PNEUMATIC ONLY HEIGHT ADJUST SEAT POST ASSEMBLY
A seat post assembly for a bicycle includes a first tube having a first distal end and a second tube having a second distal end. A distance between the first distal end of the first tube and the second distal end of the second tube is at a maximum when the first tube is in a first position relative to the second tube. The seat post assembly also includes a first chamber and a second chamber that are fluidly coupleable. The first chamber is a positive fluid chamber, and the second chamber is a negative fluid chamber. The seat post assembly includes a fluid volume disposed in the first chamber and the second chamber. The fluid volume includes a compressible fluid. The first chamber is configured to act as a spring configured to bias the first tube towards the first position relative to the second tube.
Bicycle battery pack
A bicycle battery pack that can be reduced in volume includes a housing configured to be located on a frame of a bicycle and battery cells accommodated in the housing. The battery cells include at least a first battery cell and a second battery cell. The housing includes a side wall extending in a longitudinal direction of the frame in a state located on the frame. An outer portion of the side wall includes at least one groove. The at least one groove is recessed toward a region between the first battery cell and the second battery cell.
Bicycle Telescopic Apparatus
A bicycle telescopic apparatus includes a first tube having a receiving space, a second tube telescopically received in the receiving space of the first tube, a position detector configured to detect a relative position between the first tube and the second tube in a longitudinal direction of the bicycle telescopic apparatus, and an output device configured to output a signal based on a detected result of the position detector. The signal can control a bicycle component other than the bicycle telescopic apparatus. A detecting point of the position detector is located in the receiving space of the first tube.
OPERATOR CONTROL ASSEMBLY
A reconfigurable operator control assembly is disclosed. The assembly may comprise an operator control and a mounting structure and a post to secure the operator control; the operator control may comprise a seatpost dropper control and/or a suspension damping adjuster control. The assembly may comprise (a) the seatpost dropper control above the suspension damping adjuster control or (b) the seatpost dropper control below the suspension damping adjuster control or (c) the seatpost dropper control or (d) the suspension damping adjuster control. The assembly may comprise a stack comprising a spacer between the seatpost dropper control and the suspension damping adjuster control. The post may comprise a short post for mounting the seatpost dropper control or the suspension damping adjuster control; the post may comprise a long post for mounting the seatpost dropper control and the suspension damping adjuster control. The post may comprise a body with non-circular cross-section. The operator control may comprise a remote control.
Bicycle electric suspension
A bicycle electric suspension comprises a first tube, a second tube, a positioning structure, an electric positioning actuator, and a telescopic controller. The first tube has a center axis. The second tube is telescopically received in the first tube. The positioning structure is configured to relatively position the first tube and the second tube in a telescopic direction extending along the center axis of the first tube. The electric positioning actuator is configured to actuate the positioning structure. The telescopic controller has a pairing signal transmission mode in which the telescopic controller transmits a pairing signal to a bicycle electric device.
Bicycle component system
A bicycle component device includes a bicycle component and a battery. The bicycle component includes an electric assist unit, an electric shift device and an operation device. The electric assist unit is configured to assist in rotation of a crank. The electric shift device is configured to move a bicycle chain between sprockets. The operation device is configured to perform wireless communication with the electric shift device. The battery is configured to supply power to the bicycle component.
INFINITE ADJUST SEAT POST WITH PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE
An assembly for enabling continuous seat post function during extreme conditions is described and includes: a first valve at least partially, slidably disposed within a stationary piston and for controlling a first fluid pathway there through, wherein the first fluid pathway runs from a first portion and to a second portion of the oil chamber, wherein the stationary piston separates the oil chamber into the first portion and the second portion; and a second valve at least partially disposed within the stationary piston and disposed in series with the first valve and having a second fluid pathway disposed through the first valve and the second valve, being in parallel with the first fluid pathway, running from the first portion to the second portion of the oil chamber, and providing a bypass for oil to flow from the first portion to the second portion when the first fluid pathway is closed.
OPERATING DEVICE
An operating device is basically provided with a base, a first operating member, a second operating member and an electric operating unit. The base is configured to mount the operating device to a handlebar. The base defines a mounting axis. The first operating member is pivotally arranged with respect to the base around a pivot axis. The second operating member is pivotally arranged with respect to the base around the pivot axis. The second operating member is a separate member from the first operating member. The electric operating unit is configured to be activated in response to a pivotal movement of the first operating member. The first operating member is arranged closer to the mounting axis than the electric operating unit.
OFFSET BUSHINGS AND ALIGNMENT FEATURES OF A DROPPER SEATPOST ASSEMBLY
A dropper seatpost assembly is disclosed. The dropper seatpost assembly includes a lower post and an upper post configured to telescopically move with respect to the lower post. The dropper seatpost assembly also includes a translating mechanism configured to maintain an orientation such as a lateral orientation, a rotational orientation, or both a lateral orientation and a rotational orientation of the upper post with respect to the lower post as the upper post telescopically moves with respect to the lower post, the translating mechanism comprising two or more vertically offset features.
CONVEYANCE SEAT DEVICE
A conveyance seat includes a saddle-type seat on which an occupant sits to straddle and a seat height adjustment unit which is attached below the seat and is able to adjust a height position of the seat.
