All-Terrain Vehicle And Its Seat Installation Structure
The invention provides a type of all-terrain vehicle seat installation structure; it includes the cab frame and the seat backrest arranged on the frame; the back mounting side of the seat backrest includes the first mounting part and the second mounting part arranged up and down respectively. The first mounting part includes the upper support frame located at the upper end of the frame; the installation hole is arranged on the upper support frame; the installation pin inserted into the installation hole is extended out of the seat backrest. The second mounting part includes the lower support frame located at the lower end of the frame; the lower end of the seat backrest is provided with the installation buckle mounted on the lower support frame. The top of the seat backrest is limited by the installation pin being inserted into the installation hole; the seat backrest is supported by the bottom installation buckle; the top of the seat backrest is limited by the inserting installation structure of the installation pin and the installation hole to avoid the seat backrest moving up and down on the frame, so the stability of the seat installation structure of the all-terrain vehicle is improved. The invention also provides a type of all-terrain vehicle provided with the seat installation structure of the all-terrain vehicle as described above.
Spatial agricultural vehicle frame structure
A spatial frame structure of a vehicle designed for connecting structural assemblies. The described frame construction allows the use of interchangeable high-capacity fuel tanks. As a result, most structural assemblies are mounted to the outside of the frame, thus creating additional space in which elements of alternative fuel and energy source systems (e.g. natural gas tanks, electric batteries) can be assembled. This makes it possible to increase the working time of the agricultural vehicle. The frame construction comprises rigidly interconnected longitudinal tubular beams, transverse, perpendicular and diagonally arranged structural pipes, additionally connecting stiffness elements. The structure includes fastening elements for connecting the following structural assemblies: rear wheel hubs, which are assembled with electric drives; mechanical implement coupling device; structure of replaceable fuel tanks; door platform; folding driver's cab; chassis steering axle with electric drive; side component containers; power plant; mechanical coupling device for trailers and semi-trailers.
Plate steel constructed frame for self propelled sprayers
A chassis frame for an agricultural sprayer includes a top plate, a bottom plate spaced apart from the top plate, and a plurality of side plates extending from the top plate to the bottom plate. The top plate has a first thickness at a first location of the chassis frame to provide additional strength to the chassis frame at the first location. The top plate has a second thickness at a second location of the chassis frame to provide additional strength to the chassis frame at the second location.
Joint member for coupling chassis frame and variable chassis module of vehicle using the same
A joint member for coupling a chassis frame according to the present invention, which couples frames composing a chassis, includes a block-shaped main body and a first insertion groove into which one end portion of a first frame, which is a frame extending in a width direction of the chassis, is inserted and which is formed on one surface of the main body, and the plurality of first insertion grooves are formed in a longitudinal direction of the chassis so that a length of the chassis is changed according to a position at which the first frame is inserted.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL TRACTION OR CARRIER VEHICLE
In accordance with the disclosure provision is made for a vehicle. The vehicle is characterized in that a vehicle chassis of this vehicle includes a roughly tubular frame, a gearbox housing and underbody paneling. The frame, the gearbox housing and the underbody paneling are connected in such a manner that they form the vehicle chassis and hence a load-bearing frame for engine, bodywork and/or payload.
Forest Machine
The invention relates to a forest machine, comprising a chassis having a first chassis and a second chassis pivoted consecutively by a central pivot, first sets of wheels arranged in connection with the first chassis, an engine fitted in connection with the first chassis, a load space supported on the second chassis extending at least partly below an upper surface of the second sets of wheels, power transmission transmitting power to the second drive wheel of the second sets of wheels, wherein the second chassis includes two longitudinal parts attached to each other at least in front of the load space, which longitudinal parts are at a distance from each other in lateral direction of the forest machine at least over a partial length of the load space, in which forest machine the load space extends between the longitudinal parts in vertical direction of the forest machine.
Motorized Transport Vehicle
A motorized wheel is connected to a single boom pivotally connected to a body having front wheels. The body carries a power supply for the motorized wheel in the form of batteries and a generator. A work piece is removably carried on the body by extending across horizontal supports or in a tray having pivot extrusions slideably received on attachment brackets while support extrusions abut with the horizontal supports. The body includes first and second frames including first, second and third legs extending at obtuse angles from each other and a handle extending between the third legs. The body further includes support components holding the first and second frames in a spaced, parallel relation and supporting the batteries and the generator. A sulky is slideably connected to the single boom and upon which a worker stands.
CAB CHASSIS VEHICLE AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING
A cab chassis vehicle and a method of assembling a cab-chassis vehicle are provided. A chassis is sub-assembled by connecting a mounting bracket for a truck body to a frame rail via a fastener, installing a chassis-side vehicle harness, and installing a chassis-side body wiring harness. A cab is sub-assembled by installing a connector plate to cover an aperture on an outer panel of the cab, installing a cab-side body wiring harness, connecting the cab-side body wiring harness to the connector plate, and installing a cab-side vehicle harness. The cab is assembled to the chassis to provide a cab-chassis vehicle by connecting the chassis-side body wiring harness to the connector plate, connecting the chassis-side vehicle harness to the cab-side vehicle harness.
Vehicle chassis arrangement
A vehicle chassis arrangement, preferably for use in an agricultural tractor. The chassis has two frame elements and a differential housing, where the ends of the frame elements are connected to the side of the differential housing facing the rear of the vehicle. A tank cover is attached adjacent to that side of the differential housing, to define a fluid storage tank between the tank cover and the surface of the differential housing.
