Radial seal for a track link joint
In some implementations, a bushing may include a cylindrical body having an at least partially annular configuration. The cylindrical body may define a radial axis and may include an inner circumferential surface, an outer circumferential surface, a first end, and a second end. The inner circumferential surface may be configured to rotatably receive an outer surface of a pin of a track link joint. The outer circumferential surface may be configured to be rotatably received within a first counterbore of a first track link of the track link joint. The bushing may include at least one groove extending radially into the outer circumferential surface around the radial axis. The at least one groove may be configured to receive a first seal of the track link joint. The first seal may form a first radial seal between the outer circumferential surface and a first inner surface of the first counterbore.
SEAL ASSEMBLY
A seal assembly for sealing a lubricant space that is formed between a pin, a track shoe pressed-on onto one end of the pin, and a sleeve of a track. The sleeve is pushed onto the pin and is swivelable on the pin. The track further includes at least one second track shoe pressed onto one end of the sleeve. The seal assembly provides a first seal ring for sealing the lubricant space between the sleeve and the first track shoe, and an elastic ring for applying pressure to the first seal ring. The seal assembly further provides a second seal ring for sealing the lubricant space between sleeve and the first track shoe and/or the pin.
Snowmobile having a snow guard
A snowmobile has a frame having a tunnel; at least one ski operatively connected to the frame; a motor supported by the frame; an endless drive track disposed at least in part below the tunnel and operatively connected to the motor for propulsion of the snowmobile; a suspension assembly operatively connected to the frame, the suspension assembly supporting and tensioning the endless drive track, the suspension assembly having a least one rear idler wheel, the at least one idler wheel defining an idler wheel rotation axis; and a snow guard connected to the suspension assembly. The snow guard has a deflector. The deflector has a leading edge and a trailing edge. The leading edge is rearward and upward of the idler wheel rotation axis. The trailing edge is rearward and upward of the idler wheel rotation axis.

UNDERCARRIAGE CLAMPING MASTER TRACK LINK WITH TEXTURED TRACK PIN BORE
A clamping master track link includes a body that defines a first bore and a second bore, a first aperture disposed between the first bore and the second bore, a second aperture disposed between the first aperture and the second bore, a first strut with a first gap disposed between the first aperture and the second aperture, a second strut with a second gap disposed between the first aperture and the first bore, and a bridge disposed between the second aperture and the second bore. The first bore defines a cylindrical bore surface that is at least partially textured.
Shoe trimming tool
A mining machine includes a frame having a guide rail, the guide rail having a central portion. The mining machine also includes a shoe having a recessed area that defines a roller path, the shoe further having a drive lug, wherein the central portion of the guide rail is configured to be disposed within the recessed area. The mining machine also includes a cutting tool coupled to the frame and positioned such that the cutting tool is configured to abrasively remove material from the drive lug as the drive lug passes by the cutting tool.
METAL FACE SEAL TAPER
A face seal member includes a cylindrical annular body defining a cylindrical axis, a radial direction, a first axial extremity, a second axial extremity, an outside radial extremity and an inside radial extremity, a face sealing surface including a clearance surface, a contact region disposed radially adjacent the clearance surface that defines a contact plane, and a tapered surface extending radially from the contact region that defines a taper angle with the contact plane that increases as the tapered surface progresses further radially from the contact region toward the inside radial extremity.
Coating for seal assembly
A seal having a body defining an inner surface and an outer surface. The seal includes a layer of coating deposited on the body, the layer of coating including a material exhibiting oleophobic and hydrophobic properties for both the inner surface and the outer surface.
Track Mat
The invention is a track mat attachment for a tracked vehicle designed to remove mud and debris from the space between the tracks. The mat that fits flush with the undercarriage wall inside the area of the tracks where mud and debris build up. The mat is the shape of the undercarriage wall with angled out lip at the top of the mat with curve idler openings where the idlers are for the vehicle. The mat will have eyelets at the bottom which can be attached to a rope, chain or cord to pull the mat out of where it is on the undercarriage. When the mat is pulled out it will bring out all of the mud and debris that has been deposited there. The mat will be mad of a hard sturdy material and may have supports that help it maintain its shape and give it the ability to pull the mud out for the location.
