STEERING SUPPORT STRUCTURE
A gusset is joined to an instrument panel reinforcement and a floor brace. The instrument panel reinforcement includes a D seat rear beam extending from a portion to be joined to the floor brace to a portion for supporting the steering column. The D seat rear beam includes a D seat upper beam having a hat-shaped cross section open toward a lower side. The gusset includes a reinforcement joint portion that is joined to the D seat upper beam to form a closed cross section.
MOTOR VEHICLE
A motor vehicle having: running gear having a chassis and wheel suspensions, which include longitudinal and transverse links for attaching wheels to the chassis; a body having an underfloor and/or an underfloor paneling, the underfloor and/or the underfloor paneling exposing the links; paneling for the links having a recess for air to cool a brake; and a flow guide upstream of a respective paneling. The flow guide is connected to the underfloor or to underfloor paneling and which, together with the respective paneling, divides up the air flow into: a first air flow, which can be fed, upstream of the recess, via a first flow channel of the respective paneling to a first region of the brake, and into a second air flow, which can be fed via the recess of the respective paneling and a second flow channel of the respective paneling to a second region of the brake.
Vehicle
A vehicle includes: a power equipment unit including a power equipment, a cooling mechanism for cooling the power equipment, and a case for accommodating the power equipment and the cooling mechanism; and an exhaust duct disposed on a floor panel, wherein the cooling mechanism discharges air, which has cooled the power equipment, into a passenger compartment through the exhaust duct. One end of the exhaust duct is connected to a duct connection portion of the case, and the other end of the exhaust duct is connected to a treading guard member which faces the floor panel to form a channel of air.
VEHICLE BODY AND VEHICLE
Provided are a vehicle body and a vehicle. The vehicle body includes: a front longitudinal beam; a first bracket; an upper side beam having a front lower end connected to an outer end of the first bracket; a front floor longitudinal beam having a front end connected to a rear end of the front longitudinal beam and having a linear configuration; a rocker panel having a front end connected to the rear end of the front longitudinal beam; and a rear floor longitudinal beam connected to a rear end of the front floor longitudinal beam and a rear end of the rocker panel to make the front floor longitudinal beam, the rocker panel, and the rear floor longitudinal beam form a closed-loop force transmission structure.
Automobile body press-molded component and method for producing same
A member has a transverse cross section that includes a top sheet, upper ridgelines, vertical walls, lower ridgelines, and floor flanges and includes, on at least one end portions in the extending directions of the upper ridgelines, a top sheet flange via a top sheet ridgeline and vertical wall flanges via vertical wall ridgelines, in which the vertical wall flange and the floor flange are continuous. In end portions of the upper ridgelines and the lower ridgelines, the sum totalR of the radii of curvature of corner portions of the vertical walls and the sum totalL of the widths of the top sheet and the vertical walls in an end portion of the member have the relation ofR/L0.13.
Suspended floor assembly
A vehicle has improved energy absorbing capability and occupants have increased blast survivability. The vehicle includes a suspended floor assembly. The floor assembly may be suspended by, at least in part, one or more suspensions arms that have an extendable portion. The floor assembly may also have a yaw plane energy absorber between the floor assembly and a wall of the vehicle.
VEHICLE BODY AND VEHICLE
Provided are a vehicle body and a vehicle. The vehicle body includes: two A pillars; a front impact beam; two front longitudinal beams having front ends connected to the front impact beam, and each of the front longitudinal beams being connected to the A-pillar at the same side therewith by means of a plurality of force transmission paths; a dash panel having lower portion provided with a dash centre aisle and connected to the two A-pillars; an dash upper cross member provided at an upper portion of the dash panel; a dash lower vertical member having an upper end connected to the dash upper cross member and a lower end extending to the dash centre aisle; and two front floor longitudinal beams.
SHIFT BRACKET
The present disclosure relates to a shift bracket that is coupled to a top plate of a cover panel for covering a floor tunnel and to which a shift lever unit is attached on an upper side. The shift bracket includes: a base plate to which the shift lever unit is attached; and a front leg, portion and a rear leg portion that are coupled to the base plate and the top plate of the cover panel and hold the base plate with a space being provided upward in a vehicle vertical direction from the top plate. An ECU is disposed in the space between the top plate of the cover panel and the base plate.
Mounting hardware for vehicle structures
A mounting rail assembly for mounting a seat to a vehicle is provided. The mounting rail assembly includes a substrate positioned between a first U-shaped track and a second U-shaped track in addition to one or more attachment members configured to couple the first and second U-shaped tracks and provide a clamping pressure to the substrate. The first and second U-shaped tracks include a plurality of apertures to receive the one or more attachment members.
VEHICLE UNDERBODY STRUCTURE
A vehicle underbody structure includes a pair of rockers that are provided on both vehicle width direction sides of a vehicle underbody and extend in a vehicle front-rear direction, a battery that is disposed centrally in a vehicle width direction center between the pair of rockers and is disposed above a vehicle floor and on the lower side of a seat, a fuel tank that is disposed in the vehicle width direction center between the pair of rockers and is disposed under the vehicle floor and further toward a rear side of the vehicle than the battery, and a waste pipe that is coupled to a drive unit provided at a vehicle front side of the battery and extends in the vehicle front-rear direction between the battery and one of the rockers.
