Wheel locking mechanism
A wheel locking mechanism, suitable for locking a wheel of a pushchair, the mechanism comprising: a rotatable member, adapted to be mounted on the hub of a wheel, whereby the rotatable member is co-rotatable with, and by rotation of, the wheel, the rotatable member comprising a locking surface, and a non-rotatable member, comprising a locking pin adapted to selectively cooperate with the locking surface of the rotatable member, whereby the relative positions of the rotatable and non-rotatable members are lockable. Also disclosed is a pushchair comprising a chassis having a rear axle, at each end of which a wheel is mountable, wherein each end of the rear axle is provided with such a wheel locking mechanism.
MECHANICAL SYSTEM FOR STABILIZATION OF VEHICLES ON CASTORS
The present invention relates to a mechanical system for stabilization on the floor for vehicles on castors (for example a surgical assistance robot used in an operating room) that can adopt two stable states, i.e. disengaged, the vehicle resting on the castors, and activated, the vehicle being immobilized on the floor, respectively. According to the invention, the stabilization system comprises:feet for resting on the floor, movable between a first retracted position, at a distance from the floor, and a contact position ensuring the immobilization of the vehicle through mechanical friction against the floor;means for mechanically controlling said supporting feet, said control means being movable between two stable positions corresponding to the activated and disengaged states;mechanical means for transmitting the displacement of the control means simultaneously to all the supporting feet.
Cart apparatuses with operable steps
A cart apparatus for moving objects includes a frame that defines a cavity and steps operably coupled to the frame. The steps are movable into and between an inoperable position in which the steps are nested in the cavity and an operable position in which the steps are at least partially outside the cavity. One of the steps and the frame has a guide pin, and the other of the steps and the frame defines a slot in which the guide pin is slideably received. The slot is configured to guide the steps into and between the inoperable position and the operable position as the guide pin slides in the slot.
CART FOR A REEL
A wheeled cart includes first and second support arms, a cross member, a first roller, a second roller, and a plurality of wheels. Each of the first and second support arms includes a distal end, a proximal end, and a central portion extending between the distal and proximal ends. The cross member is coupled to each of the first support arm and the second support arm such that the cross member extends laterally between the first support arm and the second support arm. The first and second rollers are rotatably coupled to the central portion of the first and second support arms, respectively. Each wheel of the plurality of wheels is rotatably coupled with one of the distal end of the first support arm, the distal end of the second support arm, the proximal end of the first support arm, and the proximal end of the second support arm.
Baby wagon with improved ease of use
Provided herein is a baby wagon with improved ease of use configured such that the volume of the bulky body of the baby wagon is minimized in a wagon folding mode, whereby it is possible to easily put the baby wagon in the trunk of a small-sized car, such that frames are completely fixed in the wagon folding mode, whereby it is possible to prevent damage to the frames due to protrusion of the frames when the baby wagon shakes or is laid down, and such that brakes are mounted to the front and rear parts of the baby wagon in order to easily move or stop the baby wagon in opposite directions, whereby it is possible to improve the ease of use. The baby wagon includes a folding type body frame, a wagon wheel unit, a seat unit, and a canopy.
MEAL/BEVERAGE TROLLEY CONVERTIBLE TO WASTE TROLLEY
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate generally to trolleys designed for use onboard passenger transportation vehicles. Particular trolleys of this type find particular use onboard aircraft. The trolleys are used for meal and drink service and may be converted for use during waste collection.
Moveable storage and carrying device
A mobile storage device that includes one or more coupling mechanisms. The mobile storage device includes one or more wheels coupled to one or more housings. The mobile storage device can be used on construction sites to help workers move and hold tools, equipment, and other material. The one or more coupling mechanisms are configured to engage with storage units, such as storage units within a modular system.
Folding A-Frame Cart
A transportation apparatus, having an A-frame including a first subframe, second subframe, third subframe, and a fourth subframe; wherein the first and second subframes form a base of the A-frame, and the third and fourth subframes form sides of the A-frame; including a locking mechanism for transitioning the transportation apparatus between an expanded state and a collapsed state, the locking mechanism adjustable between an engaged state and a disengaged state; and wherein the folding transportation apparatus includes an A-frame mounted to a base, the base having at least one wheel, and a second frame rotatably mounted to the A-frame.
Flat tire trolley
A trolley for a vehicle wheel with a flat tire and a kit having the same are disclosed. The trolley can include a cradle with a bottom wall, a pair of side walls, a front wheel abutment, a front deck projecting from the abutment, and an open rear end having a pivotable ramp; a pair of rear wheels; and a front wheel assembly coupled to the front deck having a pair of arms, a pair of front wheels, and a brake assembly. The brake assembly can have a pair of brake pads configured to contact the front wheels when in an engaging position. The trolley can include a pair of posts projecting downward from the front deck, and the front wheel assembly can include a tine projecting rearward that contacts the posts when rotated. The kit can include the trolley and straps for coupling the trolley to the vehicle wheel.
