A modular cargo system for an off-road vehicle includes a triangular center case between a right side case and a left side case, each having a base attached downwardly to a platform on the vehicle while also defining a floor plane for resting on a flat floor surface. The side cases include non-parallel side walls, each defining an interior space large enough to hold a rider's helmet. Each case includes a handle on a hinged lid, enabling the side case to be carried with a single hand while the lid is closed. The hinge is on a leading side wall of the cases, latched on a trailing side wall of the cases, and clips to hold the side cases downward to the platform are on the trailing side walls.

A hook is formed on a tip side of the latch arm. A locking claw is formed on a tip side of the arm receiving portion. A support kit for at least one piece of bag having a support frame configured to be able to be associated with a motorcycle frame, which includes at least one tubular element having one or more through holes, one or more support components adapted to be detachably associated with the support frame and with the at least one piece of bag. The support kit further includes at least one support clamp having a first jaw and a second jaw which embraces portions of the at least one tubular element and respectively has a first and a second through hole. The kit also includes a guide screw that crosses the through holes which includes a support element adapted to support at least one portion of the at least one piece of bag.

A luggage rack for securing an item of luggage to a motorcycle or a scooter includes an adapter plate on which the item of luggage may be fastened. The adapter plate includes at least one positioning element configured to position the adapter plate relative to the motorcycle or motor scooter, and a displacement device having a lever and an engagement element which cooperate to secure or release the adapter plate from the motorcycle or motor scooter when the lever is moved between an open position and a closed position to cause the engagement element to slide into and out of engagement with a fixing point on the motorcycle or motor scooter.
