CONVERTIBLE PALLET JACK WITH ROLLERS
A pallet jack has a rotatable forked platform that match the pallet arms of the host fork where the host fork has embedded rollers. The rotatable forked platform has gaps that enclose the rollers embedded in the host fork to provide a smooth surface like that of a conventional pallet jack. The rollers are located at intervals from the front of the host fork to the rear of the overlay platform. When the forked platform is raised to expose the rollers, the rollers work in conjunction with an inclined ramp, also having embedded rollers, attached to the front of the arms to lift a container onto the forks. Once a container is aligned in front of the inclined ramp, the pallet jack is driven forward. The momentum of the pallet jack causes the inclined ramp to lift the container onto the arms.
System for transporting and transferring a movable rack assembly and transfer cart assembly therefor
A system is provided for transporting a movable rack assembly and transferring the movable rack assembly between a transfer cart assembly and a station. The system includes a rack support assembly, a rack locking assembly, a docking enabling assembly, and an anti-return mechanism. The rack support assembly is configured to securely and movably support the movable rack assembly thereon. The rack locking assembly is configured to lock the movable rack assembly to the rack support assembly. The docking enabling assembly is configured to enable temporary docking of the transfer cart assembly with the station for the transfer of the movable rack assembly to the station or the receipt of the movable rack assembly from the station. The anti-return mechanism is configured to actively inhibit removal of the movable rack assembly from the station when the transfer cart assembly is not secured to the station by a cart locking assembly.
PALLETLESS DELIVERY SYSTEM
A lift includes a platform having a plurality of rollers for supporting a load thereon. A plurality of wheels support the platform. A build platform may include a platform having a plurality of rollers for supporting a load thereon. The rollers of the build platform may be driven by the rollers of the lift.
Trolley and method for supporting component of substrate processing apparatus
A trolley includes a trolley body which in turn includes a wheel that is freely movable on a floor, and a first support that supports a component of a substrate processing apparatus that slides in a lateral direction and is pulled out to an outside of the substrate processing apparatus. The trolley also includes a second support that is connected to the trolley body so as to be freely movable between a first position where a width of the trolley in the lateral direction is a first length and a second position where the width in the lateral direction is a second length longer than the first length, and configured to support the component at the second position together with the first support.
Roofing material moving apparatus
A roofing material moving apparatus. This apparatus facilitates loading, unloading, and unrolling a roll of roofing material. Two load supports form a concave shape having a depressed region, a fulcrum end, and a junction end. A pair of legs extends from the fulcrum end of the load supports. A first pair of narrow rollers rotatably affix to a first crossbar. A second pair of narrow rollers rotatably affix to a second crossbar. Two pair of wide rollers rotatably affix to a pair of third crossbars extending between the depressed region of the load supports. The two wheels work together as a fulcrum for movement and pivoting of the apparatus.
Convertible pallet jack with rollers
A pallet jack has a forked platform with rollers embedded in the arms of the fork. The rollers are located at intervals from the front of the arms to the rear. The rollers work in conjunction with an inclined ramp, also having embedded rollers, attached to the front of the arms to lift a container onto the forks. Once a container is aligned in front of the inclined ramp, the pallet jack is driven forward. The momentum of the pallet jack, at standard speed, causes the inclined ramp to insert underneath the container and lifts the container onto the arms. The rollers allow the container to move into position on the pallet jack for transfer. An overlay platform may cover the host forks for standard pallet transfer. The overlay platform may have embedded rollers and can be rotated into position over a standard fork.
STRAP DISPENSER
A strap dispenser includes a main body and two loading units. The loading units are configured to receive a strapping roll. The loading units are connected with a connecting member and an elastic member. When in use, a strapping roll is first placed on one of the loading units to be guided and located between the loading units through the connecting member and the elastic member. When the strapping roll is pulled, the strap dispenser can prevent the strapping roll from being jammed or pulled out of the loading units due to the action of the centrifugal force.
Dolly Cart Rail and Lock System
A dolly cart rail and lock system configured to secure one or more dolly carts within a vehicle is provided. The dolly cart rail and lock system includes a first upper rail connected to a platform of the vehicle. The first upper rail having a first end. A second upper rail opposes the first upper rail and is connected to the platform of the vehicle. The second upper rail has a first end. A bulkhead assembly connects the first end of the first upper rail and the first end of the second upper rail. A plurality of spaced apart pocket assemblies is attached to the first and second upper rails. At least one lock assembly is connected to the pocket assemblies and is configured to engage the dolly carts such as to limit movement of the dolly carts in a front-to-back direction.
Cart
The disclosure describes a cart having a frame, a front assembly attached to the frame, a back assembly attached to the frame, and a rotating enclosure assembly attached to the frame. The rotating enclosure assembly includes a removable side and a cage. The removable side is removable from the cage to aid in loading or unloading coils of flexible tubing and can be fixedly attached when installing the flexible tubing coiled around the rotating enclosure assembly. The cart may further include an adjustment mechanism that allows the cart to be adjusted between a mobile state and an immobile state. The back assembly may include one or more immobilizers configured to immobilize the cart into the immobile state.
Cart with removable wheel base
A transport device has a wheel with a braking mechanism. The transport device includes a rotatable actuation mechanism positioned adjacent the braking mechanism, and a handle extending upward from the actuation mechanism and configured to move the actuation mechanism between an open position at which no stopping force is applied, and a braking position at which the actuation mechanism causes the braking mechanism to apply.
