Method for the producing of an extruded frame element with battery pack profile for use in a bicycle frame comprising a plurality of frame elements, where the frame elements are interconnected and constitute a structure with such great rigidity that the bicycle frame under ordinary loading does not change its geometrical shape, wherein the at least one frame element is extruded with variable material thicknesses in a given cross sectional profile, and a recess is made in the at least one extruded frame element, as well as a bicycle frame comprising such a frame element, wherein a stable bicycle frame with sufficient strength is achieved, and wherein the bicycle frame becomes as discreet as possible.

HEADSET ASSEMBLY SYSTEM FOR A BICYCLE
20210300501 · 2021-09-30 ·

A headset assembly system for a bicycle is provided having a handlebar stem (1), radially fastenable by tightening to a fork tube (2), rotatable by headset bearings (7) with respect to a head tube (3) wherein the headset bearings are fastened (7); a retaining flange (4), radially fastenable by tightening to the fork tube (2); a thrust ring (5), axially movable along the fork tube (2); such that the retaining flange (4) and the thrust ring (5) are configured to contact each other by a ramp (6) which relates a rotation with a movement relative to each other; the thrust ring (5) is arranged such that, when the thrust ring (5) is rotated around the fork tube (2) with the retaining flange (4) fastened to the fork tube (2), the thrust ring (5) moves with respect to the retaining flange (4) pushing the stem (1) against the headset bearings (7).

TWO WHEEL ELECTRIC MOTORIZED CYCLE FRAME INCORPORATING A CASE-FREE BATTERY
20210276653 · 2021-09-09 · ·

The present utility model discloses a two wheel electric motorized cycle frame incorporating a case-free battery, including a frame main body with a battery containment framework disposed on the frame main body. The battery is contained by the battery containment framework. At least one side of the framework is removable to facilitate replacing the battery, and partition boards are inserted in the framework to separate out a protective cavity for electrical connections. According to the present utility model, the battery is placed in the battery containment framework, so that a battery case is omitted. The battery is safely fixed in the framework, and one side of the framework is removable to facilitate replacing the battery. Furthermore, the partition boards are disposed in the framework to separate out the protective cavity for electrical connections of battery cables, thereby solving the problem that the battery cables are exposed to the outside and cannot be effectively accommodated due to replacement of an enclosed battery case with an open framework.

CABLE ROUTING SYSTEM OF BICYCLE AND STEM THEREOF

A cable routing system of a bicycle, including a stem having a receiving space and an engaging hole communicating with the receiving space, a frame, a fork, an expander, and at least one cable. A head tube of the frame has a top portion having an upper mounting hole and a bottom portion having a lower mounting hole. The fork sequentially passes through the lower mounting hole, the upper mounting hole, and the engaging hole to be connected to the stem. The expander is disposed in a steering tube of the fork and has at least one cable passage communicating with the receiving space and the engaging hole. The cable extends into the steering tube from outside by passing through the receiving space and the cable passage. An end of the cable is connected to a bicycle controller, and another end thereof is connected to a bicycle component.

Eccentric bicycle fork shaft

A bicycle fork includes a fork shaft configured to be rotatably borne by headset bearings in a head tube of a bicycle frame so as to rotate about a steering axis. The fork shaft includes a cylindrical fork shaft segment that is disposed eccentrically with respect to the steering axis. The cylindrical fork shaft segment is a right circular cylinder having a hollow interior, a cylindrical inner surface and a central longitudinal axis that lies within a symmetry plane of the bicycle frame and extends parallel to the steering axis. The central longitudinal axis of the cylindrical fork shaft segment is spaced apart from the steering axis in a direction of eccentricity that points in an opposite direction with respect to a forward direction of travel of the bicycle.

Bicycle handlebar assembly with v-shaped stem

A bicycle handlebar assembly comprises a base bar, a v-shaped stem selectively removable from the base bar, and a bicycle fork assembly. Control cables from the bicycle may be routed from the base bar into hollow diverging stem members of the v-shaped stem. The bicycle fork assembly comprises an external-steerer fork having a load-bearing member and a preload tensioning rod. The preload tensioning rod fits within a head tube of the bicycle, and a hollow space around the preload tensioning rod accommodates control cables passing from the v-shaped stem into a hollow portion of the bicycle frame. The v-shaped stem is secured against the base bar by a pair of nut plates. In some examples, an engagement portion of an accessory such as an aerobar extension assembly is configured to secure the v-shaped stem and an aerobar extension against the base bar.
