may also be operatively connected and rotatable relative to the frame (12). The base (34) may be operatively connected to the frame (12). The collapsible cart (10) may have at least one retaining wall (24, 26, 28, 30, 32), and/or wheel bracket (17).
