Medicine ball and method of construction
A medicine ball comprises a cover made of a sheet of aramid fibers, having an exterior surface and an interior surface, that each comprise a coating of a polychloroprene compound. The coating is spread unevenly and is calendered across both the exterior surface of the cover and the interior surface of the cover. The exterior surface of the cover is embossed, which in addition to vulcanization, provides extra grip strength. The ball further comprises an interior space, which is filled with crushed pieces of ethylene vinyl acetate foam and rocks.
PORTABLE WORKOUT POUCH FOR MEDICINE BALL
A workout pouch comprising multiple pieces of fabric fastened together to form a spherical receptacle to securely contain a medicine ball is disclosed herein. The spherical receptacle facilitates working out using the medicine ball. The workout pouch conforms to the size and shape of the medicine ball. The pouch secures the medicine ball so as to prevent the medicine ball from shifting within the pouch during exercise. The pouch may also include one or more support patches to enhance its structural integrity and resistance to wear-and-tear damage. The workout pouch may include straps and strap fasteners to allow a user to fasten the straps to the user's body. The pouch may also include a ball fastener to properly secure a medicine ball within the body of the pouch and a ball fastener protector that prevents the ball fastener from being exposed while the pouch is in use.
Special sports training ball device as a solution filled product called a HydroPro
An inflatable sports training ball made as an inflatable exterior surface formed of an air tight flexible outer casing which, when inflated, defines an exterior surface; an interior air pocket surrounded by an interior liner defining a bladder, the interior liner made of an air tight and water tight rubber; an inflation and fill valve; and a variable amount of solution filling a portion of the bladder, the solution being substantially heavier than air and occupying an amount of said interior volume wherein a pre-determined amount of the solution is forced into the interior air chamber of the sports ball with a pump and the resulting partially solution filled sports ball provides a variable inertia system used in training sports enthusiasts a better ball control technique and other drills.
Exercise Ball with Internal Handle
A fitness ball includes a ball portion having a generally spherical-shaped resilient shell, a pocket disposed in the ball portion and defining an opening in the ball portion, and a handle extending from a first point on an inner surface of the pocket to a second point on the inner surface of the pocket. In some embodiments, the fitness ball further includes an impact-absorbent filler material disposed in an inner cavity defined by the resilient shell and the pocket. In other embodiments, the fitness ball includes one or more gel inserts embedded in the pocket to cushion impact of a user's hand with the pocket. In other embodiments, the pocket is adhered to the resilient shell by an adhesive disposed between an interfacing portion of the resilient shell and a corresponding lip of the pocket which overlaps the interfacing portion of the resilient shell.
MODULAR STRUCTURES
A modular kit of parts creates structures to store and suspend equipment used for physical fitness. A structure can be created that can store fitness equipment such as exercise balls, dumb bells, kettle bells and the like. Further, the structure can incorporate exercise bars, and can store and deploy such equipment as suspension straps, punching bags, heavy bags, yoga straps, which are suspended from multi axial pivoting anchors that afford no frictional resistance when the equipment is utilized for exercise.
IMPACT RESISTANT BALL
An impact resistant ball and process of forming an impact resistant ball are provided. The impact resistant ball has an increased resistance to damage caused to a ball by repeated impact with objects such as a game board and game pins thereby decreasing the frequency with which the ball must be replaced. The impact resistant ball also has utility to afford a larger segment of the population the ability to properly grip and throw the impact resistant ball by providing an increased length gripper able to accommodate a greater range of hand sizes. In impact resistant ball has further utility to automatically identify and transmit data including the impact of the ball with the game pins and ball metrics including speed, pressure and weight.
WEIGHTED ARTICLE WITH DUST IMPERVIOUS SEAMING
An article (600) is provided which includes a body (500) having an interior volume (100), and hook (124) and loop (125) features which, when pressed closed in at least one locations (130, 131) location, creates a dynamic hammock dam (132) that retains a fill material (140) that has been inserted into the interior volume. The strength of the hammock dam increases with outward pressure (141) applied on the closure by the fill material. The article is preferably equipped with a large mouth opening (110) which allows rapid filling or emptying of the fill material from the internal volume.
