Herein is disclosed a straddle-ridden vehicle frame stiffener comprising a support structure for stiffening the straddle-ridden vehicle frame, the support structure comprising a first side; and a second side, adjacent to the first side; a first mounting element for removably mounting the support structure to the straddle-ridden vehicle frame, the first mounting element being attached to the first side; a second mounting element for removably mounting the support structure to the straddle-ridden vehicle frame, the second mounting element being attached to the second side; and wherein the first side and the second side are rigidly connected to one another.

In a body frame, a pair of left and right main frames extend downward to the rear from the upper portion of a head pipe and a down frame extends downward to the rear from the lower portion of the head pipe, a gusset is provided in the body frame, the gusset being joined to the head pipe, and the gusset includes a center wall portion and lower extension portions, the center wall portion being disposed between inner side wall portions of the left and right main frames, the lower extension portions extending downward from the center wall portion and being joined to outer side surfaces of the down frame.

The present invention relates to a frame for a bicycle including a tube construction for providing fastening options for further parts of the vehicle, such as a steering pen, saddle pen and fastening means for a rear wheel. The tube construction includes: a top tube, substantially extending in horizontal direction; a saddle tube, downwardly extending from a tube intersection with the top tube, from a fastening to the top tube at a substantially rear side thereof; a bottom tube, extending from a tube intersection with the saddle tube at substantially an underside of the saddle tube towards a connection at the top tube forwardly arranged relative to the fastening of the settled tube to the top tube; and a head tube arranged at an angle by means of a tube intersection connected to the top tube. The bottom tube extends to a predetermined distance above the upper side of the top tube, crossing the top tube at a tube intersection, and the head tube is fastened to the bottom tube above the top tube.

The present invention relates to a frame for a bicycle including a tube construction for providing fastening options for further parts of the vehicle, such as a steering pen, saddle pen and fastening means for a rear wheel. There is provided a vehicle body frame of a straddle-type vehicle. A tank rail extends rearward from a head pipe at an upper side of a power unit. A body frame has a pair of side frame parts extending downward from a rear end side of the tank rail, an upper coupling part couples upper parts of the side frame parts, and a lower coupling part couples lower parts of the pair of side frame parts. Front and rear mount parts support the power unit. Swing arm support parts are provided in the side frame parts. A link member connecting part connects a link member configured to couple the swing arm and a rear cushion each other. The rear mount part is formed at a front part of the lower coupling part, and the link member connecting part is formed at a rear part of the lower coupling part.
Vehicle body frame of straddle-type vehicle
There is provided a vehicle body frame of a straddle-type vehicle. A tank rail extends rearward from a head pipe at an upper side of a power unit. A body frame has a pair of side frame parts extending downward from a rear end side of the tank rail, an upper coupling part couples upper parts of the side frame parts, and a lower coupling part couples lower parts of the pair of side frame parts. Front and rear mount parts support the power unit. Swing arm support parts are provided in the side frame parts. A link member connecting part connects a link member configured to couple the swing arm and a rear cushion each other. The rear mount part is formed at a front part of the lower coupling part, and the link member connecting part is formed at a rear part of the lower coupling part.
Bicycle frame
A frame of a bicycle includes: a seat tube having an enlarged portion formed in an upper part of the seat tube and connected with a main frame, a seat post movably disposed within the seat tube, a bicycle saddle mounted to an upper end of the seat post, and an adapter tube into which the seat post is inserted. In particular, the adapter tube includes a first clamp connected with the enlarged portion, a second clamp connected with the seat post, and a body connected with the first clamp and the second clamp.
Bicycle frame
A frame of a bicycle includes: a seat tube having an enlarged portion formed in an upper part of the seat tube and connected with a main frame, a seat post movably disposed within the seat tube, a bicycle saddle mounted to an upper end of the seat post, and an adapter tube into which the seat post is inserted. In particular, the adapter tube includes a first clamp connected with the enlarged portion, a second clamp connected with the seat post, and a body connected with the first clamp and the second clamp.
Frame structure for a motorcycle
A frame structure for a motorcycle includes a main frame for supporting a front structure of the motorcycle, the main frame including a pair of main pipes extending rearward from a head pipe of the front structure; a pivot bracket including a metal plate, the pivot bracket connected to the main frame and including a rear cushion mounting portion and a swing arm mounting portion for swingably mounting a rear cushion and a swing arm. The main frame further includes: a pair of support pipes extending rearward from the head pipe for supporting the front structure; and a connecting portion jointly connected at a rear end of the pair of main pipes and the pair of support pipes for connecting to the pivot bracket. The rear cushion mounting portion is positioned forward of the connecting portion of the main frame when viewed from a side view of the motorcycle.
Seat Rail of Motorcycle
A seat rail of a motorcycle according to the present invention has two side members configured using fiber-reinforced resin. Each side member has a main body and an upper flange portion that protrudes in a width direction of a vehicle body from an upper side edge of the main body. An attachment element for attachment to the main frame of the vehicle body is provided at a front end portion of each side member, and the seat rail has at least one upper connecting member that connects two upper flange portions. The upper flange portion has an inflection section connecting the front section and the rear section such that the rear section of the upper flange portion is raised toward an upper direction with respect to the front section, and the inflection section is arranged between the front end portion of the side member and a foremost upper connecting member.
