Mobile transport device
A mobile transport device is provided which has leg-like mobility fittings and a useful surface. The useful surface is in particular a seat unit of a motor vehicle which can transport a person seated on the seat unit out of a motor vehicle to a destination by means of the leg-like mobility fittings and without any climbing.
Motorized weight-bearing device
A weight-bearing device includes a single wheel, a frame attached to the wheel, and an electric motor attached to the frame. The electric motor is configured to rotate a first gear, connected to a second gear with a chain. The second gear is connected to the wheel. The second gear and the first gear may have a gear ratio of greater than 8:1.
Movable rig and steering system
A drill rig with a steering system may include a substructure having a wheelhouse, a drill floor arranged atop the substructure, a mast extending upwardly and above the drill floor, and a steering system arranged within the wheelhouse. The steering system may include a wheel assembly comprising an electric motor configured for driving rotational motion of a wheel, a deployment device configuring for deploying the wheel assembly to carry the drill rig, and a steering mechanism configured for selective engagement with the wheel assembly and rotating the wheel assembly.
Tractor having dual hydrostatic drive with single hand control and attachment adapter for powered attachments
A tractor has a base for supporting a motive power source, left and right driven wheels, and left and right transmissions for the respective left and right wheels; a handle structure coupled to the base for grasping by an operator from behind the tractor; a drive system for driving each of the left and right transmissions with motive power from the motive power source; wherein the left and right transmissions are hydrostatic transmissions, further having a speed regulator control lever on each transmission that allows seamless control of the transmission from reverse speed through neutral into forward speed; and a transmission control coupled to each speed regulator control lever; further wherein there is a longitudinally disposed space between the left and right transmissions, and a power take off shaft is disposed in the space extending anteriorly and driven by the motive power source for powering a powered attachment arranged to be attached at the anterior of the tractor, further including a shaft extension of said power take off shaft extending posteriorly for driving a rear power take off for powering a rear mounted powered attachment.

WALK BEHIND POWER EQUIPMENT WITH TIGHT TURNING CAPABILITY
A drive assembly for a walk-behind, powered device operably couples an engine of the powered device to a mobility assembly to provide mobility of the powered device responsive at least in part to operation of the engine. The drive assembly includes a transmission shaft and a short turning assembly. The transmission shaft selectively receives drive power operably coupled from the engine to drive a first drivable component and a second drivable component of the mobility assembly. The first and second drivable components are disposed substantially at opposite sides of the powered device. The short turning assembly is configured to cause both disengagement of drive power and activation of braking to the first drivable component while drive power is provided to the second drivable component.

LIFTING LOADS WITH LIFTING DEVICES
A control system detects a loaded state for a lifting device. The control system receives a current load value from a load sensor corresponding to a load on the lifting device and compares the current load value from a previously received load value to determine a change in load. The control system receives a current displacement value from a displacement sensor corresponding to a displacement of the lifting device and compares the current displacement value with a previously received displacement value to determine a change in displacement. The control system compares the change in load with the change in displacement to determine a current load slope. The lifting device in identified in a loaded state based on a comparison of the current load slope with a load slope threshold. The control system may stop extending the lifting device after reaching the loaded state and start extending all of the lifting devices in unison to lift the load off of a base surface after all of the lifting devices reach the loaded state.
