FRAME ACCESS APERTURE
Disclosed embodiments include power machine frames, and corresponding power machines such as skid steer loaders, which have fully arcuate access aperture features providing improved access to components within a chain case or otherwise positioned interior to the frame.
Boxed plate construction frame with integral engine support section
A chassis frame includes a side rails and cross-members that intersect at a number of intersection points, which collectively define a chassis frame with front and rear portions that define a main support section and an integral engine support section. Each side rail includes a top plate, a bottom plate, and first and second side plates extending between the top and bottom plates. The first and second side plates each have a first end coupled to a bottom surface of the top plate and a second end coupled to the top surface of the bottom plate. Each cross-member includes a top plate, a bottom plate, and first and second side plates extending between the top plate and bottom plates. The first and second side plates each have a first end coupled to a bottom surface of the top plate and a second end coupled to the top surface of the bottom plate. A plurality of gusset portions is formed between the top plates of the side rails and cross-members at each intersection point.
REVOLVING FRAME FOR WORK MACHINE, AND WORK MACHINE PROVIDED WITH SAME
Lifting performance of a work machine is increased while suppressing an increase in a vehicle weight. When a slewing frame (1) is seen from a side, a first reinforcement member (11) is provided from a boom foot section (5) to a front side part of a slewing bearing (22), a second reinforcement member (12) is provided from the boom foot section (5) to a mast foot section (6), and a third reinforcement member (13) is provided from the mast foot section (6) to a rear side part of the slewing bearing (22). Furthermore, a fourth reinforcement member (14) is provided from a middle region (M) located at an upper end portion of the slewing frame (1) and above a rear portion of the slewing bearing (22) to the front side part of the slewing bearing (22), and a fifth reinforcement member (15) is provided from the middle region (M) to the rear side part of the slewing bearing (22).
SIDE-BY-SIDE UTILITY VEHICLE
A utility vehicle includes a plurality of ground engaging members and a frame supported by the plurality of ground engaging members. The frame assembly extends generally along a longitudinal axis of the utility vehicle. The utility vehicle further includes a front seating section coupled to the frame. The front seating section is configured to support an operator and a first passenger. Additionally, the utility vehicle includes a rear seating section coupled to the frame. The rear seating section is configured to support a second passenger and a third passenger. The rear seating section has an angled panel configured as a dead pedal for the second and third passengers, and a portion of the rear seating section extends forwardly into the front seating section.
Tracked vehicle and chassis therefor
A tracked vehicle with a chassis comprising an upper frame structure connected to a lower frame structure, the lower frame structure spanning a longitudinal distance along a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, wherein over a first portion of the longitudinal distance, the lower frame structure overlaps with the upper frame structure and wherein over a second portion of the longitudinal distance, the lower frame structure does not overlap with the upper frame structure. The tracked vehicle may also comprise an operator cabin, power plant mounted to the upper frame structure and a plurality of track assemblies for traction of the tracked vehicle. Each track assembly is mounted to the lower frame structure of the chassis and comprises a drive wheel; an end wheel; and a plurality of support wheels therebetween; and an endless track disposed around the plurality of wheels for engaging a ground on which the tracked vehicle travels.
Chassis for self-propelled operating machines
A chassis, particularly for self-propelled operating machines, has a frame adapted to support a motorized movement means and a control means of an operating machine. The particularity of the present invention resides in that it comprises at least one ballast member adapted to support mechanical parts of the operating machine, which is an integral part of the frame.
Work Vehicle With Electrical Energy Storage
A work vehicle includes a vehicle frame which is supported by first and second axles. A driver's cab, a lifting arm, and at least one electrical energy store unit are supported on the vehicle frame. The lifting arm is arranged along a longitudinal direction of the work vehicle parallel to a longitudinal axis of the vehicle frame. The driver's cab is arranged to a first side of the longitudinal axis between the two axles. The at least one energy store unit is arranged between the two axles to a second side of the longitudinal axis, which is situated opposite the first side.
Boxed plate construction frame with plates of varying thicknesses
A chassis frame including a first section and a second section. The first section includes a top plate having a first thickness, a bottom plate, and a plurality of side plates extending from the top plate to the bottom plate. The second section includes a top plate having a second thickness, a bottom plate, and a plurality of side plates extending from the top plate to the bottom plate. The first section and the second section are joined at least one transition joint. Each transition joint includes a protrusion configured to engage a pocket. Each pocket is defined by angular edges of the top and bottom plates of the first section. Each protrusion defined by angular edges of the top and bottom plates of the second section.
Reconfiguration of diesel-powered haul truck with hybrid hydrogen fuel cell and battery power supply
The present disclosure provides a mining haul truck with the diesel-powered components removed, the resulting available volumes retrofitted with components of a hybrid hydrogen fuel cell/battery-based powerplant. In some embodiments, the tray and/or the canopy of the haul truck can be replaced or reconfigured to create an additional volume for receiving components of the hybrid hydrogen fuel cell/battery-based powerplant.
Base frame for a reach truck
A base frame for a reach truck includes a wheel arm subassembly with two wheel arms each having a front end and an opposing rear end. A load wheel receiver is positioned on each rear end and a counterweight is positioned at the front end of the wheel arms and coupled to the wheel arm subassembly by a plurality of screw connections. The plurality of screw connections comprise a first portion of screw connections and a second portion of screw connections. The first portion of screw connections each extend in a first direction and the second portion of the screw connections each extend in a second direction which is different from the first direction.
