The dockable cart can include a cart frame having a second storage space and a support element. In an example, the dockable cart can be moveable between a docked position and an undocked position. In the docked position, the support element can be engaged with the holding member to dock the dockable cart with the workbench frame including lifting the dockable cart. In the undocked position the dockable cart can be separated from the workbench.
Roofing material moving apparatus and method of operation
A roofing material moving apparatus and method of operation. This apparatus and method facilitates loading, unloading, and unrolling a roll of roofing material. Two load supports form a concave shape having a depressed region, a fulcrum end, and a junction end. A pair of legs extends from the fulcrum end of the load supports. A first pair of narrow rollers rotatably affix to a first crossbar. A second pair of narrow rollers rotatably affix to a second crossbar. Two pairs of wide rollers rotatably affix to a pair of third crossbars extending between the depressed region of the load supports. The two wheels work together as a fulcrum for movement and pivoting of the apparatus.
BATTERY TRANSFER APPARATUS
A battery transfer apparatus for loading/unloading batteries from materials handling vehicles includes a mobile unit and a battery stand. The mobile unit is used to transport batteries into/out of materials handling vehicles and includes load handling structure comprising at least one roller, which is used to roll batteries into/out of materials handling vehicles. A top wall of the battery stand includes at least one opening and support structure of the battery stand engages a surface so as to support the battery stand thereon. The battery stand is engaged by the mobile unit during battery transfer operations by inserting the roller(s) up through the opening(s) in the top wall of the battery stand such that the roller(s) can engage the battery through the opening(s). The battery stand is capable of storing the battery while the battery is out of the materials handling vehicle.
ROLLER PLATFORM TRANSPORT SYSTEM
A roller platform apparatus includes a rigid plate, a set of bearings mounted on the rigid plate, and a set of one or more bars attached to the rigid plate. The set of bars is configured to restrict movement of a load into a space between the set of bearings and lower than the height of the one of more bars, and the height of the one or more bars is lower than the height of the first set of bearings and higher than the rigid plate. At least one advantage in this approach is that an equipment rack can be transported without the use of casters that are permanently attached to the equipment rack.
Vehicle transportation, storage, and maintenance assemblies and methods
The present disclosure provides vehicle transportation and storage assemblies that can include a moving frame coupled to a loading frame and a support frame extending at an angle other than normal from the moving frame to the loading frame. Vehicle moving, storage, and/or maintenance methods are provided that can include supporting a vehicle with an assembly in a first position, with the first position supporting the vehicle substantially parallel to the road surface, and pivoting the assembly to support the vehicle in a second position, the second position supporting the vehicle substantially normal to the road surface.
ERGONOMIC CARTS FOR METAL FORMING OPERATIONS
Embodiments of various ergonomic carts for metal forming operations and methods of use are enclosed. Each ergonomic cart eases transport of a machine tool between a machine tool storage rack and a manufacturing machine. Some forms of the ergonomic carts comprise an elevator portion to adjust to various machine and storage rack heights. Some cart embodiments include a tumbler mounted to a superior portion of a cart for rotating a machine tool in space for movement between a storage configuration and a load configuration. Various forms of tumblers are described and illustrated. Each tumbler comprises a punch channel which is rotatable within said tumbler portion between a superior facing position and an inferior facing position. In other embodiments, a clamp rack system offers a convenient method to store press clamps.
SYSTEM FOR TRANSPORTING AND TRANSFERRING A MOVABLE RACK ASSEMBLY AND TRANSFER CART ASSEMBLY THEREFOR
A system is provided for transporting a movable rack assembly and transferring the movable rack assembly between a transfer cart assembly and a station. The system includes a rack support assembly, a rack locking assembly, a docking enabling assembly, and an anti-return mechanism. The rack support assembly is configured to securely and movably support the movable rack assembly thereon. The rack locking assembly is configured to lock the movable rack assembly to the rack support assembly. The docking enabling assembly is configured to enable temporary docking of the transfer cart assembly with the station for the transfer of the movable rack assembly to the station or the receipt of the movable rack assembly from the station. The anti-return mechanism is configured to actively inhibit removal of the movable rack assembly from the station when the transfer cart assembly is not secured to the station by a cart locking assembly.
BARREL DRUM TRANSPORTER
A drum transporter that can be used to move a drum from a first bed at a first location to a second bed at a second location is described. The drum transporter can be coupled to a drive cart and powered thereby. The drum transporter is operable to grab a drum on the first bed and pull the drum onto a support bed of the transporter for subsequent movement to the second location. The drum transporter is operable to push the drum off the support bed and onto the second bed.
Cart
The disclosure describes a cart having a frame, a front assembly attached to the frame, a back assembly attached to the frame, and a rotating enclosure assembly attached to the frame. The rotating enclosure assembly includes a removable side and a cage. The removable side is removable from the cage to aid in loading or unloading coils of flexible tubing and can be fixedly attached when installing the flexible tubing coiled around the rotating enclosure assembly. The cart may further include an adjustment mechanism that allows the cart to be adjusted between a mobile state and an immobile state. The back assembly may include one or more immobilizers configured to immobilize the cart into the immobile state.
