A vehicle and liner assembly that includes a recreational vehicle having a housing, a front end, a rear end, a top, a bottom, and a pair of sidewalls. A frame assembly is provided wherein, the housing is mounted on and supported by the frame assembly. The liner is attached to the frame assembly and covers at least a substantial portion of the bottom of the housing. The liner has a first face having projections extending therefrom and a second face having openings therein. The openings coincide with and extend into corresponding projections on the first face. In another embodiment of the invention, a trailer and liner combination, is provided that includes a vehicle having a housing with a front end, a rear end, a top, a bottom, a pair of sidewalls, and a door providing access to a cargo area defined by the housing.

The invention relates to a cabin module (8) in the form of a self-supporting structural body (9) of multiple walls (15 to 18) which delimit a cabin area (21). The walls (15 to 18) are made of a continuous blank (22), wherein in the edge regions (20) of walls (15 to 18) directly following one another, the outer layer (28) is in each case designed to be continuous and deformed, and the inner layer (27) is interrupted by a separating section (29). At least one first lateral wall (15), a base wall (16), a second lateral wall (17), and a roof wall (18) are provided. End sections (23, 24) of the blank (22) are connected to one another when the walls (15 to 18) are erected. The invention also comprises a motor vehicle equipped with such a cabin module (8).

A structural panel for a recreational vehicle includes a plurality of layers laminated together to form an outer surface of the structural panel, which is configured to form a sidewall, a ceiling, or a floor of the recreational vehicle when mounted in the recreational vehicle relative to the vehicle chassis. The structural panel also includes an image formed on or in one of the plurality of layers in or internal to the structural panel and visible at the outer first surface, with the image including readable information about the recreational vehicle or a component to be mounted in the recreational vehicle.

A cargo body includes a floor, a roof, a first sidewall extending between the floor and the roof, and a second sidewall extending between the floor and the roof, the second sidewall cooperating with the first sidewall, the floor, and the roof to define a cargo receiving volume. The floor is defined by at least one composite panel including a core and a pair of skins sandwiching the core.
